tyle is exactly what we were looking for; elegant, detailed, artistic, and in the moment as opposed to staged pictures. She was great at communicating with us what the process was and what to expect. We were completely blown away by all of our wedding photos, especially the detail shots where she had found and brought items that fit our theme and color scheme. This amount of thoughtfulness and detail was something we had never expected, but it's what makes Sienna such an incredible photographer! Not only is she able to capture your special moments, but she's able to elevate them to sentimental pieces of art. If you have the opportunity to book her, DO IT!

They offered to meet us halfway at the destination because the snow was so bad that weekend and I was blown away by that because not many photographers will go out of their way to meet a client because the weather is bad. yond the 8 hours we had originally discussed. The problems all started after the wedding and are related to getting our photos. Our contract stated we would receive the photos 30 days after the wedding date, instead we received the full resolution photos 134 days after the wedding with no repercussion on her part. She had no sense of urgency in getting me the photos and made me feel unreasonable when I got upset about the delay. She also refused to share a specific set of 10 raw images with me (confirm in contract if you want raw images) after I complained that the editing she did was not to my liking and that I wanted to have raw images to edit myself. If you want any control over the look and feel of your photos or getting them on time I don't recommend working with Sienna. If you do work with Sienna, make sure everything is documented in the contract so there are no unpleasant surprises.

mmense urgency, and our sincerest apologies to you if you did not feel that, as our clients happiness is what is most important to us. We tried our best to acknowledge the unusual wait you all experienced and gifted you a free canvas, provided discount codes for you to print your images, and went above and beyond with re-touching editing requests which were not in fact due to the editing style, but issues with skin that were out of our control. At Sienna Turecamo Photography we care deeply about the feel of your photos being suited to you, which is why we built a floral swing for you, free of charge, to insure your images were the natural aesthetic you were looking for in the city. We did everything in our power to deliver the exact aesthetic requested. We spent many hours, free of charge, doing touch ups and communicating with you. We do not let our clients edit our images as it's part of what you are paying us to do, which is why unedited raw files were not delivered to you when requested. We love your images, which are truly beautiful and are great representations of our brand. As always, thank you for taking the time to write a review and we wish you and yours the best.
