Using Siello Weddings and Events and working with Ashley was well worth our time and money. We chose Cactus Collective/Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas as our wedding venue in October 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic, and was planning on doing everything ourselves in addition to our Cactus Collective package. However, trying to plan a destination event during a global crisis and managing other personal stressors, we knew we needed to make a change. We reached out to Cactus Collective and without hesitation, they recommended Ashley as a wedding planner. We then decided to partner with her shortly after our first encounter as she was very personable. Though planning an event yourself is possible, securing an expert who knows the area, industry, and shares her creative vision adds so much value to your wedding. During the planning process, she was quick to offer suggestions and get everything organized into manageable action items for me between our monthly calls. Prior to our wedding weekend she planned out the timeline flawlessly. She worked with vendors, confirmed pickup/drop off times, and thought of every last detail to include ones I hadn’t even thought of. Here are some of the things she did that made our event special and these are just some highlights: We had many mini-meals and events planned for our guests during their stay and she made restaurant recommendations that made sense. She met us at the wedding site for our rehearsal. She suggested where we should get our cake – it was incredible – and even made a pit stop to get my sister-in-law a vegan cupcake from a separate bakery. Her transportation vendor suggestion was cost-effective and perfect. She was able to secure the terrace at Red Rock Casino & Resort for our first look which made for incredible photos. She picked up my bouquet, so I had it for our wedding photos prior to the ceremony. She met with me at the resort to go over reception layout prior to the reception evening. Everything she did significantly reduced my wedding stress and made things easier for me and my future husband; but best of all we really enjoyed working with her. She was our expert, added security, advocate and positive reinforcement we needed for an event as special as our wedding. Ashley is exceptional at making events come to life and did everything she could to go above and beyond for our event. We would book with her again in a heartbeat.
