Silver Fork Lodge

We loved having our wedding at silver fork. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us make our day amazing. The one thing that was a bummer was that we were supposed to have microphones during the ceremony since we live streamed due to covid, but we were not provided with those. But, just a small hiccup on an otherwise perfect day! 10/10 would recommend!

We are so happy we chose Silver Fork Lodge for our wedding! The venue is so beautiful, rustic, cozy, and intimate. Soraya helped coordinate with us months out and was easy to reach via email and phone. She was also our day of coordinator and was awesome. The day before our wedding she called us letting us know the weather in the canyon and to think about using our plan B which we did and it worked great! I was grateful for her suggestion. We also used their preferred DJ from their list (Laughing Gravy Entertainment) and couldn't have been happier with that choice. We had so many people compliment the food (BEST SALMON EVER) and overall we just loved the venue. It was great to be able to stay there and have breakfast the next morning. All in all we had a blast and are so happy to have our wedding here.

I did not have a wedding coordinator: I planned my wedding personally. I live in California so I commuted for the wedding and a couple visits before hand. In the beginning the wedding coordinator, Melissa, was extremely helpful over email and willing to answer any and all questions. Eventually for whatever reason I was transferred to another Wedding Coordinator, Soraya, right before the wedding who was also very helpful before the wedding. Over email we requested two signature cocktails and even sent the recipes and then after thinking about it changed one of the drinks before the wedding. They said no problem. Their contract informs you ahead of time they are not responsible for setting up YOUR decorations. We rented napkins, told them, and they said they would use them for set up instead of their napkins. For the rehearsal ceremony I was expecting them to run the rehearsal- they did not. The wedding meadow was slightly flooded and muddy and they weren't ready for our arrival. I had to run the entire rehearsal which ended up working out but it was slightly surprising to me. The day of the wedding they did not use our napkins at first and Melissa gave sass to my MOH for telling her to replace the bit they had ready with our color napkins even though she knew we had rented napkins. the only ohter issue on silver Fork's part was that they served the original cocktail we had asked for and made it wrong; the cocktail we had asked to replace it with was never served. Soraya, on the other hand, was extremely pleasant and helpful to everyone including me the whole day. Melissa left shortly after I arrived and Soraya stayed on throughout the night. She asked us who to talk to so she wouldn't bother us throughout the night and did a great job. Overall besides the napkins and cocktail issue, Silver Fork does a fantastic job of working with your requests and even accommodating brides from out of state. The location and food was great (which was why we chose Silver Fork in the first place). I would highly recommend this location for future brides looking for an outdoorsy wedding where the ceremony and reception are at the same location. Fantastic day for a fantastic price.

Silver fork was a beautiful venue! All of my guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and venue. The only problem that came up was that the bar was not prepared with pitchers to pour beers faster so the line was a bit long. Overall though they were very kind and answered every question I had so fast! Great pricing too.
