The only minor complaint that I could make would be that during the lighting of the unity candle we were only looking for them to play the song I chose while our mothers were walking up and back from their to light the candlesticks, and instead they played for a quite a bit after our mothers had already been seated, creating a slightly awkward pause. (I also asked for a repetoire list, which I never received) In a referral based business, I would hope that vendors would be more courteous to potential clients. Perhaps they have enough business that they don't feel the need to cater to their potential clients.

They are able to accommodate any needs or requests with no problems. This vendor is stress free and is actually helpful. You wont be disappointed.

The morning of the wedding one of the violinists could not make the ceremony due to the 2 feet of snow that had fallen that morning, and she was able to call someone else up and fill the spot so that the music would be exactly what I had asked for, without me having to even ask. They played before, during, and after the ceremony that was an hour long. The great thing about them was that they were willing to play anything if you provided them with sheet music to learn, so you could really customize the music. They also sent me a list of music they knew really well, and helped me pick my music for the whole ceremony. I loved working with them, and would recommend them to anyone. The piano player also did a great job for the cocktail hour. I didn't give her a list of songs to play, but it was beautiful to just have in the background for guests to listen to and talk to. I'm so glad that I chose them for my wedding.
