ny and got lost, putting us even more behind schedule. That wasn't even the worst part, at 3pm on the dot the driver was ready to leave even though he was 40 minutes late. We were willing to pay more for the driver to stay an extra hour to bring us to the reception but since we didn't book that extra hour he told us he had to leave. Needless to say I will not be using this company again unless I don't care about my arrival/departure times.
The car was nice, water bottles were provided, but that was about the only positive.

act and KINDLY asked them to sign it and send it back to us. This is a standard practice in the normal course of business, and seemingly not a huge request. We have obtained signed contracts from all our other vendors, without issue. However, it took several phone calls and explanations as to why we wanted a contract for them to agree to it. However, my last call to them, when asked to speak with Anthony (the employee that my fiance had been dealing with) I overheard him say "Wow, they're turning this into an (expletive)-show." I was appalled. I have never been so disgusted by such terrible customer service. My fiance called back to say we will not be doing business with them, to which Pam (another employee) replied, "Well, I don't want to do business with you, BRO." Disgusting. Do not deal with them, they are shady and unprofessional. Furthermore, I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau of California.
