Silver Creek Valley Country Club

It is an absolutely gorgeous vendor with fantastic view. Food was top notch excellent and customer service was amazing. Event coordinator-Susanna G. was on top of every detail and she even got me a plate of food think I wouldn't have time to eat. They are very accommodating to create my dream wedding, and I definitely got everything I ever wanted. It is a bit in the pricey side, but with the all inclusive service in the country club quality venue, I think it is so worth it. Thank you for every thing.

While this venue is higher in price, don't let that deter you from considering this location. The value that you get out of your dollar is well worth it. Also, they do offer promotions to save on costs. In comparison to other venues that I have experienced as a wedding guest, the quality of the food and service is far above the competition. The food is absolutely delicious. Guest were served very quickly and I heard nothing but compliments from my guests. Everyone loved their food. I have been to weddings where I waited forever for a sub par meal and had to chase down staff members to get a glass of water. I did not want that for my wedding and was very pleased with the service we recieved. The staff at Silver Creek is top notch. The wedding coordinator, Risa, was there every step of the way doing whatever she could to make sure things ran smoothly and was extremely accomodating to the guests and wedding party. The grounds and views are breathtaking and make for fantastic photos. The wedding ceremony is next to a beautiful waterfall and the reception room is floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the San Jose hills and gorgeous grounds of the SCVCC golf course. Another bonus is that they work with one of the best bakeries for wedding cakes. I highly recommend Silver Creek Valley Country Club as a wedding venue. I received so many compliments about my wedding. I had the very best day of my life and couldn't be happier.

When we first started looking at places to hold our ceremony and reception we were going crazy trying to find the perfect place. We looked at the Hayes Mansion, the 4 Seasons in Palo Alto and a couple other places...then my (now) husband stumbled upon the Silver Creek Valley Country Club on his way home from work one day. The very next day we called up and started speaking with a wonderful planner by the name of Susanna Gutierrez. We got in and then booked our event with her. Unfortunately a little later my husband lost his job and we were in a bit of financial trouble. We had to change our plans. For the entire thing at Silver Creek you will pay anywhere from $15K - well over $30K. We originally were looking at about $15-16K and had booked a Friday during the offseason and even got a special and only paid $2500 for the site fee. We were ecstatic. Things changed though. However, Susanna (a godsend) was ever so helpful and eventually we were able to have our ceremony there for the site fee and they let us out of our contract for the remainder. They were delightful and flexible to work with. If you have the money I would highly recommend Silver Creek. They were even featured on Oxygen for a wedding show. It truly is a beautiful place with a wonderful backdrop with a waterfall and the inside overlooks the community and golf course. It's simply stunning. If you do go with them try to work with Susanna. She's wonderful. On the day of our wedding she was unfortunately out of town on vacation, but her backup Risa was equally pleasant to deal with and made our day work very well. It was absolutely great, just a little pricey when you have three kids and are trying to do the wedding all yourself with no help from family.
