She coordinated our wedding party of 27 people, contacted each vendor and even got the flower stains out of my wife's dress minutes before she walked down the aisle! My wife and I were hangry and famished after a long day of getting ready and family photos, and Simcha rescued us with food and a room to sit in. I can honestly say we would have been lost without her and we will recommend her to any and everyone we know throwing an event in the St. Louis area! laining my vision for our wedding, Simcha was constantly coming up with ideas of how we can set our wedding apart from everyone else's. I never once had to worry that things would not go according to plan. She had a very detailed schedule of what needed to be done when, and I could count on her to make sure the vendors knew exactly what to do. I have heard horror stories of brides planning their weddings; however, with Simcha, it was such an enjoyable task. Not only is Simcha a wonderful planner, but she truly goes the extra mile to get to know her clients on a personal level and make them feel special. This makes such a difference, especially on your wedding day. She feels like a member of your family. At our rehearsal, Simcha was amazing with getting everyone's attention and making sure they knew what to do. She even has an incredible talent to get young children to do things. The day of is when Simcha really shines. She came bright and early ready to get the day moving. She took such great care of me, making sure I drank enough water, constantly asking if I was comfortable in my shoes, and even holding a fan under my dress for outdoor photos. Throughout the night she was always making sure we were having the time of our lives and didn't need anything. She even had her team get some TUMS for me. Our wedding went off without a hitch, or at least that I know of. She keeps everything extremely under control and never lets you know if anything even has gone wrong. My husband and I were able to be guests at our wedding and enjoy every minute of it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Simcha and her team. I would 110% recommend her to anyone who is looking for the most qualified wedding planner with amazing charisma and talent. Our wedding was truly a fairy tale and everything that I could have dreamed of and more. I am going to miss working with her.

red dreading such a precious chapter of my life. All of that changed when I crossed paths with Simcha. She made what seemed like an overwhelming task extremely manageable. During my nine months of planning, I was never stressed or worried, nor did I have to deal with any dilemmas. Even better, she made it fun. Yes, my fiancé and I actually enjoyed planning our special day. I couldn’t believe it, and I certainly treasured every moment. One of the many things that sets Simcha apart is that from the beginning, she dedicated so much time getting to know us as a couple. She was on a sincere mission to understand what made us unique, what made us different from other couples, so that our wedding day truly reflected us. Despite a busy schedule and a family, she would make time just to meet us and hang out. This allowed us to form a great friendship and develop a lot of trust in each other. In addition, she was able to get a good understanding of our budget, so money conversations were never awkward or difficult. I am not sure how she was able to do it, but we truly felt like our wedding was the only thing she had going on at the time. When in reality, she had a lot of weddings. She is just that genuine and that good! Simcha always had the perfect suggestions for the flow of our wedding day. One of my favorites was after my husband and I were introduced at the reception, we went right into our first dance. After that, we invited everyone to join us on the dance floor for a few songs before dinner. What a hit that was! It made everyone feel comfortable about dancing, so they were right back on the dance floor after dinner and speeches. That was important to us, especially my husband. He loves to dance. We never would have thought of this, but our wedding planner “listened” to the fact that we really wanted everyone to enjoy our band and dance. I cannot tell you how many people have told me how neat and different it was that we did this. To this day, I am so impressed with the strong relationships Simcha has with numerous vendors, from venues to bakeries to photographers and florists. She knows an impressive number of people in the wedding industry. It was obvious they all have the utmost respect for our wedding planner, which made the process much easier for us. If I heard it once, I heard it a million times……“What would we do without our wedding planner?” Not only did she lovingly guide us through every step of the wedding planning process, she is the reason my entire family, especially my husband and I, was able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day. No one worried. No one stressed. With a big smile on her face, our wedding planner took care of everything. My wedding was magical. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. As I look back on all of it, the first thing I say is, “What would I have done without our wedding planner?” Simcha is the best, and lucky for me, she is now a special friend. We also owe finding our spectacular venue to her. She took us to a variety of locales with varying styles. And as it turned out, we fell in love with a place that we would not have even considered without her. Simcha took the time to really figure out what we wanted. She has impeccable taste, and can make anyone's vision for their big day become a spectacular reality. She has wonderful relationships with a multitude of vendors, but is equally willing to meet and work with vendors of your choosing. She will do whatever it takes to make your dream wedding come true within your budget. We had a few major glitches during the year long planning process, such as the band canceling six months before the big day. Within one day, Simcha had found us two wonderful bands to choose from that we could never have found on our own. Simcha made what was extremely stressful seem totally under control. And the band she found turned out to be better than the band we had originally booked! Simcha takes care of so many details that add stress in the last weeks of planning. She picks up and delivers everything to the hotel, including welcome bags, candy, nuts, wedding gifts. She sends detailed emails to everyone in the wedding party, and to all vendors to ensure a smooth, mistake free day. On the actual day of the wedding, Simcha takes care of every little detail, relieving the bride (and her mother) of all stress. The entire ceremony and reception run like clockwork, exactly as planned. We cannot say enough great things about Simcha. She is incredibly talented. She has a true love and passion for her work, and you can definitely see the results of her talent in your wedding. Thanks to Simcha, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams! My mom initially was not so into hiring a wedding planner but was willing to met with Simcha and AA to learn more about their services since I live out of town. Planning a wedding out of town was not the ideal scenario--But working with our wedding planner, Jill, she made sure every visit we made in we got what we needed done...She came to appointments with us, gave us pro's and con's for different ways of doing things, and gave us suggestions we never ever would have thought of! On your wedding day and leading up to it, you should be relaxed and take it all in, and not be stressed out with all of the details. Simcha's Events will truly eliminate stress and make everything easier on your whole family. Our wedding day was so perfect--From all the details, to the flow of how the entire day went.
