g came around, we were pretty stressed and burnt out. I spoke with Neil multiple times during the last few weeks, and he was wonderful. He gave me great advice, steered me in the right direction, and reassured me all along the way. I truly felt that I had his full help, and support, for the big day. The band nailed it all; ceremony, reception, reading the crown, toasts, dances, etc. A live band was a bit of a splurge for us, and it was worth EVERY penny! Literally every guest raved about them - we couldn't have asked for more!

I left the "set list" up to their discretion, and they knocked it out of the park!! People were up dancing the entire night, which is exactly what I wanted. I was down in the bridal suite below the dance floor and it sounded like the building was going to collapse from the dancing and jumping. I have to be honest one of the best moments I’ve ever seen at any wedding was the completely packed crowded dance floor booing the band for needing to take a break because the guests didn’t want the crazy dance party to stop for even one second. The band was back in record time and kept the party going through the very last second of the night. The band team was so easy to work with. Web tools are set up to make sure everything went off without a hitch and the band coordinator Andrew, was a delight to work with. From the beautifully executed piano solo during the ceremony, to the lively trio during the cocktail hour through the roof shaking non-stop all out party that was the reception we literally could not have dreamed up a better performance at every turn. The amount of times that we heard “the band!!!” “This is the best wedding band I’ve ever seen!” “This band is amazing!” is countless. People will be talking about our wedding for years and it’s in LARGE part to the Silver Arrow Band!!!

Our guests of all ages enjoyed the performance, Silver Arrow made it a wonderful night!

Dre helped to make the process seamless from the ceremony through reception: we didn’t have a coordinator to help us orchestrate the day-of flow, but the band needed NO prompting after our initial phone call, and they handled it all from the procession to bridal party intros. My husband is a musician, so he was skeptical and critical with any potential band, but Silver Arrow Band exceeded his expectations- and at an amazing price!!!

you, I had set the bar pretty high in my mind for our wedding band. After researching online, reading the reviews (which every bride drives herself crazy with!), as well as asking people for recommendations, my now-husband and I hit up DROM for a SAB showcase. Let me tell you, two songs in, we were hooked! They were ridiculously amazing and the Best Man that was with us at the showcase said we just lit up dancing in our seats to the multi-piece band. Trying to get a response initially was a little bit of a headache (it was wedding season after all), as we were quite persistent, as we didn't want to lose them to another couple for our date, but once we connected with Andrew, things were 110% smooth. We went with an 11-piece band (insane!) and the online form was a great feature, as it allowed me to update it with information for our special dances months in advance and have our planner, Leah Weinberg of Color Pop Events, upload the day-of timeline to them directly. We had a fantastic call with Andrew the week of the wedding and they certainly delivered the night of. I've heard our cocktail pianist was lovely (didn't quite make it into that room ourselves!), but the band and our female MC (who does a KILLER Tina Turner!!) were nothing but amazing from 9:30 pm – 12:15 am. People were always on the dance floor and they just played the most amazing mix of songs that everyone knew. Thank you, Andrew & and Silver Arrow Band musicians for an incredible night that I will never forget... as I made a point to be on the dance floor as much as possible and you allowed me to do just that!

I worked with Neil behind the scenes to get all of the details organized, who was great in helping me outline all the transitions and our individual details of the must have songs and the do not play songs. My husband and I went to see them play in Providence a year before the wedding and they had so many talented musicians. It was a little nerve wracking not knowing exactly what members would be playing your event until right before the big day but we were lucky enough to get James and Xenia and both were powerhouse singers and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. They even learned our favorite 80s song to get the whole crowd out on the floor. They are professional, friendly, easy to work with and incredibly talented. I think we could have spent way way more and not gotten as nearly good a deal as we did with Silver Arrow. You really can't go wrong! Book them while you can. They were the number one thing we heard endless compliments about from our wedding - and several friends getting married in the near future are already looking to work with them. You won't regret it!

Also, they have showcase performances regularly so you can go check them out! The showcase helped me to decide how many musicians I wanted to include in the band, since you can choose how big or small you want the band to be. On the wedding day they were so great! Cocktail hour music was perfect and low key jazz. Then the reception!!! They were so great! Thank goodness we had an extra large dance floor because everyone, and I mean everyone, was dancing the entire time!!!!!! Which is exactly what I wanted. They played the perfect mix of music and read the crowd correctly to know which direction to take the tunes. I couldn’t be happier with their service from day one, to the day of.

s the day of that I feel I cannot ignore: -They did not play the correct mash up for our first dance song. I sent Liz the exact MP3 that I wanted played weeks beforehand and was assured they would play it for us. Instead they just played our 2 first dance songs one after another (instead of the mash up which was a shortened version of both songs put together). Because of this we had a significant amount of extra time for our first dance and had to pause awkwardly while we waited for the second song to start. They were also supposed to let the second song finish playing so our guests could come join us on the dancefloor, but instead they cut off the music as soon as our dance ended. I gave Liz specific instructions for this and we were therefore very disappointed, especially since my husband and I started working on our first dance months ahead of time and had a professional dance teacher choreograph and teach it to us and we really wanted it to be perfect :/ -For the hora, I had sent Liz a youtube video of the song I wanted played (along with Hava Nagila, so 2 songs for the hora) but instead they just played hava nagila on a loop for 15 minutes. It was fine and not a big deal but would've been nice to have a bit of variety. -During dinner service, there was zero music at all. Liz had told me beforehand that during dinner they would play light jazz music, however they did not and therefore it was extremely quiet during dinner and felt like being in a cafeteria. They also took a significant break during dinner service. I asked our wedding coordinator to go ask the band to start playing again (by this I meant just play jazz music like they were supposed to) since it felt like we were paying them for nothing. However they started playing motown music while people were still eating, and therefore they played a lot of our favorite songs and yet no one was dancing because people were still eating. Aside from that, the band was really great. They had amazing voices and once dinner was over people got up and started dancing and tons of our guests commented on how fantastic the band was. They also stayed 15 minutes late so we could continue to use their speakers while we searched for the hotels speakers to continue the after party. I would still recommend them, however be 100% sure any little details are worked out beforehand.

t mixed up in the booking system and we ended up not getting that other band for our wedding date. Fast forward a few weeks--I'm scrolling through Instagram one morning before getting out of bed, and I saw a sponsored ad for Silver Arrow Band in my feed. I thought it was funny that I got a band advertisement on Instagram, but I figured I'd check them out since we were still looking around for one. After poking around their website for a few minutes, I was floored. They were exactly what we were looking for in terms of quality and the type of music they played for weddings. I contacted them right away; Andrew (their manager) got back to me within that day or so, and we were able to secure our date right away (without requiring a hefty deposit on the spot.) We did have to decide pretty quickly though in order to officially keep our date, so we made sure we weren't acting too impulsively. Andrew sent me SO much information about how to go about selecting a wedding band in general--he even said that they might not be the right fit for us, so it would be important for us to go see them live before committing to them. His complete transparency throughout the booking process was really refreshing--we knew we could trust them right off the bat. One of Andrew's suggestions was that we go see them live before officially hiring them, and since we live in NYC, we went to one of their live Tuesday night performances at Drom in the East Village. They were (of course) incredible, so we felt very confident that we were booking the perfect group. Leading up to the wedding, Andrew provided us with a form for us to fill out online so that we could share our likes and dislikes with them, as well as the general schedule of our wedding day. My husband and I love all sorts of music, so we weren't very specific with the band on what to and what not to play, but it was nice to give them some level of insight as to what type of night we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone with Andrew a few days leading up to the wedding, we were able to really get each other on the same page regarding what we wanted. The day of, we were able to completely relax knowing that they were taking care of everything. They even threw in a small jazz ensemble to play for our cocktail hour (FOR FREE) since those musicians were also in the band, so that was a huge perk. At the reception, they were SO good that our friends couldn't stay seated--they filled the dance floor within minutes and had to be told to sit down so that the reception could officially start! It was so amazing to see everyone having a blast, and that it wasn't forced whatsoever. There was such a contagious energy to the room, and it made our reception feel so much more like a fantastic party instead of a typical wedding reception. I couldn't say enough about the Silver Arrow Band. You won't find this quality and expertise and professionalism for a better price. I would hire them over and over and over again.

The little kids, all the way to the grand parents. EVERY ONE DANCED! And had SO MUCH FUN. Thank you Silver Arrow Band for making our wedding a night we will never forget!

Totally unexpected and super fun :) Thai, who guided us through the whole process, was so low key and easy to work with. He offered really helpful advice while letting our reception be unique and exactly what we wanted. Beyond all that, it was a great value -- really wonderful quality and experience for the best price we saw. I'd highly recommend them!

Silver Arrow Band perform a few times before but were not ready for the unreal performance they put on for our wedding day. They performed custom songs we requested by learning them the week before. They kept the dance floor full the entire night. The ceremony performance with Violin and Keyboard, the cocktail hour jazz quartet, coupled with the ten piece band made our night truly special and we could not be more grateful for their efforts.

We only had a guest list of 80 people, and half of them were on the dance floor. The singer we got was Jess Novak and she was amazing. I plan on buying her albums! Everyone was so impressed not only with the selection of the music but the vibe of every single band member. With such last notice, I expected the iPod song but halfway through the entire band jumped in from their break and finished it with their live pipes and sounds. Like what?! It was so awesome. coordinating a wedding had a few logistical challenges. My biggest "stress" as a bride was that the band would not make the ferry (there is no other option to get there)... However, Neil was amazing assuring and planning the trip and keeping us up to date before and the day of. The band not only arrived early, but came out to set up before expected and were super friendly and fun people (bonus!) They did a great job on our two songs (first dance and parent dance) we did Ben Harper and Tom Petty and they sounded great...though full disclosure I was a bit distracted. We had a few musically inclined friends and had asked if it might be ok for them to join for a couple songs. The band was incredibly accommodating and fun and was happy to let our friends jam with them (and our friends had an amazing time) Our crowd was so energized I don't think they played a SINGLE slow song (Which was fabulous for us, we wanted the party to go all night). That said, when they took breaks they also curated perfect iPod playlists from songs we requested that they didn't have in their catalogue--which was epic. And also meant that the energy never really stopped. We also had our wedding at our family home which meant we didn't have time restrictions. As a result, we asked the band to play an additional set at the end and they were happy to accommodate (we predicted we want another and let them know before dinner). During the last set the horns all came out on the floor and danced with everyone while playing. It was...fantastic. As a last note-nearly all of our guests (who are big dancers) made a point to tell us they were "the best wedding band" they'd ever heard-which was more than we'd expected but not surprising! Before booking, I was endlessly poring over reviews and stressed that they would not live up to the hype...BUT THEY DO. Go for it, you won't regret it, these guys are pros!! I literally don't have a single negative thing to say, the whole experience was flawless for us.

The MC was just perfect and the female lead singer left the stage several times to come and dance with the crowd. During our cocktail hour the fire alarm went off due to smoke in the kitchen. Once our coordinator assured our guests they did not have to evacuate, our band made up a song to go along to the beat of the alarm! They kept our guests entertained and dancing all night. Our lead singer also served as our MC and introduced our bridal party and toasts beautifully. The Silver Arrow Band was worth every penny!

my whacky questions, had many phone meetings with me, and was so detail oriented. He really made planning a breeze. The band was UNREAL. People were raving. We had them do a jazz quartet for cocktail hour, and a 7 piece. They learned a bunch of songs, and played them flawlessly. The dance floor was PACKED at all times. Justin really got the crowd going. I felt so bad because our wedding coordinator that came with the venue was awful and did not have them eat first, so people were waiting for the band to come back on and they were still eating. We ended up not getting our moneys worth of the band because she really dropped the ball. But they totally rocked it, and eliminated a break so they could play more.
