The boxes arrived a week in advance of the wedding, and the return process was very easy. Shipping was already prepaid, and they provided labels, so all we had to do was schedule a FedEx pickup. I also received customer support within 24 hours of any emails I sent, and they were quick to modify the order as I changed my mind throughout the process. The best part is that these flowers look real in the photos!

at do rented silk flowers for weddings. The style I chose (Kyoto) was exactly what I wanted and it matched my theme and style perfectly. It is worth noting that there are many different styles and colors to fit your needs and style. I also loved that I could order a sample (bridesmaids bouquet) to make sure it's what I wanted. I needed a good sized order - bridal bouquet, 9 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, and clip-on sign swag. My numbers also fluctuated (people coming in and out and dropping and picking up) and I was able to reach out to the company to make sure I had the right numbers by my wedding. It was packaged really well and came undamaged. I needed the florals to look perfect for the photos and the ceremony (I didn't care much about after that) and they were. I'm so happy I went with this (women-owned!!) company and can't recommend them enough.

I asked to physically see the swags so I could try to figure out how to fasten them to the arch and they shipped me a couple at the same cost as the bouquets samples. Extremely accommodating. 3.) Shipping and handling was so easy. They ship quickly, even the samples. They can in a recycled and reused box, with the return label in it. I did designate a special someone on our wedding day to be in charge of making sure all the flowers went back in their boxes LOL. As simple as taping up the box, slapping the label in it and taking it to FEDEX.
