Very unprofessional. So much so that it really negatively affected my whole experience
I would not recommend this vendor .
The owner was unprofessional regarding an incident when she did not deliver items to a wedding event as scheduled which therefore caused a del...
ay. The items arrived 7 hours late. The owner did not respond to the voice messages and phone calls made at the scheduled drop off time to address the issue. The family, not the company staff, had to set up, then break down and load the equipment after the ceremony. Then , an additional sum of money was requested afterwards because the equipment was not loaded when they arrived for pick up. Can you say Stress?

and they guide you through crafting a personalized order for you. Lots of times it's cheaper to buy instead of rent for weddings, but not with Signature. They were so affordable that it made way more sense to rent. 10/10 recommend!

t part is that they'll set up and take down everything too! Less worry for the bride and groom and great prices too!
We rented our lights and table cloths here!

ng all the chairs to my wedding so I called to let them know, but they were great and brought the rest that was left before the ceremony.
They were helpful, reasonably priced, timely and very flexible and when I changed my mind on linens or or the colors at the last minute They made it happen.
