The Silver Spring Civic Building may seem like an odd choice for a wedding based on the name alone. But this contemporary building is ideal for a wedding with a large ballroom, sma...ller meeting rooms and beautiful atrium space.
Our wedding in July 2017 (150 guests) was more than comfortable with the ceremony on site, the cocktail reception in the Atrium and then the full ballroom for dinner/dancing. The staff were wonderful and helpful the day of and planning with Mindy Williams was a pleasure and a breeze. Mindy was very flexible and helpful and she took great care of us in making this wedding a huge success.
I highly recommend renting the entire facility for the day of your event so you can utilize the other rooms for dressing, etc.and maintaining your privacy, since this is public space otherwise.
