We loved working with the fabulous women behind the counter at Siegel's! We got both our wedding bands from them and couldn't be happier with our experience. My husband wishes that he would have known about them when he got my engagement ring! This is definitely our go to for jewelery from now on.

Siegel Jewelers was so wonderful! Customer service, attention to detail, fulfilling wishes, etc. They even had a CAMO WEDDING BAND for the groom! They certainly took care of us and I wouldrecommend Siegels to anyone!

I found out about SJ from their New Year's Eve event at DeVos & I received a giftcard from the event so I thought I'd look there for our wedding rings. I found a wedding ring in the Estate Collection & my hubbie got a white gold band with small diamonds. We loved that they had a Diamond Bar (looks like a bar with lots of rings showcases there). The ladies even let me borrow jewelry for my wedding!

We had an antique ring of my grandmothers fixed up and we liked Siegel so much that we ended up buying my engagement ring and wedding band here as well. Siegel had great prices and they weren't pushy like many of the other places we went when we were ring shopping. Once you are a customer they have all kinds of specials and promotions that makes me confident we have found our jeweler for life. Invoices can be a bit confusing so just make sure you ask any questions you might have before leaving the store.

I went to Siegel off of a recommendation from a friend who has lived in Grand Rapids for a long time & had only good things to say about her experiences shopping at Siegel’s. My husband and I were looking for something customizable since my engagement ring had both diamonds & sapphires in it and we were having trouble finding a band to match. The jewelers at Siegel’s are all very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to walk us through several different options. We ended up buying an estate piece and having it customized to fit our needs. I find the value of the jewelry to be extremely good. My ring appraised for $1000 more than I paid for it, and the customization was done for free. They even offered to clean both my rings (engagement & wedding) just before the wedding for free. I stopped by to get my rings cleaned & to pick up a watch for my husband for a wedding gift! I will definitely shop here again!

Steve helped us find what we wanted and in our price range. He showed us so many rings and it was the first place that I really felt attached to a ring rather then just "oh it's pretty." Everytime we have gone back for various reasons - still very pleased. We got both my engagement ring and wedding band here.
