Our team is ready to host your event of a lifetime with wheelchair-friendly spaces, many in-house services, and on-site accommodations at our two country cottages. The Silos At Fair Oaks Ranch has over 20-acres of land and the venue can accommodate up to 300 of your closest friends. The large reception hall is available for ceremonies, receptions, after-parties. However, if you’re looking for a more intimate space, you can enjoy a rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, or ceremony in our smaller hall. Both banquet halls on the property combine charm with contemporary, yielding high wooden ceilings, exposed metal beams, cream-white and stone walls, and polished cement flooring. In addition to these indoor spaces, the venue boasts three outdoor patios to take in scenic views and breathtaking ambience, soothing water features and tons of natural backdrop for the perfect photos. The 6 silos on property also add something special to the space and make for terrific photo op. And as an added convenience, the property also has ample free parking space for you and every guest. Your event at the Silos At Fair Oaks Ranch includes seating for your ceremony and tables, chairs and table linens for your reception in the rental price! The vendors we work closely with can provide a myriad of upgrade options to make your event even more spectacular. We can accommodate virtually any party theme or color scheme. We also offer on-site tuxedo rental service, so dressing your groom and the other gentlemen in your party is an easy, stress-free experience. On-site catering is another added bonus! Our booked couples will also receive a list of our favorite local referrals for an assortment of professional and reliable vendor services but are welcome to bring in their preferred professional vendors. We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. The owner's and Jaymie were so helpful and great to work with they really cared and helped make our vision come to life. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful space and we received so many compliments on the venue from our guests!

Honestly? The Silos exceeded our expectations. The beauty of the surroundings; the uniqueness of the venue, the ability to create our vision - it was an AMAZING place for our daughter's wedding! David and Laurie worked so hard to help us make this place absolutely magical for our daughter's wedding. Our guests loved the surroundings and the fact that it was just our family and friends there and no one else. We used both cottages on the property and they were a perfect gathering place for the groom and his groomsmen and for our daughter and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for the day. This is a really a beautiful place; whether it's the 53 family and friends we had or whether it's a much larger group - the Silos is truly a unique and a very special place! As mother of the bride (and believe me, I visited a lot of venues!) I couldn't be happier!
