Gary (the owner) is extremely accommodating. He had everything set up exactly the way we wanted it. He knows the local vendors so our decorator and he worked together well. We did...
our own flowers for the wedding and brought them in the day before and he had the waitstaff take care of them and all the other arrangements (our favors placecards etc.). The location is beautiful. It's in the middle of rolling hills and there's an herb garden and a separate fountain area that are great for pictures and/or the ceremony. Our day had a sudden downpour but was sunny before and after so we had the ceremony and reception inside and ducked outside for pictures. There is an adjoining room that was the ceremony site and then we simply walked across to the next room (which can hold 300 guests) for the reception--very convenient.;Communication can get a bit garbled between Gary and the waitstaff so if you have any changes to communicate to them make sure to talk to Gary himself. For the ceremony the room with the fireplace is nice (although our photographer had a bit of difficulty with a large painting's glass cover reflection). However for a seated ceremony it's a bit cramped...I had my parents both walk me down the aisle and was getting my dress stepped on because there wasn't enough space.
