very professional, caring, understanding, and down to earth person. Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure to work with Jess but I have heard equally pleasant things about her. Every step of the way in the year and a half long process of planning was nothing but exceptional. Joe responded to my texts and emails in a timely manner and handled every question, photography related or not, with pure grace and passion. I never felt like he wasn’t listening or didn’t care to listen to what I had to say. We had originally wanted to have the engagement session and wedding day captured with Silecchia Photography but due to COVID restrictions and some family chaos we were unable to do the engagement session. Joe was so polite and professional when he was asked to change the contract from both, the engagement and wedding, to just the wedding. I would have understood if he was upset because of the loss of the extra income or at least bothered by having to change things up after the contract had already been completed but again I never felt like he was upset or dissatisfied with our decision to change things after the contract had already been signed. Joe even handled the cancellation of our wedding after COVID continued to bother our wedding plans with poise. He was extremely understanding when the ceremony location had to change from one location to not one other but two other different places in a two week time period. His flexibility definitely got my vote. Another part of what makes this company and Joe so great was his down to earth personality, he was extremely easy to talk to and our family, friends, and ourselves loved working with him all day. He fit right into our crazy, chaotic, yet fun group of people and had us all laughing several times that day and into the night. My husband, who hates having his photo taken for any reason, still to this day talks about how he felt at ease and that he could be himself around Joe. Our bridal party and family called us days later to say how much fun they had just standing in front of the camera because Joe felt like someone they had known for years! His personality is versatile and I would highly recommend Silecchia Photography to anyone who has people in their lives who are stubborn or shy about being photographed. Joe and his assistant were great about taking candid photos of those who usually aren’t comfortable in front of the camera, capturing many of the small moments that will be cherished for a long time. He was a pleasure to work with and I wish I was getting married again just to get the chance to work with Joe and Silecchia Photography again.

When it comes to the wedding photography - I cannot think of enough nice words to say about Joe. First off, he literally had all my bridal parties's names down (there was 20 total including me and my husband), which was very impressive. This made gathering the troops so much easier because he wasn't constantly having to say "hey you," it was directly to the individual. Second, he was constantly doing something. I have had photos done where the photographer waited for myself or me and my husband to say we want photos of this this or this before they would begin. He was always taking photos or if not was coming to us asking what we planned on doing next. To add the photos were not always just of my husband and I either and that really stood out to me. He captured guest and just the bridal party, basically doing their things, to create a more natural going picture. Third, he not only was easy to work with but made Ryan and I feel comfortable when he was taking our photos. He did not put us in any awkward poses or make us take photos for hours. He was quick, to the point and they have came out looking perfect so far. Then finally, Joe stayed almost the whole night until the place was starting to chill out. Just from experience at weddings, I usually see the photographers leave right after all of the "special" dances and things are over. Overall, Joe and Jess were awesome. I not only talked them up but my bridal party and other guests literally did all night! Joe was very professional but knew how to make you feel relaxed and as I mentioned before, just natural. Joe went above and beyond what Ryan and I expected out of our photographer.

We didn’t get a chance to meet him in person before our wedding, but when we did, it felt like we have known each other for years. He is so passionate about his work and does such an amazing job. When I contacted Silecchia Photography for initial information, Joe was not only prompt with a response that answered all of my questions, but also showed genuine excitement for me and my (then) fiance, whom he hadn't even met yet! After talking with him and looking at his amazing gallery of photos, it was not a hard decision to book him for our engagement and our wedding. We were able to book our engagement shoot quickly and easily, and he had our photos back to us so fast! (And they were amazing!) Then when it came time to plan for our wedding, Joe was so helpful throughout the entire process (including rolling with our COVID wedding redesign, and re-redesign - he honestly made me feel so calm about all the changes). He was instrumental in helping us plan the timeline for the day of the wedding, and was with us every step of the way. I think one of the most underappreciated skills a wedding vendor can have is the ability to know when to hang out on the sidelines and go about your work, and when the bride and groom are looking for some gentle guidance to keep things on track. Joe was a PRO at this (quite literally). I felt like once he had our schedule in hand, he was a champ at keeping us moving but also knowing when taking a little extra time at certain points would be important. (He planned our first look out with the intention of giving my husband and I as much time as we wanted to be by ourselves before the rest of the day got crazy and chaotic - I didn't realize how much I appreciated his thoughtfulness in this until I looked back on those 10-15 minutes as one of my favorite parts of the day.) Our wedding party and family LOVED working with him - he kept us laughing and having a good time during all the different photo shoots, and stuck with us even through the after party. Our photos are amazing, and our experience with Joe was amazing as well. He's genuinely a great person and I would 100% choose him again if I had it all to do over. We look foward to working with him in the future for whatever professional photo needs come up! :)

The day of the wedding he used that email to get every picture I wanted with every person. He made us comfortable and kept us laughing. The moment I'll remember the most is when my nephew when to touch the camera. Joe was so nice to him and let him look through the camera. Most people wouldn't let a toddler touch their expensive equipment. If you like his style then go for it because he is awesome!

we immediately knew THIS had to be our photographer. Joe and Jess are in it for the love of photographing engagements, weddings, etc. They want to get to know you as a couple and as friends. There is NO TIME LIMIT for engagement or wedding photos. Most photographers give you a small window where as Joe and Jess are there for you. They want to capture everything that you want. Our engagement pictures were beautiful and we received many compliments on them. Come wedding week, Joe was in communication with me making sure that he had all the details that he needed to ensure the day went smoothly and he captured everything I hoped for. He asked for the entire bridal parties names beforehand so he could learn them. Upon arriving to the salon Joe and his sister began putting names to faces. This helped make the entire day even easier as he was able to coordinate the bridal party. The entire party got to know him and his sister and they all loved them! I received so many compliments from bridal party and guests alike. I didn't have to stress all night about something getting captured, because every time you turned around one of them was there to capture the moment. Multiple times throughout the night Joe would ask me if there was any other pictures I thought of that I wanted. He really wanted to make sure that everything I wanted to be captured for the night was. We received our sneak peak and I am in love with all the pictures already! If you're looking for the best wedding photographer out there look no further!

They are not in this for the money, they are very affordable and reasonable in pricing for the work that they do and for the wonderful people that they are.

The skill-set needed to photograph such a large occasion does not lie with all photographers, but it does with Joe. The quality of photos we received surpassed all expectations. Joe provides the level of service that most couples pay close to $10,000 for. Myself, just like many brides, believe that the photos are one of the more important parts of a wedding. While I may not remember the signature drinks served, I will be able to look at the photo on my living room wall and relive that beautiful moment. Not only did we receive fantastic photos, but we received the most amazing experience working with Joe. While I am a huge worrier, talking to Joe calmed my nerves each time. Leading up to the wedding he was always available for questions and he helped us so much with his insight and suggestions, but the day of the wedding really solidified the fact that Joe has found his calling as a photographer. His attitude made him instantly compatible with our families and our wedding party - he joined in on the jokes and made the entire process so much less awkward than it could have been. This was very important for my husband and I, as we are usually pretty reserved except around those we are close with. Joe was able to break down that barrier with ease and had a connection with everyone he talked to. We could not have been happier with how he managed that day. And this is not to mention how absolutely gorgeous the pictures themselves turned out. Of course the staged photos are beautiful and he did a wonderful job of situating those, but I was most thankful for the fact that he managed to capture the really genuine and intimate moments between my husband and I. I don't think it would have been possible to capture those moments if we didn't feel 100% comfortable with Joe, but based on how beautifully our pictures turned out I think our trust was well placed. t. I can't understate how awesome they're as people, and at their job. If you don't want to read the long version of how we came to love these 2 then here is the TLDR version. Joe and Jess are incredibly professional, warm, friendly, and enthusiastic about capturing your wedding day. They have great communication, are very timely with their turnaround and a good eye for a good shot. You won't find a better package of affordability, quality, personability. I said before that you've found your photographer, they are the complete package. Here's why we love them. We first met Joe and Jess at the Superbowl of bridal shows. Up until then we had been talking to about 4 different photographers. We thought we had it narrowed down to one and had intended to sign a contract with them. We had no intentions at the SBBS of looking for photographers but that's not what happened. As we're walking through we spot Joe and Jess with a giant photo of a t Rex, lasers, explosions just a lot of fun in a event that was booth after booth of mostly meh. They were very low pressure, very friendly and just handed us some info on how to get in contact with them. This was very refreshing during an event where everyone was trying to get you to sign something then and now. We meet up with them about 7 days later and we knew our search for our photographer was over. What we didn't know is that they would be our best decision regarding the wedding entirely. Hiring our other vendors was very tiring. Here you are planning your wedding day and you're very excited for it. However the people you're talking to aren't matching your enthusiasm and it's pretty clear it's just a transaction for them. It's a little demoralizing. we finally locked in the rest of our vendors and a lot of the excitement for the wedding that kind of left the room. Then here come Joe and Jess to the rescue with our engagement photoshoot. We were ecstatic to finally get to see Joe and Jess again. Even though it had been a couple months since we signed our contract they were the same warm and friendly people we met at the diner. Joe seemed really happy just to be able to take photos that day. which made us really happy just to have photos taken that day. It was a super easy very fun day. It really helped to remind us that we're getting married and it's something to be excited about. Joe out of everyone we hired for the wedding was the only one who stayed in routine constant contact with us. He seemingly was never more than a 4-Hour email away. On the day of our wedding Joe and Jess we're ready and available all day. once again Joe seemed like he was just as happy to be at my wedding as I was. It's incredibly uplifting. Our wedding day was unfortunately a rather cold day, with a little bit of rain. that didn't stop Joe from doing everything he could to get every single photo he could in the time we had. I was fair to say a little worried that the weather might make getting photos challenging but Joe assured me we were going to be fine. As a team, they never stop moving they never stop taking photos. Even had a preview for us to view less than 2 days after the wedding. In a website full of vendors, you just found two genuine people. They're perfect.

He knew exactly how to have us pose for the photos. When they uploaded the preview on their Facebook page, we were amazed at how well they turned out and we cannot wait to see the final photos. If I had to go back in time, I would definitely choose Silecchia Photography.

as great then....... a week and half before my wedding came and I was reaching out to him to give him some details you know when to be there, where to go in, other questions, etc. I waited a couple days and thought that wasn't like him so gave him a call to get that recording no body wanted to hear "this number is no longer is service" after some extensive investigating, lots of messaging, a week before the wedding (which is still to close for me) he messages me and assures me everything was going to be fine and he was still my wedding photographer. Fast forward to after the wedding, I was told about 2 months and so did the contract state that which fine no big deal, I got married the end of May, I asked around the middle of June for a teaser or sneak peek he said he would put one up in a couple days, more like a week and a half later. It took the full 2 months to the day to get my pictures. I loved majority of them as I was looking I noticed there are hardly any of me and my husband after the ceremony, just a lot of repeats, of either me looking at the camera or him. I did even have a 2nd photographer with him. I do understand that weddings are hard to photograph sometimes, but there were some idea pictures that I gave in advance that I didn't really get either. I wish I had more of us to chose from.

to others. I truly believe that my wedding was an isolated incident, and I greatly appreciate the effort in making things right! I did not want to be as disappointed as I am with my experience, because Joe is a really nice person. Leading up to my wedding, I would usually receive a response in 3-5 days, sometimes up to a week. Joe very apologetically told me he could not make it to our rehearsal. I said it was no problem, just a rehearsal, and could he make it to the venue at any point before pictures to check out the venue? He agreed, but showed up to the hotel late, so he had not gone to the venue. He was about a week late getting preview photos out, and I was not happy with some of the facial expressions chosen in these photos, so I was a little nervous to see the rest. Our contract said we would receive photos no later than two months from the event. We ended up receiving them a week late, after asking about them several times, and being sent to the wrong bride. At this point, I was just praying we'd receive some photos. We did, and about 30% of them are definitely nice photos. There are a lot that I was surprised made it to us, where faces are clearly candid (not in the precious way). I understand wedding photography is very difficult, and that I still got a decent price--this isn't someone trying to rip you off because the word "wedding" is present. But I was constantly chasing him down for communication, and I would have been understanding if the deadlines and expectations were communicated to me honestly. Unfortunately, you don't get a do-over, so I hope someone else is able to learn from my experience!

As somebody with no plans, I asked Joe to just pose us anyway, and he did a great job capturing the group atmosphere and taking any little suggestions we had. He made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun! He stayed with me for more than 12 hours and never set down his camera. I was so happy to receive our pictures after the wedding. Not only had Joe been a pleasure to work with on the day of our wedding, he has does incredible work. He truly captured the feel of the wedding, the bridal party vibes, and the kind of people that my husband and I are. Nothing looked uncomfortably posed, everything was wonderfully edited, and it was clear he had tried to give us a clear memory of our amazing day. One of my favorite things about working with Joe was that after I received my pictures, I reached out to him requesting a couple things and he was more than accommodating. I would recommend him for any couple in any venue. Thanks Joe, you were awesome!

I would highly recommend him, he is a truly incredible photographer and person, his sneak preview of our wedding is incredible and I can't wait to see more!
