Sierra Rizing is renowned for their cake design expertise, decorating one-of-a-kind custom cakes to fit into any budget.

vors as well. We went with chocolate and coconut with a chocolate ganache filling and buttercream or "fluffy white frosting" as she called it. It was absolutely delicious. She also did a great job of decorating it. I especially loved the fresh raspberries that looked abundant and juicy as part of the decoration. We couldn't be happier with the end result. ding. My husband just wanted Chocolate so we compromised and alternated flavors for every other tier. Teal did a wonderful job. She even baked a mini cake for us to try at the tasting that was about 4 pieces. She is great! On the day of the wedding she delivered and set up the cake with the last few decorations of fresh flowers. Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they have ever had!
I will add that we Had a very big wedding guest list so that is why the cost was so much, I think per slice it was only about $4 a person.
