First, let me say I'm not one to give negative reviews. I will just no longer put my money into your business nor will I refer your business in the future. But this has and still is bothering me so maybe I can help someone to not make the same mistake. When I first started my wedding planning, I came across this company at a Wedding Expo. Then later finding them on "The Knot", I was really impressed with the service offered and the communication/feed back from Haydee. As time approached to our wedding day (7/13/23) I was sent options for the backdrop, border and asked about the wording for the cards. Everything was selected and confirmed. Our day comes, and everything seems good. Everyone was having a great time with the booth throughout the night. It wasn't until the end of the night, I noticed something was off with the pictures. The border was not what we requested and the date was not on the photos. I chose to not focus on the situation but made sure my wedding planner was aware of the issue to be discussed at a later time. When we returned from our honeymoon, it was one of the first things we addressed. Her initial response was "I gave you what you asked for". She went back and forth with me until my wedding planner intervened to prove she was incorrect. Once she realized her mistake, she unapologetically referenced the enjoyment my guest had with her services and how beautiful our wedding was. She continued to say how my guest didn't notice the mistake and there was nothing that could be done because my wedding had passed. She also proceeded to send this message (copied from original email) **Look - I bent over backwards for your wedding and I have no regrets - it was beautiful and the guests told me personally that they had an amazing time. Forgive me for me my zealousness to go above and beyond for your wedding. You, I, and everyone else, know that’s the fact. I’m sorry you can’t get over such a success, but knowing you’re a Christian woman I am praying you will. Misunderstandings go both ways and I wish you all the best. Best Regards, My issue was, she never acknowledged her wrong. I never received an apology for not giving me what I paid for. Later she sent copies of most of the photos in an envelope with the correct border but no wedding date. This was a day we can never get back!! I will never refer this business to anyone!! Haylee is a person with no business morals or understanding of a customers wishes. She did what she thought was acceptable or easier for her. She took our money and didn't really give a resolution to the issue. She refuse to talk to me so I was out of $1000 and left to spend more money for postage to mail all the guest the so-call correct photos (still missing wedding date) . I got what I DID NOT pay for. She was very rude and disrespectful to say the least. Her views and suggestions to my feelings were discarded and very unprofessional. I was a paying customer and was treated like she did me a favor and not a paid service. If I could only rate the guest experience, it would be a 5 but this went beyond the day of service provided . This is about customer satisfaction and I was NOT satisfied!!!

Haydee was a pleasure to work with. She was so professional and knowledgeable. All our our guests absolutely loved the mirror photos!

Working with Haydee at Silver Mirror Photo Booth was one of my husband and I's favorite parts of wedding planning! She made the process as easy as possible, and fun. Our guests loved working with her and her husband- and working with them felt like working with family. Highly recommend booking them for any event!

There are no words to describe how amazing Silver Mirror Photo Booth is! Haydee was a dream to work with. Weddings are stressful but she made this aspect of my wedding the easiest decision ever. She was very personable and made a beautiful custom layout for my pictures that matched my wedding theme and flowers perfectly! The Silver Mirror was the biggest hit at my wedding. To this day everyone is still talking about it! People were constantly lined up for seconds, thirds, forths, etc all night long. It's so awesome to be able to see yourself in the mirror while taking the picture - and the interactions on the mirror and props were so much fun. I will be 100% be rebooking the Silver Mirror Photo Booth for all future parties and events! Thank you Haydee!
