Silver Arrow was PHENOMENAL! The entire band and singer were incredible. The band was so good; everyone was dancing. Guests said it was the best wedding they have been to. The band accommodated my daughter’s needs for an outdoor wedding last April. The microphones were just what she needed and the piano music played outside was beautiful. It allowed us to be very specific while still trusting the band’s expertise, and the result truly felt tailored to us. Silver Arrow Band operates as a network of musicians rather than a single fixed lineup, which initially gave us some pause. That concern quickly disappeared. Every musician they brought was outstanding: tight, professional, and clearly very experienced. Several of our guests who play in bands themselves commented on how strong the musicianship was across the board. Our producer, Theo, was friendly, professional, and consistently responsive. He answered questions quickly and helped us feel confident in every decision. We also asked the band to learn three songs specifically for our wedding, and they played all of them perfectly. We had a full setup with a female and male vocalist, saxophone, bass, guitar, drums and piano — and every single musician was phenomenal. Our producer Curtis was incredibly helpful throughout our whole planning process, and was so thorough in answering all of our questions. They were also really flexible with having two of our friends perform our first dance song. entirely supportive and accommodating. Melissa, my contact, was amazing, communicative, and helpful across the TWO YEARS! We had live music through the Silver Arrow Band for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Melissa was so helpful as she worked with me to choose the best types/number of musicians to achieve my vision. I was so impressed that they were able to learn my chosen songs (maybe this is par for the course -- but I just thought it was so cool that I was able to throw songs out there, and they could play them beautifully!). On the day, the live music was beautiful and the DJ choices were top-notch. We were a small crew, but there was fairly consistent dancing across the age ranges! It was such a wonderful night, and a fun party -- in large part due to the music! I highly recommend the Silver Arrow Band for both live music and MC/DJ services!!!

lped her and it was super sweet and made me so happy. But overall I was disappointed with this band. The booking process was easy enough and Liz was great and super helpful. However, when it came to our wedding day, the MC didn’t even introduce herself to me. She didn’t try and get anyone out on the dance floor, didn’t announce when the band was playing and when she announced the speeches and what not you could barely hear her and our venue was small. 85 people. They sounded great and the lead male singer was amazing. The ceremony music was also amazing. People definitely danced and had fun. However, they didn’t play the style of music I spoke to the manager about. I requested music from the 80s to current and they played mostly older music. I said we liked country and rock, they didn’t play any of it. They were supposed to play Chicken Fried, which is on their set list on the website and I specifically requested it to Liz, when I asked about it they said they couldn’t and they played it on the stereo. I thought it was because they ran out it of time but then they played a live song right after. It didn’t make sense. Like I said, people still got up and danced and we made the best of it but I was really excited because they had so many great reviews and I LOVE live music, I was just disappointed. My recommendation would be to give them a specific set list and make sure they know to stick to it. All the bands and managers are different so maybe people have different experiences, but this was mine.

ic and your lead singer and we were happy to help your maid of honor with her performance on the day! I wanted to address a couple of your concerns, especially with the MC and music selection. Since the band and dance floor was set up in a different room from the dinner and seating, it made things a bit difficult for announcements. All announcements were made and the MC prompted guests to join the dance floor a few times. The band even moved a PA into the dining room so guests could hear the announcements a bit better, but I can understand how that would be easy to miss with the party divided into separate rooms like that and I'm so sorry that was your impression. Regarding the music selection, the first set we played was mostly Motown and oldies which I thought would be fine given that your special dance and ceremony requests were mostly classic hits. I'm really sorry if that was incorrect to assume on my end. The final two sets were a mix of 80s, 90s, and current hits as you requested. The band also performed a number of rock hits (Journey, The Killers, Lyrnyrd Skynyrd, etc were all on the set lists). Again, I'm really sorry that you weren't happy with the first set of Motown and oldies. We also don't have a ton of country music in our repertoire but the band did include a couple country songs in their sets for your event – I am sorry that Chicken Fried was not played live, though! I know you made that request a couple days before the event. We try to accommodate even last minute requests and I'm really sorry that we didn't make that song happen live for you. itical if the band is a bit off. These guys were killer. They had a great mix of tunes that literally kept the dance floor full THE ENTIRE NIGHT. Their energy was 110%, and they were incredibly interactive with the crowd. At one point, my dad ended up playing some guitar with the band, and the flower girl requested to sing a song as well, which was not in the plan! We had the band MC our wedding party and reception, and also play during the ceremony. It was the perfect touch, and went off without a hitch. These guys are incredibly receptive to making sure its what YOU want on the big day. We had high expectations from hearing and reading reviews from these guys, and they literally blew them out of the water. Lastly starting rates for Silver Arrow Band were shockingly low compared to the other local acts. It is no exaggeration when we say they helped make our day that much more special, and one heck of a party!

Everyone was on the dance floor at one point, and the dance floor was packed for the ENTIRE reception. They played the exact right kind of music, and a great variety. The energy was so high all night, I didn’t want my wedding to end. Liz was so easy to work with. Using the webpage she sent us to fill in our likes, dislikes, special songs, and timeline made it so simple. When we talked the week of the wedding on the phone to nail things down, we just had to run through everything, and she asked more specific questions about genres and specific songs we wanted/did not want played. In addition to playing the right music, the musicians themselves were so talented! They learned an acoustic version of “Everlong” by Foo Fighters for our first dance and it was everything we could have wanted. The band was super fun, and we’re so cool and let one of my coworkers play the tambourine! I feel like I cannot give the band the review they deserve! He gave me great advice, steered me in the right direction, and reassured me all along the way. I truly felt that I had his full help, and support, for the big day. The band nailed it all; ceremony, reception, reading the crown, toasts, dances, etc. A live band was a bit of a splurge for us, and it was worth EVERY penny! Literally every guest raved about them - we couldn't have asked for more!

Andy was super responsive and accommodating, especially when I added on some last minute services. I left the "set list" up to their discretion, and they knocked it out of the park!! People were up dancing the entire night, which is exactly what I wanted. uck with all our ideas, sequenced as per all our timing and curated a set list that was absolutely perfect for our taste of music! I was down in the bridal suite below the dance floor and it sounded like the building was going to collapse from the dancing and jumping. I have to be honest one of the best moments I’ve ever seen at any wedding was the completely packed crowded dance floor booing the band for needing to take a break because the guests didn’t want the crazy dance party to stop for even one second. The band was back in record time and kept the party going through the very last second of the night. The band team was so easy to work with. Web tools are set up to make sure everything went off without a hitch and the band coordinator Andrew, was a delight to work with. From the beautifully executed piano solo during the ceremony, to the lively trio during the cocktail hour through the roof shaking non-stop all out party that was the reception we literally could not have dreamed up a better performance at every turn. The amount of times that we heard “the band!!!” “This is the best wedding band I’ve ever seen!” “This band is amazing!” is countless. People will be talking about our wedding for years and it’s in LARGE part to the Silver Arrow Band!!!

was beautiful. For our first dances our musical choices were very specific songs that are not mainstream and the band was able to execute them flawlessly. For our reception we provided Silver Arrow with a detailed list of the types of music and songs that we like (2000s punk rock for the bride and house music for the groom). The band was able to play everything from Fallout Boy to Calvin Harris and included all types of music that kept everyone dancing all night! Dre helped to make the process seamless from the ceremony through reception: we didn’t have a coordinator to help us orchestrate the day-of flow, but the band needed NO prompting after our initial phone call, and they handled it all from the procession to bridal party intros. My husband is a musician, so he was skeptical and critical with any potential band, but Silver Arrow Band exceeded his expectations- and at an amazing price!!!

in point of contact, Zahyia, was incredibly friendly, helpful, organized, and thorough, and made me feel comfortable and confident leading up to our wedding day. They have a really handy client page that you can use to input your wedding day timeline and other details (like music likes/dislikes and MC details, should you choose to use their MC services...which I'd recommend!). This was super helpful to ensure we (the couple) and the band were on the same page about all of the details. On the day of the wedding, the band NAILED it. They were fun, personable, and SO incredibly talented, and had everyone dancing all night. Many guests have since told us that Silver Arrow was the best wedding band they'd ever experienced...and we'd agree. :) I really can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Silver Arrow, for an incredible, memorable evening!
