About this vendor
We did not set out to host weddings. We built a house.
Signature Chateau went up on 3.76 gated acres of Lake Lanier shoreline, finished in 2024, and by the time the last chandelier was hung it was clear the place wanted people in it. The lawn runs unbroken to deep water. The veranda holds a crowd. The first night we lit the fire bowls along the pool we understood what we had built, and we started saying yes to couples.
We host one celebration at a time. No second event across the property, no strangers checking in while you are getting ready. For your date the gate closes behind you and the estate is yours.
Your day moves through the property instead of sitting in one room. Ceremonies happen at the water's edge with open lake behind you, which gives your photographs a depth no wall or hedge can fake, and the light lands right in the golden hour. Cocktails move to the garden lounge and the pool deck, where the infinity edge runs straight into the view. Dinner happens under a sailcloth or clear-top tent that turns into a private ballroom after dark, or under the covered veranda if you would rather not tent at all. Then the fire bowls come on, the architectural lighting shifts to match the music, and people put their phones away.
The house is a single level, and that decides more than couples expect. Getting ready happens in real rooms with real light instead of a folding chair in a back hallway. Guests who use a wheelchair, walk with a cane, or are ninety and firmly uninterested in being helped up a staircase move through the day exactly the way everyone else does. There is not one step between the front door and the water.
Five bedrooms sleep twelve, so the people closest to you can stay the night before and the night after. We can also extend the evening onto the lawn with luxury glamping tents, full bedding, and fire-lit lounge areas, if you would rather nobody drove anywhere at all.
Every couple is welcome here. Two brides, two grooms, a second marriage at sixty, a family joining three sets of children together, a celebration where nobody uses the word wedding once. Tell us what you are planning.
A few things couples ask us first.
We host 20 to 100 guests. You reserve the estate as a whole, and pricing depends on which zones you use: waterfront ceremony, garden cocktail salon, tented reception, and optional glamping. A full estate wedding typically runs $15,000 to $35,000 and up. Overnight accommodation is priced separately, so you are not paying for rooms you do not need.
We bring in luxury restroom trailers rather than routing a hundred guests through the house. Watercraft, including the dock, paddle boat, and canoes, are available as an upcharge.
You will talk to us, not a booking system. We review every event ourselves, which is slower than clicking a button and far better for you, because the people answering your questions are the people who own the house.
