Amazing experience. The staff from our initial inquiry to the big day were extremely helpful. They made the process very smooth and easy to understand. Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! McKenzie and her team at Silver Springs made our day stress-free and beautiful. The meetings, communication, food, service, and everything else was always at top of class. They helped and set up in preparation, served our guest, as well as waited on us as the bride and groom for anything that we needed. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had, and will always recommend them for any future brides! Our guest also enjoyed the day and everything that they did, and we heard great feedback from everyone involved.
Worth the price, time, and effort! 100% recommend!

ovely coming back to host our wedding here. We had the ceremony at Camellia Garden and it was gorgeous. I was worried that it would get disrupted with it being outside, but the staff did an incredible job redirecting other park guests around so it felt very private with my family and I. We had the reception at the ballroom, and it was all beautiful. We were able to add our own decorations to add our personal touches. The food during the reception was incredible, and we had the bar as well. Shoutout to Guy at the bar, for helping serve drinks. Shoutout to Sophie, and all of the staff members who helped set up and break down for us, and serving drinks throughout the evening. Lastly, an incredibly huge shoutout to McKenzie who assisted us from the very beginning until the very end! We could not be happier, and are so lucky we decided to have our wedding here! I hope you do too!

a destination "elopement" style minimony for us. Communication was incredible, all my questions were answered promptly, the boat was lovely and they were super accommodating the entire day. Captain Bill was also super amazing and accommodating the day of the rehearsal.
The boat ceremony was very untraditional which was super us and we loved- however I will note that if you're looking for the traditional aisle walk, with ceremony starting immediately afterwards, the boat may not be what you're looking for.
There technically is a "bridal room" for getting ready, but it's only included if you also book the ballroom reception space. I got a hotel room at the Holiday Inn across the street and got ready there- which was totally fine.
Bride, groom & all guests/vendors are requested to get there ~30 mins early, to get everyone on the boat. Then bride (and father/whoever) walks to the boat. No music (wasn't a problem for us, probably could have been done if you're creative about it tho). There is a bit (~10 - 15min) of a boat ride to the ceremony "staging" area, in which you cannot stand because the boat is moving. Once you get to the staging area, you can stand and the ceremony starts. When the ceremony is over, you sit again and have whatever time left of the hour to do a mini boat tour.
I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone looking for a nontraditional ceremony experience.

ida weather. I had my heart set on an outdoor ceremony and 45 minutes before, the ceremony got moved in the ballroom due to lightning and hail. Also be prepared: since it's a state park, you can't have the flower girl drop petals, lavender, etc, your send off has to be bubbles, glow sticks, or wands (no sparklers), and if they end up doing renovations it will take a while (I was supposed to have my cocktail hour out on the deck-absolutely gorgeous- however they were redoing the decking and were supposed to be done several weeks before my wedding. They weren't even half done on my wedding day so cocktail hour had to get moved as well.) we had the reception in the ballroom, which has almost floor to ceiling windows. We had to use their catering vendor (one less decision for me to make) but there was no tasting beforehand. I was nervous about that, however I should not have worried, everything was great. In fact, many people told me afterwards how delicious the crab dip was. Like they went out of their way to tell us how good it was. So I would highly recommend thE crab dip. So even though there were several things I wish could have been different (outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the deck, flower girl drop petals, lantern send off) would I change the venue? Absolutely not. I am so happy we got married at Silver Springs.

My wedding was on April 16,2011. Pam did everything. When I mean everything, I mean everything. She decorated the tables,put some of my favors together anything I needed or wanted ...
she did. They provided food and a full bar so I didn't have to find a caterer and everyone loved the food. They have everything you need there. She also had some great ideas to help with putting the decorations together. Absolutely nothing went wrong, I didn't have any issues at all. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a beautiful place to get married at, do it at Silver Springs Nature Park.
