My husband and I didn't think we needed a DJ. We had heard way too many stories from friends/family, friends of friends that the DJ had taken over the wedding and had their own agenda. Then we found Craig. The heavens opened up and shone down and Craig appeared and we never looked back. He was amazing from the start - super easy to work with, very communicative. We submitted lists of specific songs we wanted - and when we felt we were submitting too many "please play these songs", I provided a genre or theme of music (my husband and I are 90s pop kids, etc.) he ran with it and it turned out AMAZING. I called an audible and changed the walk down the aisle music at the last minute and it was seamless. We asked for a last dance with no one in the room but us and he helped kick everyone out when no one was listening lol and we kept the reception open an extra hour and he went with it, no questions asked. And to top it all off, he then sent us a list of the songs he played, in order, at the entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail, reception, dance). It was an absolute joy to work with him and his lovely wife, photographer Dionne Kraus. Such professionals, been in the business awhile and made the day soooooo much more than I could have imagined. If you need a DJ or better yet, don't think you need a DJ, you need Craig.

Simply put, Craig was fantastic. From the initial consultation all the way through the end of the wedding day, we really did get exactly what we hoped for. Professional, but easygoing, and didn't have any ego about his role. I've been to weddings before where the DJ had an "I'm a professional, I know what should be played" attitude. Craig on the other hand, did a great job of walking the line between giving us all the things we wanted (and nothing that we specifically banned), and still reading the room as the night went on. We ended up paying to extend the dance portion of the reception because everyone was having such a great time (a request Craig was happy to accommodate), and even with the extra expense, it was quite reasonably priced. We had an absolute blast. Couldn't recommend him more highly! Thanks Craig!

We originally weren’t planning on having a DJ at our wedding, but Craig is awesome and we are so glad we changed our minds! We had already booked his wife as our photographer (Dionne is absolutely amazing, if you need a photographer definitely check her out) and so they gave us a discount for booking the two of them together. The two of them are a great package deal, they are both so sweet, and do amazing work. We’ve all been to those weddings where the dance floor is dead. Craig does an incredible job of reading the crowd, and I think every guest was on the dance floor at least once at our wedding. He was great about playing songs from our requested list, and mixing in other songs that would appeal to everyone. Also, his additional equipment such as uplighting really made a difference with the ambiance and appearance of the venue. We are so glad we hired Craig as our DJ, it made a huge difference to have someone be the MC and help run the timeline, and make sure that everybody was having a good time.

Craig did an absolutely phenomenal job as a DJ/MC for our wedding. We could not have been happier with his expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. Even from our initial meeting with Craig, we got the sense he really wanted to get to know us as a couple and asked great questions to get a feel of what we were thinking in regards to music/vibe/additional services. We appreciated his warmth right from the get-go. Craig's pre-made music customization forms made it very easy for us to plan out our playlists for each moment of the day (prelude, ceremony, first dance, cocktail, dinner, etc.) Craig responded quickly to any questions we had about set-up and additional services. We wound up going with one of his photo-booth packages which we loved! Was a really fun addition to the evening and allowed guests to come home with an extra souveneir. In comparison to other photobooths we researcehd, Craig's was far more affordable and the set up was smooth and easy. On the day of, Craig implemented music transitions seamlessly, was gracious and kind to guests, and did a great job of helping us stick to a timeline and introduce our guests that would be giving toasts. He responded quickly to small feedback we had for him and worked really well with our coordinator. Craig knew how to read the room and adjusted the order of our more danceable tracks according what he was seeing. That kept everyone on the dance floor for the whole night (exactly what we wanted)! We highly recommend working with Craig/Silicon Forest for your wedding and/or event. Can't speak highly enough of his work.

In short, Craig at Silicon Forest Entertainment is awesome! He was recommended to us by our wedding planner. We knew he was the right guy for our wedding DJ and MC needs immediately when we met him. He’s friendly, professional, and he played the hits all night. He set up and ran our ceremony without a hitch. He also was a great MC through dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc. And then he kept the dance floor full the ENTIRE night. DJ Craig mixed on site and read the crowd perfectly. 10 out of 10, would rehire again. Thank you Craig!

Craig was THE BEST - which may sound strange because when you think DJ you usually don't think of a guy named Craig (no offense, friend). I don't know how he did it because I feel like I wasn't the most organized bride, but he was able to feel the flow of the wedding and make comments and announcements at the perfect times and even threw in a hilarious joke or two. He is extremely good at what he does, and was quick and clever enough to play "Splish Splash" when the wedding party decided to take a spontaneous swim during the reception. He kept people on the dance floor all night long and helped us have the best day/night ever!

Silicon Forest did an amazing job at our wedding ! Craig was super professional, and a lot of fun to work with. He did an excellent job moving our timeline along for the reception events we wanted, and the uplighting he used made the space feel more inviting. The music he worked with us on and selected to fill in the space got everyone up and dancing and kept our guests dancing at our reception all night! It even had family members who never dance out on our wedding dance floor. I would highly recommend him.

Not only is Craig (Silicon Forest) the DJ for our upcoming wedding, I got to see him in action a few weeks ago at my friends wedding. He’s awesome! He’s so good at reading the crowd. Plus his wife Dionne is the most amazing photographer ever. They make an amazing team!

DJ Craig did an amazing job DJ-ing our April 2018 wedding. The music cues for the ceremony were perfect and he had all the obscure songs I wanted played for dinner service. He kept the dance floor full all night long and didnt play any songs on our no play list even though guests requested them. He had a confetti cannon shoot off multiple time through out the night keeping the party going! His service also included custom color up-lighting and a monogram light with our initials. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a DJ for a wedding, party or other event! I'll definitely rebook next time I need a DJ.

Craig was for sure the easiest part of my wedding. Good thing too because the dj was the only part of the wedding that I was 100% my job and if he would have fallen through it would have been bad for the wedding and my marriage lol. Craig is a genius! I've never been to a more fun wedding than my own! He met with us before the date to buff out details which was very helpful (with my wife being a bit of a perfectionist). Come the wedding day he was very professional and literally kept us on our feet the whole time! I still have family members calling me and talking about how fun that nights was. We also had people of literally all ages and he was able to accommodate to the teens we had there as well as the older couple whom I'd have thought would never dance :) thank you so much Craig!

Hiring Craig as our DJ was the easiest and most seemless part of our wedding. He Skyped with us before hand to see what our needs were and answered any questions we had. He was very patient and understanding of our concerns and gave us lots of ideas and suggestions. His price was amazingly affordable for what he does for you. We never had to worry about his services as he was on top of the ball with everything. He was able to move effortlessly between locations and had all his own supplies. I cannot say how many of my guests told me that they never left the dance floor because every time they were about to, a song came on that they couldn’t pass up! I didn’t think I would dance at my wedding as I’m not a big dancer, but I was on the floor the whole night. He was able to read the room and play what was requested, he was only as involved as we wanted him to be. He also took some great quick photos and videos of us and our guests! He was upbeat, positive, easy going, and flexible. He was seriously the best part of our wedding.

Craig was great to work with! We had a LOT of requests and a plan for group karaoke during the receptionand Craig pulled it off without a hitch. He brought all the equipment we needed, big screen and fun lighting included. We wanted a smaller DJ presence, and he had no qualms respecting our wishes and letting our friends do the MCing, and he even threw in an extra hour of music to keep the party going! We had a great time and he was so friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Craig was seriously the GREATEST. He had perfect timing, made sure all our favorites were played, and he was incredibly flexible, as we had things constantly changing throughout our reception. In addition to that, we had our wedding on our property on the river so that we could have our reception go late, until 11:30 or so, but our guests were having so much fun on the dance floor that he kept our party going until TWO in the morning, long after the caterers and other staff were gone. He made our wedding reception one that all of our friends rave about! Thank you SO much Craig!

Craig went above and beyond for us from the moment we contacted him until every guest left our wedding. He even went out of his way to make up for our mistake of a non-playable slideshow to make sure everything was perfect. He did a great job of matching out suggestions with other music that we loved and was perfect for the vibe of our wedding. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was available for any questions I had during the planning process. He was very professional with his set-up and music choice. Craig ROCKS! Our best man already booked him for his upcoming wedding and I HIGHLY encourage all people looking to have him! He was kind, listedned to what we wanted ( Introduced us correctly- I didn't change my name and this was really important to me!) Played great music and kept the evening moving perfectly.
