Cyndi was attentive to all the small details when planning to ensure everything went smoothly. Words cannot begin to express the gratitude we have for making our day so exquisite! If you are looking for wedding coordinators to make your day special, unique, magical, and worry free... Then Signature Weddings is the company to chose. Cyndi and her entire team were amazing! Leading up to the event, we confirmed every detail which made us feel so much more comfortable and relaxed for our weddings. We had a two da...
y event so there were a lot of details! The most amazing part was Cyndi working her magic with the venue to retrieve my marriage license, which I realized only moments before the ceremony that I forgot in the hotel room. The license was handed over in perfect timing in the ceremony and no one ever noticed. It takes a lot of trust in someone to hand over the months of planning and details and I could not be happier that we chose Signature Wedding and Events. The whole team kept us calm and we actually enjoyed every moment of our wedding. We ate, we danced, we had an amazing time - and that's because of their amazing work in the background. We are so thankful for the whole team in making our wedding dream come true!
Cyndi made sure everything for our day went smooth and sound. She worked closely with our venue and knew the ropes well. She made everything so much easier and stress free.
The service of this company was included in our package with the Gaylord Palms resort. We had significant communication issues with the owner, who our account had been assigned to...
and had to request to be switched to another planner. We were pleased, however we had multiple requests for the same information and never felt that we were a priority. Day of she was wonderful with the organization and and problem solving. I am grateful that they were included and that we didn't contract/pick them separately.
Cyndi was an amazing wedding planner! We used her as a day of planner and she was so amazing to work with. She kept things organized and made sure that I had everything I needed ...
and more! She even acted as an impromptu seamstress during a slight wardrobe malfunction! She was so amazing to work with and I can not imagine the day without her there!
I don't have one bad thing to say about my planner. I was out of the country the entire year before my wedding and she conversed with me frequently via email and answered any quest...
ion I had (which was a lot!!!) No complaints at all!
I have to be honest, I didn't think at first I needed a planner. But THANK GOD for Cyndi!! She sat down with me for HOURS and went over every detail of the wedding. Then she update...
d me regularly on things she was doing and things I needed to get done. On the day of the wedding, she had everything placed PERFECTLY and then packed everything up for us to easily transport out the next day. All the scheduling was timely due to Cyndi's direction and guests commented how smooth our wedding was and without any hang-ups! I can't thank Cyndi enough for setting my mind at ease and truly making my wedding happen the way I had always dreamed it would. She was very patient with all the wedding party and always had a smile on her face. She brought an assistant as well, Erin, who was also superb and extremely friendly! We had 230 guests and she really pulled it off-- thank you so much Cyndi!!!!
I don't think I could ever say enough good things about our wedding planner Cindy. She was simply amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her. I do know that my weddin...

nvitations, to favors, to entertainment and cake vedors...she was there to answer any question we had. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Honestly, they are worth every penny (and then some)!
My family lives across the country, so I had no one that I trusted to help me choose vendors. The Gaylord supplies you with a planner and all I have to say is thank goodness for C...
yndi Benzel. She knew the vendors and attended all the meet and greets with them. If I ran short of questions, she would ask some that I hadn't thought of. If I had told her earlier that there was something that I wanted and forgot to bring up, she would. At the last minute ran out and got boxes for my gift so that people had a way to take home their wedding present. Amazing
Awesome. She was included in my package with the hotel and I didn't think I would use her but what a life saver! I never made phone calls or appointments, she did them all for me...
. My wedding planning experience was definetly a stress free one thanks to Cyndi.
