Rebecca is amazing, she makes a delicious cake! She was super easy to communicate with and made get suggestions on flavors. Her cakes are entirely unique and perfect for someone looking outside of the standard wedding cake flavors and design. We got a chocolate whiskey cake with an espresso buttercream and it was entirely devoured, no joke everyone went back for seconds. Not to mention they are beautiful cakes! Highly recommend her!

There’s only great things to say about Sift! We hired Rebecca for our wedding cakes, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. First of all, we’re talking CAKES. Not just one flavor like a basic vanilla or chocolate (though they are available), we’re talking about multiple cakes to fancy multiple palates. Rebecca is a flavor alchemist, and provided so many mouthwatering flavors! From Lemon Cake with Lemon Lime Frosting, to Cardamom Coffee Cake, she picks the freshest ingredients and expertly combines them into crowd pleasers. Secondly, she’s got a solid commitment to natural health and wellbeing - vegan, gluten-free, and paleo options are readily available, and you will not be robbed of flavor and quality! Who doesn’t like to celebrate guilt-free? Thirdly, Rebecca is an amazing person in and out. She’s made the experience so personal, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her craft. Our main cake wasn’t just the favorite of the night, but so kin to my husband’s and my persona: Salted Caramel and Whiskey Chocolate. Undoubtedly, our entire cake menu felt so “us.” Rebecca is an absolute joy to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the products and services. We still reminisce about those delicious and beautiful cakes, and so do our guests! Having Sift cakes for our wedding day was totally worth it!
