Harp music can add a touch of elegance to your wedding ceremony or reception. A consultation and 1-2 special requests of non-standard repertoire are included in the wedding package. Lisa has experience providing background music for a variety of events, including weddings, Sunday brunch at restaurants, art gallery openings, receptions, and assisted living/senior center events. Clients can choose either solo harp or alternating sets of 20-30 minutes of music on harp and flute. Lisa also performs in a flute/harp duo that is available for weddings and other performances. Lisa has a Master of Music degree in Harp Performance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Music degree in Flute Performance and Composition from Penn State University. We hired Lisa to play the harp during our wedding ceremony and she did such a beautiful job! I was really impressed with her repertoire of songs, and we were able to select some beautiful pieces beyond the typical cliche wedding march songs that most other musicians only offer. My husband said after our wedding ceremony that the music she played when I came down the aisle felt dreamlike. Lisa was also very easy to work with and was flexible for us even though we had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic. You won't regret hiring her!
