Absolutely incredible venue! Everyone was amazing to work with and I absolutely cannot recommend the all inclusive option enough!

We had a fantastic time. Not just our wedding day, but with the planning process. The venue itself is beautiful. We had our ceremony outdoors under a canopy of oak trees. My guests said a magical magical moment occurred when a butterfly flew around where I was about to stand and fluttered away once I approached. The reception was a short walk over to their dinning hall court yard area, which was nicely and warmly lit for our party. We had individuals who have a hard time walking, but the terrain for the walk was not bad at all. So the venue itself is fantastic, but the help they provided was the icing on the cake. We hired them to also coordinate/decorate day of, which made everything a breeze. They provided a list of recommended but not required venders to choose from (and they were also all great). They had a storage shed of decorations that we could use so we didn't have to buy a ton ourselves nor worry about post wedding. They made sure everything was communicated to everyone properly. I had no worries whatsoever because they knew all the whos, whats, whens, and wheres, and never asked why. They made it their goal to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted and filled the gaps with the things we didn't even know we wanted. Organized, Friendly, Patient, Communicative, and a beautiful venue!

Trish and Tricia were the best! They gave Tyler and me so much individualized care and made sure our wedding was exactly how we wanted it. They made my family feel so welcome and made sure everything went according to plan. The venue is absolutely gorgeous- very simple and open spaced for different styles. They had plans in case it rained as well. They provide vendor lists to help you get started on your searches. They also provide coordinator package and a decorating package. I received both and could not have been happier. I did not have to lift a finger day-of. It was honestly so well-priced. If anything, take a tour of their venue- in the evening it is the best as the lights around the trees are quite the sight.

Absolutely amazing venue and amazing people running it. I chose the all-inclusive package & Trish did so so much for me and my husband to make our day exactly how we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a all-inclusive wedding so you can be relatively stress free on your big day :)

The PERFECT venue! The short version: 1. Simply beautiful. From decor, to landscape. Our photographers told us they had so much fun with the plethora of opportunities. 2. Trish and the team are exactly what you need. Great at communicating, they are friendly and patient. I was the groom. My bride and I had an early April 22' wedding. It rained the morning of, and transitioning from our outdoor plan to Silo's indoor plan was NO HASSLE. Gringo's Locos Taco is one of Silo & Oak's approved vendors and they were amazing. So glad Silo & Oak were listed on The Knot. If you choose to go with Silo & Oak, then I hope you love them as much as my wife and I did.

I would recommend this place for someone looking to host a wedding in a relaxed, and unique venue. The style and decor are romantic and wooded which is perfect for that outdoor wedding feel. It is very true to the Texas charm. I planned my wedding virtually from Virginia, as we are on a military assignment. Communication was easy, and our coordinator kept me in the loop of everything. We we able to bring my vision to life together to make our day special.

I cannot say enough incredible things about this venue and the amazing team they have. Silo and Oak is a magical place tucked into gorgeous trees and has the most efficient open flow. I got to have my dream first look inside the chapel with stunning barn doors. The photos you will receive are out of this world. Not only does this venue have impeccable views but the team will be with you every step of the way allowing you access to endless wedding decor and always available to answer any questions. This was the first venue we went to and I knew right when I stepped foot on this venue it was the one.

Trish was the BEST help! We had a microwedding at Silo & Oak in early December and started planning in late July. They had almost EVERYTHING covered! Only thing I had to about was my husband and I’s attire, a photographer, and a caterer. They included everything else in the package! Trish made it a breeze to plan and even with us being 2 & 1/2 hours away I never felt like anything was difficult to plan or that we were missing out. The venue is absolutely gorgeous on its own so there wasn’t much on decor that we needed. We loved every minute of our small intimate wedding and appreciate everything Silo & Oak did for us! 🤍

1000/10 if I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I found this venue on google and Instagram and immediately booked it. Since I don’t live in Texas I saw it only on FaceTime and in photos. If you’re a military couple they’re EXTREMELY accommodating to military families! My wedding was a dream and went swimmingly thanks to Trish!

The moment we drove on to this property, we immediately felt our hearts light up with joy. The setup is perfect for those wanting a big group while still maintaining a cozy, intimate feel. You have an outdoor/indoor setting that allows for many different activities to take place comfortably – yard games, dance floor, food truck, etc. More than anything else, meeting the owner and coordinator Tricia was what made us decide. This was the first and only venue we went to see, and when I got into our car and cried from joy, I knew were meant to be married there. Tricia’s communication, insight, and reassurance was outstanding. After losing my mother during our wedding planning, Tricia's support never failed me. I counted on her and knew she would always be there to help me solve any concerns that would arise. A big thank you to Stephen as well, who did an amazing job for our ceremony. It truly was a dream come true thanks to this dream team working so hard to make it happen for us and many other lovely couples. Look no further, your dream venue is HERE!

Tricia was very helpful and compassionate. As the mother of the bride, I was trying to make sure everything my daughter wanted was accomplished. Tricia said, "Let me handle it for you and you go be Momma." That meant the world to me. The entire night was magical and all I had to do was focus on making memories with my family.

This was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding. The rustic look the venue holds is so unique and beautiful. We really did the minimum with decorations, because the place was so captivating. Tricia and Stephen were incredible through out the entire process, and made us feel like family.

Amazing! I don't even know where to begin. We had to move our ceremony and reception to Texas due to COVID. Some how, some way Silo & Oak had our original date available and the venue itself is so uniquely beautiful. You can have your event without worries rain or shine with the outdoor/indoor options. Despite having less than 6 months to pull it off, Tricia Simmons made it nearly effortless. She had answers to questions before I even knew to ask the question, she's so detail oriented, and absolutely one of the sweetest people. We hired her as our coordinator for our wedding and I HIGHlY recommend it - she knows her stuff! Even with COVID making our event much smaller than anticipated, it was truly beautiful and joyous. Amazing venue!

Fantastic. I can’t say that enough. Our wedding was supposed to be in April but with COVID everything changed. This amazing venue made the transition very smooth and accommodating. The night went off perfect. Everyone that was able to attend had nothing but great things to say as well. From the first meeting the the day if they are so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this venue to any and everybody. Not just for weddings either. Thank you for everything!

We could not be happier with our Silo and Oak wedding! The place is beautiful, and it is an idealistic texas wedding location. Tricia was so easy to work with, I highly recommend using her coordination services. The venue has great style, we hardly needed to decorate which saved us lots of time on our wedding day. If you are looking for a smaller venue you must visit Silo and Oak!

The PERFECT venue for an intimate wedding. This was the first venue my now husband and I viewed and we booked it right away. Every thing about it is so heartwarming. The owner/coordinator helped so much a long the way and made the night of the wedding go as smooth as possible!

Silo and Oak is such a lovely venue. It was the perfect spot for us too get married at. People at the wedding and after the wedding have kept telling me he w much they loved it! Tricia and Stephen are also wonderful to work with and made the day go smoothly!

Absolutely love this venue. Beautiful area for an outdoor or indoor wedding. I love how every part wedding has its own specific area. All the areas are close enough to always see everyone but not so close you feel crowded. Beautiful during the day and stunning at night with all the lights they have setup. Highly recommend this venue to anyone for any event! We hired Tricia as our coordinator. She made sure our wedding went smoothly and made sure everything we wanted to be done got done. Our wedding definitely could not have been as perfect as it was without her or Silo and Oak.

Tricia was so incredibly helpful event during this crazy pandemic. We chose this venue because the scenery is unbeatable. I got compliments from every last guest on how beautiful it was. Tricia also helped us plan the entire wedding from another state. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough!!!

The most beautiful venue along with wonderful, helpful owners. We had the best experience here from day 1 through our wedding day. Tricia is so on top of things and an advocate for the couple. I can't say enough for the natural beauty of the venue. Our guests pictures turned out amazing and there were so many areas for them to take pics. And of course our professional pictures just look magical. This venue comes at a great value for it's price as well. Highly recommend!

Silo and Oak is beautiful and so serene! The backdrop makes the perfect engagement and wedding pictures. Tricia(the owner) is awesome and she thinks of everything, knows the business and is the most calming presence - so hire her to be your day of. It is worth the peace of mind knowing she will handle it. Our family and friends instantly felt at home as soon as they arrived and so did we. Would recommend it to any bride looking for a low key, rustic wedding!

This is an amazing venue! If we did not bring one decoration, it would still have been perfect. We booked Silo and Oak for my daughter's wedding. The contract was thorough and well thought-out. We booked quite late but that didn't seem to be an issue. It also did not affect the price. Tricia and her staff made sure every detail was tended to. They had so much to offer to keep the guests entertained while we were taking family photos, and the venue was so cozy that we felt right at home. We liked the option to have the ceremony in the woods or in the chapel if the weather that day would have been unpleasant. Every attendee commented on how perfect this place was. I concur. Thank you, Tricia for helping to make this day a wonderful celebration for my family.

I can't thank Silo and Oak enough for helping create a magical, stress free day for myself and my husband. This venue has a beautiful charm to it from the photo ready Silo to the cozy courtyard where all the fun happens. Not only is the venue itself beautiful, but the people who run the show are kind, personable, professional, organized, and do everything they can to make sure your big day turns out how you wanted and then some. Tricia acts as the venue owner and also offers day of coordinator services. Trust me, you want her there coordinating the day of! She made sure everything ran smoothly and ensured setup/vendors were on schedule. When I was out and about trying to help with setup, she let me know that they would be sure everything was handled and that I could, and should ;-), go relax and get pampered in the bridal suite with my girls. I was MORE than happy to do this and had peace of mind knowing that she would be overseeing things. Leading up to the big day, anytime I had a question she was always quick to respond with an answer or with options that I hadn't even thought of. Her carefully curated list of recommended vendors made my job SO easy! All of the vendors I went with that came recommended by Tricia were incredible! If they're on the list, that says something, they've got Tricia's stamp of approval! If you're considering Silo and Oak as the venue for your big day, look no further, because I can assure you, this IS the one! You won't find another place that puts so much heart and care into each of their weddings. One that has such a beautiful setting with so many great options for photos. One that really cares about the couples they work with. Silo and Oak made the day I've grown up dreaming about a reality. Thank you so much for being apart of this special day with Geoff and I. I cannot begin to put into words how beautiful this venue is. From the moment I toured Silo and Oak, I knew this was the place I wanted to be married. There is something so magical and enchanting about it. It is personable and every detail Tricia has placed into it makes it that much more special. It's just so hard to describe unless you've been there. Tricia and Stephen were most accommodating and friendly. I spent a year planning my wedding, and I have to say this was the best part. I appreciated Tricia's availability in the last month leading up to the wedding. My many questions and return trips to the venue... she was so patient with me! Our ceremony site was in the woods. I was worried about the rain, then the cold, then finally the wind. Tricia helped to alleviate all of my fears and assure me that our day would be beautiful. And it was! Tricia ensured the day went smoothly as my day of coordinator. Her assistant Angela was also very helpful. There were so many things I did not even think of and forgot, but they were able to improvise and make it go off without a hitch. I was able to enjoy my day as a bride. It was beautiful to sit and watch all of our guests have a good time. The yard games were a hit with the kids and kept them entertained. I received so many compliments on our wedding. Everyone loved the site and beautiful trees with lights and tons of photo opportunities. I only wish the day could have lasted longer. As a bride, your day goes by so quickly. I am so thankful I chose Silo and Oak for our wedding day. I will cherish every moment and memory of that day, and I have Tricia and her wonderful team to thank for it. As we were leaving for the night, I asked my my husband, "Can we come back and visit?" This place felt like home.

Where do I even begin?! Tricia and I had been in contact for over 15 months regarding our big day. From our very first look at Silo and Oak, my husband and I knew that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venue is simply magical and only gets better with time. When I say that this venue is magical, it is truly and understatement. Every time I wanted to call the wedding off and elope and just give up on all the wedding chaos (and there will be wedding chaos), I would just contact Tricia to come out to the venue. We probably went down in history as the couple with the most venue visits, but it was so so worth it. Each time I left the venue, I was rejuvenated and ready to go again and continued head on with wedding planning. We had our ceremony in the woods at their new ceremony site and it was beyond beautiful. The most beautiful thing happened during our ceremony.. While my husband and I were sharing our vows.. butterflies appeared out of nowhere. It was almost so perfect that our guests thought we had done that on purpose and had some sort of nectar to keep them around. It seriously was more beautiful than could even be put into words. This venue is so unique and truly goes with any theme and color scheme you may be thinking of. Not only that, but what happened during our ceremony is just one of the many natural things that make this venue so magical. It is like no matter what ideas you come up with, it all just works out, it all just.. FITS. The family who owns Silo and Oak brought us into their world and always made us feel at home. Tricia gave the best hugs and always put my nerves at ease. We looked at so many venues, but once we saw this one.. we just knew. Anyone who is looking into Silo and Oak.. I can almost guarantee that you will have that same feeling too! Thank you again Tricia and Steve for making our special day the best day of our lives and one for us and all of our guests to remember. We are truly blessed to have you in our lives for our wedding day and the rest of our lives!

My husband and I were married here in April 2018 and we had a FANTASTIC experience with the venue and the wonderful owners. Tricia and her husband are exceptionally accommodating, kind and helpful. The pictures make the venue look gorgeous but its even better in person! My husband and I struggled to find a venue that would hold our smallish wedding (we had 70 people) because most venues in the Austin area where we lived were for 150+ people which would have swallowed us. This was perfect! Tricia also helped set us up with our caterers and the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend!!!

Tricia and Stephen with Silo and Oak are like a dream come true! We booked this venue when they were still in the mist of renovating the property and we were completely blow away with the transformation. Not only did they keep to their word about what would be completed by our wedding date but went well beyond that! Tricia was very detailed with planning and even though she wasn’t my day of coordinator, acted like one anyway. Which was so helpful! She helped with of vendors, accommodations, decor, anything I needed she was right there. They let us come out there as many times as we wanted and were always so kind. For the price and all that comes in your package, you can not beat this venue! It’s unique, inviting, and down right gorgeous! Silo and Oak made our wedding day so incredible. It's the perfect venue for a rustic, intimate, beautiful event. Tricia and her assistant, Angela, made our day run smoothly and helped us have an even better wedding than we ever could have imagined. When my husband and I started our venue search, we drove up to Silo and Oak and knew it looked familiar. Tricia and Stephen Simmons transformed this property from a pumpkin patch and Christmas tree farm into a magical place and they continue to make improvements so every couple will have a great experience. If you're looking for a place in Temple to have a wedding, Silo and Oak is the place to be.

I cannot say enough good things about Stephen Simmons and our experience at Silo and Oak. The venue itself is so beautiful (the pictures really don't do it justice!!), and Stephen really went above and beyond our expectations. When meeting with Stephen, I could hear the joy in his voice every time he talked about other weddings, and shared ideas with us for our day. We were able to customize our ceremony to what we wanted and I couldn't be happier with how my wedding turned out. Even though ours was a small wedding, Stephen made my husband and I feel just as important as a big wedding party. To anyone getting married, please take the time to check out this venue. It is well worth the time, and you will be guaranteed an officiant who genuinely cares about his couples!

The Simmons family goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is thoughtfully considered from start to finish! Tricia Simmons took incredible care of our family to make our day such a memorable and pleasant experience. When I say Tricia is detail oriented, I mean she thinks of things you've never even considered! We utilized Tricia's services as Day of Coordinator as well, and because it is her venue she knows her stuff. My nerves instantly subsided as she went through the detailed itinerary for the day. She worked tirelessly to make sure the decor matched our vision, that the D.J. was playing our taste in music during the reception, aiding me with my bustle, and even had the care to make both mine and my husband's dinner plates to make sure we ate. The care, genuine love, and passion they have is so apparent in each interaction and task. This is merely just the service, and I haven't even touched on the venue!! The venue is thoughtfully curated. The historic elements blend naturally with the new construction. Each building is conveniently located and connected with a paved path that is multi-purpose. From the pops of color found on the barnyard doors, to the rustic elements and rusty truck you and your guests will have ample opportunities to take photos! If you choose Silo and Oak you will be served within an unbelievably stunning venue matched with an equally amazing staff! Picking Silo & Oak was one of the best decisions we could've made! We already had a different venue picked out and I stumbled upon Silo & Oak and we just decided to go check it out and we absolutely fell in love!!!! Tricia was so great from the start to finish, she is the sweetest person you could have to be along side your journey and made everything so easy. She helped with picking out vendors and let me tell you when I say that she helped us pick out the best vendors in Central Texas! Our wedding was perfect and we could not be happier with everything.

Where do I begin....Tricia and Stephen worked flawlessly together and made my wedding perfect. If you are looking for an intimate, chic, fun wedding venue than look no further. Silo and Oak was my dream venue owned by a dream team. When I was stressed out Tricia reassured it would be ok and helped me through the planning process. Stephen was our officiant and helped us put together the perfect ceremony....I’m not sure how we could have done it without them. So grateful for this gem in the country.

I do not know even where to start. This being a second marriage for both of us and wanting to keep it very intimate, we had a picture in our minds of what we wanted. From the moment I sent the first email to Tricia, I knew that I was dealing with great people, professional, honest and genuine. The moment we visited the venue, we knew that Silo and Oak was where we wanted to be married. We wanted to share this great place with our friends and family and celebrate our love and marriage. The venue is beautiful all by itself. The atmosphere and charm is amazing. The venue has so much to offer and there is little that needs to be added to decorate for a wedding. The planning was easy, communication was great and Tricia was there for me every step of the way. She gave me great advice and help me create a perfect day. They whole Simmons family was there to help the day of the wedding and did not interfere but provided much needed support and direction from beginning to end. I was able to have the celebration that I wanted with the people I wanted and it could not have been any more perfect. This family and venue is amazing.

Silo and Oak is a true hidden gem! Tricia and her family are such a blessing to the wedding community! We are so appreciative of the kindness, patience, and hospitality we received from the initial meet to the happiest day of our lives! I can not express my excitement enough for the amazing blessing it was to have my wedding at Silo and Oak. I want to do it all over again because of the amount of fun I had planning with this Venue. Trisha and her family really take the cake for being amazing owners. They have created a small local area that seems millions of miles into the country side with touches of rustic and glamour and pictures really do not do this Venue justice.

My husband and I rather spontaneously decided to have a wedding at a venue, and finding Silo and Oak was the best thing that could have happened to us. Up until about the month of March, we "planned" on getting married at the courthouse. Even when we changed our minds to have an actual wedding, we did not think that we would be able to pull it off, and we would not have if we had not of contacted Stephen and his wife! They helped us pull the whole thing together! The venue is so beautiful, we did not bring any decorations, and you couldn't tell. They helped us through every step and helped personalize the ceremony to something that was very special and meaningful to us and our family. They even added some beautiful touches to the location prior to us arriving! They were very open and honest about things that they thought would work out nicely, like when to present our children with special presents, and things that they knew would be rough, like trying to squeeze everything in under two hours. We ended up going over our slotted time period but were able to stay for an additional hour, which was previously discussed prior to the wedding. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. We are so thankful that we found Silo and Oak and would recommend them to any couple looking for a venue.

On February 18, 2017 at 11:00 am my husband and I got married at Silo and Oak 7617 McGregor Park Rd. we had a wonderful experience and would like to share it with everyone. Early January 2017 my husband and I had planned on getting married on February 18 which gave us about 6 weeks to plan. I frantically started my search for a wedding venue that would meet our needs. I had sent out multiple RFQ's with no luck, seeing how it was such short notice and a very small budget. That's when I came across Silo and Oak on the website "The Knot." We were immediately draw to photos of the outdoor space that had been posted on the website. So we sent and email and hoped for the best. We received a phone call within 24 hours from the owner, Tricia Simmons. she was very excited, as were we , seeing how if everything went well we would be the first couple to be wed at the official venue using all of the amenities they have to offer. Tricia was very up front on the phone telling us the date would be available, but that the venue was still in the process of being built. We really liked the outdoor space, so we decided to go have a look anyways. upon arrival at the venue we were greeted by Tricia Simmons. she was very polite and gave an awesome tour of the venue. she made us feel very comfortable, not rushed, and answered all of our questions. At the end of the tour my husband and I had already known that we had found the perfect venue for our small wedding. Over the course of the next few weeks before the wedding, we watched in amazement as the unfinished venue started to shape into the beautiful Silo and Oak. it went from plywood walls to rustic elegance in just weeks. On the day of the wedding I was extremely stressed out, and hoping that everything would turn out as planned, luckily, not only did we have our families by our sides but we had the Simmons family right there as well. not only did they keep the entire wedding on schedule, they also aided in set up and tear down, and so much more. I couldn't have asked for a better blessing. After returning to work I received so many complements on how beautifully everything went and how much everyone loved the venue. Everything went perfectly.
