Silver Sand Coach / Mobile Boogie

ravel gave our company credit card to Michael Kenian (President) for the rental of a motorcoach. Within the next 5 days, Michael charged our card for five times and stole $29, 500 from Party Animal Travel. When we confronted Silver Sands, Michael put the blame on his employees, Square Credit Card Service and almost everyone else but NEVER offered to send the funds back. It has been months now and we still do not have the money back! When I threatened to contact the police, Michael sent five checks and I was pleased to get the money back! Then... My bank sent me an email that all of the checks are on the way back because he wrote the fake checks on an account that was closed seven weeks earlier and there was no money in the account. Now we have bank fees from his fraud with the checks. On Tuesday, I drove 3 hours to confront Michaels who states that he has no money to refund me and told me to "Write it off as a LOSS." I went to the Deckerville police, and they sent the Grand Larceny and Check Fraud to the State Police. We believe that he will be arrested later this week. When talking to the owner, I told him I thought it was necessary for them to give a discount - he refused, asked if I was serious, said I have got to be kidding him (mind you he was not nice in his responses), kept arguing with me and then just hung up the phone! What kind of customer service is that?? You do not hang up on your customer. He is extremely rude and I would never recommend anyone to use his services. I wish I could get this out to more people, so others don't potentially ruin their own big day, he was so horrible. If you don't like dealing with the public, do not run a business where that's all you do. Again, he is the rudest man I have ever spoken with and he sat there and argued. Very poor service.

October 11 and rented their trolley and it was great and the driver was very nice! Great company to work with!
