Signature Limo Inc

Working with John from Signature Limo through the Hyatt Regency in downtown Cleveland (their exclusive transportation provider) was the ONE thing that caused a headache on our wedding day. We used this provider to transport our guests to and from our reception venue and hotel. While I will not fault the drivers as they were wonderful to our guests, the man, John, that the Hyatt put us in contact with was poorly organized, did not get back to us in a timely manner, and even lied about e-mailing us back. The limos themselves were very nice and clean, and the drivers were so friendly. It is unfortunate that the negative part of this experience came from higher up. Though the price was fair, there was no value to be found in the hassle we experienced.

The price was very fair and the driver was very sweet and helpful!
