Signature Party & Event

I would not recommend this vendor . The owner was unprofessional regarding an incident when she did not deliver items to a wedding event as scheduled which therefore caused a delay. The items arrived 7 hours late. The owner did not respond to the voice messages and phone calls made at the scheduled drop off time to address the issue. The family, not the company staff, had to set up, then break down and load the equipment after the ceremony. Then , an additional sum of money was requested afterwards because the equipment was not loaded when they arrived for pick up. Can you say Stress?

Would not recommend this rental company. After working directly with the owner to secure rentals for our wedding, there was a mishap that occurred and it quickly became the most stressful part of the entire event. Communication from there with the owner became overly personal and very defensive. Unnecessary threats of “having her lawyer on standby” was mentioned. The whole process was less than ideal. I highly advise to choose a different vendor.

We used Signature for our wedding and they made it so easy for us to rent everything only from them. They have a ton of options and if you ever have questions you can call them up and they guide you through crafting a personalized order for you. Lots of times it's cheaper to buy instead of rent for weddings, but not with Signature. They were so affordable that it made way more sense to rent. 10/10 recommend!

Signature Party Rentals has been wonderful to work with. Not only did they help me put together all my decorations but they also provided amazing linens, chairs and tables. The best part is that they'll set up and take down everything too! Less worry for the bride and groom and great prices too!
