I was nervous about shopping alone and not being able to find the dress again because the collection was older. The team at Silhouette Bridal was incredibly welcoming and very supportive through the process. They asked the right questions and made the process quick and simple once it was time to purchase. The dress was ordered at the end of September and arrived mid-May. They were extremely flexible with my pickup as I am a Flight Attendant and was flying longer trips with fewer days in between. When I picked up my dress, the team remembered me as if I was there the day before. They asked me about the half marathon I was signed up for and how I was adjusting to living in Vegas. A family friend was going to alter my dress, and the team was supportive of my choice, and did not push me to utilize their services unlike other dress shops I had visited. I wish I had started my dress shopping experience at Silhouette Bridal. I can only imagine what the full experience would have been like if I had started there and been able to bring my bridal party.
