The Silver Arrow Band is the real deal! My husband and I are both musicians and music teachers and we really wanted live music at our wedding and The Knot brought us straight to Silver Arrow. We worked with Chris to create our plan and they did not disappoint! They were absolutely fantastic! They had everyone up on the dance floor dancing all night long and playing music that really fit my husband and I’s vibe. It was the most perfect night with such an awesome band!

The Silver Arrow band performed at our wedding and were absolutely incredible. I went to high school with one of the guitarists and that made the performance even more special (especially when he serenaded us for our private last dance).
They went above and beyond to bring our dreams to life by learning 3 songs for us and customizing the second set to only include throwbacks and alternative rock. Guests were raving about the band and the dance floor was packed all night.
Would recommend the Silver Arrow Band again and again!!!

it was the same for our wedding. From the violinist playing during our ceremony, to the trio during cocktail hour and the 8-piece band during the reception, everyone was terrific. The MC kept the party going and spread such an energetic, positive vibe. Silver Arrow Band made the planning process extremely easy and because of that we had no worries the day of the event. Our guests who attended the wedding are still raving about how amazing the band was. We would strongly recommended them to anyone looking for a band for their wedding!

I am a Long Island based bride and I will be forever grateful I booked Silver Arrow Band (specifically, Thai and his team) for my wedding day. I had a 9-piece band. Not only was each musician more talented than the next, Thai offered a level of personalization and customization I could only dream of. He worked well with my vendor team, accounted for many of my specific requests (and trust me, I had requests!) and was one of the most stress free parts of my day. Looking back on my wedding day a few months back, I can’t help but smile fondly thinking of the incredible music and energy this group brought. We also added the cocktail hour Jazz trio, live ceremony piano, and entry music for prior to ceremony start and I can’t recommend that enough! Oh! And don’t forget about uplighting. I know every bride thinks they don’t need it, but with SAB the best part is they can take care of everything. I didn’t have to outsource and Thai was there to help me every step of the way. 10/10.

all was phenominal! We're over a month out from our wedding and our friends and family are still telling us how good the band was. They kept the party going and the dancefloor packed all night! Also, would like to shout out our producer Chris who made every step of the planning process stressfree and easy. They were very accommodating with our song preferences and Chris worked with us to select band members to perfectly match our wedding vibe. I would recommend SAB to any couple for their wedding!

out of the park! Everyone was dancing the whole night, guests of all ages and backgrounds, which is exactly what we wanted.
They played the perfect acoustic arrangement of my ceremony entrance song ("Hey Leonardo", by Blessed Union of the Souls -- a befitting song and band-name) and outro ("Sweet Love", by Anita Baker) and helped create the vibe that we would play music that is close to our love story.
Cocktail hour was great, opted for their jazz musicians who created the perfect transition into the reception.
We had a full band plus two horns (I would always recommend to go with more horns if you're able to spring for it) and one vocalist. They were perfect absolutely!!
They're planning dashboard helped remove all of the guess-work that normally goes into working with a band. They were super amenable, flexible, professional and communicative. My husband and I are really into live music and used to be in band growing up, so we appreciated the quality performance and smoothness in which they operated. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

started searching for bands, Silver Arrow was the first music vendor to respond to us, and we were fortunate to be able to see the band perform live at a showcase. They structured the showcase to demonstrate various band configurations- what it sounds like once you add different instruments and singers, one by one. Liz Tobias is a true rockstar in dual roles as both band coordinator and amazing singer- she was responsive, organized, professional, and knowledgeable about our venue. We felt super confident about moving forward with Silver Arrow and decided to go with a 7-piece band for the reception, a 3-piece jazz trio for the cocktail hour, and a solo guitarist for the ceremony. We provided a few specific songs and the general vibe we were going for and then let them run the show. The band knew exactly how to read the room and curate songs that got everyone feeling good and on the dance floor, and importantly- how moderate the volume to a level that was energetic but not deafening. Our wedding day was perfect, the best day of my life- and Silver Arrow helped create that musical magic!!

remely professional, I didn't get to spend a lot of time with them, but they worked well with the venue staff and wedding planner.
Krystal was our primary contact. The website was also easy to navigate, and we used it to accomplish all of our planning. Krystal was great at following up and considering all of our suggestions. We wanted a particular song for the end of the night, and they knocked it out of the park. Everyone was on the dance floor with us.
The prices were fantastic and affordable. They were highly recommended to us, and so glad we went with them.

rior we knew we had to hire them for our own wedding. We were slightly wary that their “build a band” methodology would mean the quality of the musicians would not be as epic as we experienced at our friend’s wedding but rest assured, ALL Silver Arrow musicians are incredibly talented, professional performers that know how to get the crowd on the dancefloor. Throughout the entire planning process the team was extremely easy to work with (shoutout to our producer Tyson!). We especially appreciated the flexibility to choose the size and type of musicians that we wanted and the ability to have them handle our ceremony music and emceeing. Their song list was expansive and the band was even able to learn a few of our favorite songs (big thanks to Garrett and team for crushing Love Story and Ocean Avenue!!). Silver Arrow made our wedding an unforgettable experience for us and our guests!

rd that you are able to update throughout the planning process was super easy to use and helpful as we finalized the details for our day. That day, we used a 6 person band and their MC services and they absolutely killed it! People were dancing the entire time! The band was great at playing a variety of songs and being interactive throughout the event. Guests were singing into mics and the lead singer even walked around the guests while playing multiple songs. They were so popular that all of our guests practically screamed for an encore when they ended and the band was nice enough to play one more incredible song. We highly recommend the band and I would encourage couples to add as much detail as they can to their planning page because I think it really added to our day. Thank you so much again!

r requests they didn’t know via phone. They were open to requests and also were wonderful MCs! They also provided our videographer (haven’t gotten the video back yet so no review on that) and lighting.
The *only* thing I didn’t love was that they played the wrong portion of the father daughter song. My dad and I had learned a specific 1:20 minute dance and instead of playing the YouTube video from the minutes I specified they played a Spotify version so it wasn’t what we’d learned! The lead singer did try to run that by me right at the start of the reception (to her credit!) but I wasn’t really following and was so overwhelmed. Obviously the audience didn’t know the difference and everything else went off without a hitch. They even accommodated playing an instrumental for a surprise rap my parents did!! Would definitely recommend them for any event.

mind every step of the way! My husband and I hired their string trio to play during our ceremony, the jazz trio for cocktail hour, and the 8-piece band for our reception. We were so incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything ran, from the second the ceremony trio set-up, to the final breakdown at the end of the night. The also MC'd and did all of our wedding party introductions. Silver Arrow Band accommodated all of our music requests and I could tell how well they were able to read the room. Our guests were out on the floor dancing until the final moment of the night! People were raving about Silver Arrow Band for days following our wedding. ginally planning our wedding, we knew one of the most important aspects of the night was live music and endless dancing. Silver Arrow knocked it out of the park! We worked with Neil throughout our planning - and replanning since we had to postpone due to the pandemic - and he was so incredibly helpful and responsive throughout a difficult time of unknown. It was easy to postpone and rebook and we thank them for being so flexible with us.
In the lead up to our wedding, Neil helped us create a timeline and schedule of the night that worked within our own vision, and it created the most perfect flow of the evening. Our feet were hurting so much the next day - the most perfect evidence for a night of endless dancing thanks to a talented group of musicians!

itical if the band is a bit off. These guys were killer. They had a great mix of tunes that literally kept the dance floor full THE ENTIRE NIGHT. Their energy was 110%, and they were incredibly interactive with the crowd. At one point, my dad ended up playing some guitar with the band, and the flower girl requested to sing a song as well, which was not in the plan! We had the band MC our wedding party and reception, and also play during the ceremony. It was the perfect touch, and went off without a hitch. These guys are incredibly receptive to making sure its what YOU want on the big day. We had high expectations from hearing and reading reviews from these guys, and they literally blew them out of the water. Lastly starting rates for Silver Arrow Band were shockingly low compared to the other local acts. It is no exaggeration when we say they helped make our day that much more special, and one heck of a party!

My husband and I selected Silver Arrow to play at our 09.29.18 wedding in Hudson, New York. We were a bit nervous about the idea of hiring a band without seeing them play in person...
. But after watching enough YouTube videos, we decided to go for it. I'm so happy that we did. We hired Silver Arrow to play piano during our outdoor ceremony, jazz trio during our cocktail hour, and as a five-piece band during the reception. All of the musicians were incredibly talented. Many of our guests said that Silver Arrow was the best band they had ever heard at a wedding. The band even accommodated playing a special version of our first dance song. Thank you for sharing your talents with us on our wedding day!

We really wanted our wedding to be a huge dance party, and Silver Arrow Band delivered! Everyone was on the dance floor at one point, and the dance floor was packed for the ENTIRE reception. They played the exact right kind of music, and a great variety. The energy was so high all night, I didn’t want my wedding to end.
Liz was so easy to work with. Using the webpage she sent us to fill in our likes, dislikes, special songs, and timeline made it so simple. When we talked the week of the wedding on the phone to nail things down, we just had to run through everything, and she asked more specific questions about genres and specific songs we wanted/did not want played.
In addition to playing the right music, the musicians themselves were so talented! They learned an acoustic version of “Everlong” by Foo Fighters for our first dance and it was everything we could have wanted.
The band was super fun, and we’re so cool and let one of my coworkers play the tambourine!
I feel like I cannot give the band the review they deserve! They really made my wedding everything! 100% would recommend booking Silver Arrow Band!

me time, so they didn't take all their breaks so they played the same amount of time as if it started on time (did that without us asking). They learned our songs, had great choice of music, very prepared, and easy to work with. If you book them, you will not regret it.

ative. He was organized and very quick to answer emails! He was very accommodating to every request and last-minute changes we had! The 9-piece band we hired was truly worth every penny! We also had them MC for us, and they did a spectacular job! We trusted them to pick whatever music they felt was the best for our day, and they truly exceeded our expectations! They had a nice array of songs that everyone could dance to! The dance floor was PACKED all night! It's been a month since our wedding, and we are STILL getting compliments on the band! to work with! From the acoustic guitar & keyboard duet during our ceremony, to the jazz trio during cocktail hour, to the 6 band member performance during our reception was spectacular! ceremony string players were something that just happened without my having to even think about it, the band itself was professional, well timed, FUN and got everyone up (even my father and mother in law which I did not think would happen). They played something for everyone and kept the night moving. My husband is a big dancer, and let's just say he got his steps in.

nitely starts and ends with some good live music! Everyone was on their feet the entire night and we still hear how awesome the band was! Andrae was also extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning as well. Every time I was worried about the timeline, he helped me work through it to make sure the night would go perfect. And we are so thankful that it actually was PERFECT. This band makes for an awesome wedding and I would highly recommend them!
