I just had my wedding at the Naples Grande and I only have positive things to say! I was so impressed with the quality of service and how friendly the staff were! All of my guests agreed the food and cocktails were some of the best they have ever had! The resort itself is a beautiful backdrop for any indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception. Stunning views from all floors and so much to explore and do! I highly recommend the Naples Grande for any special occasion whether for a family vacation or the place to host your perfect day! The staff helping coordinate the wedding were so helpful and had quick responses and truly went above and beyond to make my day perfect.

Our entire experience at Naples Grande Beach Resort was amazing. From the moment we first met with Shannon, we both felt at ease. She made us feel that we and our guests would be well taken care of throughout the planning process, the reservation process and throughout the weekend of our wedding celebration. And they did not disappoint. The venue was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The Naples Grande staff work extremely collaboratively with all our vendors and if anything went wrong - I never knew about it. They handled everything - and we enjoyed ourselves beyond our expectations. Our guests said they did too!! We strongly recommend Naples Grande Beach Resort if you’re thinking of holding your wedding or other events in Naples.

e, we had the best time knowing the NGBR team had it covered. Our suite was large, spacious and had a stunning view. We had our ceremony on the beach (it was so fun taking the golf carts), cocktail hour on the sunset veranda and reception in the vista ballroom. It was a perfect transition and the best of all worlds! Shoutout Shannon for making it all happen! 10/10 recommend getting married here!

They also collaborated seamlessly with our event planner and decor company, making the entire weekend smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our big day.

coordination and planning which our day of coordinator and the Naples Grande staff (s/o to Shannon!) managed seamlessly. The staff at the Naples Grande was a pleasure to work with! The event was everything we could ask for and more! We also recommend staying in the bridal suite the day before and night of. It's a gorgeous space and it was so much fun to get ready in with my bridesmaids!

our wedding venue. From start to finish, the staff was amazing and helpful, they made us feel so special every step along the way and really made us feel like VIPs. The location was beautiful and every single staff member from the bellhops to the bartenders went above and beyond in making us and our guests feel welcome. Evan and Shannon, the wedding POCs, thought of every detail and worked extremely well with all of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding because they had everything handled. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Naples Grande for helping us to pull off the best day ever! We can't wait to come back and visit again soon!

eir event staff was great and their banquet captain, Sorin, is exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I always had a drink in our hands, got served dinner first, and always took care of anything we needed. Food was really important to us as we know food is not always great when cooking for such a large group but the food was perfect! Everything was well-cooked, served hot, and delicious. The bartenders did a great job as well. The only critique we have is that there was quite a bit of intermingling with resort guests. We understand that the resort guests also have a right to enjoy the facilities, but we would have liked a bit tighter security around our wedding, as we did pay to rent out these facilities. There were several resort guests who passed through our cocktail hour while it was being set up dripping water from the pool. I even heard from a guest that someone came in during reception and said "so this is where all the music is coming from". There were also some rowdy drunken men sitting by us at the bar and harassing my bridal party when we were lining up for our ceremony processional. To this we would maybe suggest either moving the location of the processional or at least having a part of this area sectioned off. There was also little attention given to the fact that I was running through the hotel in my full wedding dress to get to pictures. We wish we knew about the back of the house way to get around earlier so a dozen of my guests didn't see me before my ceremony. With all that being said, we otherwise really enjoyed working with the Naples Grande and would still highly recommend them as a wedding venue. They are very accommodating to whatever your vision is for your wedding and pleasant to work with.

She walked through all of our options and helped us feel assured in our decisions, She put us at ease and took on so much to help coordinate all details - including coordinating kosher meals for my parents. We had also hoped for sunset photos on the beach, but given we got married shortly after hurricane Ian, the beach was closed. Shannon arranged to have a shuttle take my husband and I with our photographer team to a nearby beach so we got our sunset photos. Our wedding cake all went and we didn’t have any leftovers, so Shannon arranged a surprise and had our baker deliver a mini cake to our home 2 months after our wedding. No detail was left behind! We felt like our closest friend was planning our wedding. We’re so thankful for the most beautiful wedding, and the Naples Grande team!
