em and throughout this entire process and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else by my side on our special day (and through all of planning). If you're considering a planner and not sure you need one, let me just say hire her and save yourself the headache. Nicole always understood what I wanted and really understood my style and taste. She got things done even before I could ask she is that good. She pointed me in the right direction for vendors (and dealt with them) and made my life SO much easier the months leading up to the wedding. She made our dream wedding come true with her passion and contacts and that she knew what and who would match our personalities. My husband and I were very worried we would be pulled in a million directions all night and I can not describe to you how truly magical Nicole made our evening. Everything went so smooth because she is on top of everything all the time. And if anything did go wrong I didn't know about it (until after) because she took care of it. She was always available and highly responsive. She really got stuff done. She knows everyone in the industry and they all love her. Even when the wedding got close and I must have contacted her 5 times a day she was always there and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I wish there was someway I could really express my gratitude that I was lucky enough to work with her. I will just have to plan another big event so I can hire her (and Chelsea) again. I know I have rambled here but really Nicole is amazing and you would be lucky to get to work with her!

Her team is fantastic too and made the wedding day and weekend absolutely seamless. If you are looking for a wedding planner Nicole is simply the best !

We had already booked our venue, and when, a few months into the planning, the hotel wedding planner changed jobs and we were told that they'd hire a new planner soon and we needn't worry, I panicked! Not necessary....Nicole was there, experienced in what needed to be done, and acting on our behalf, there was never a step missed. She let us know that the venue's menus were not final---she asked my daughter, "what do YOU want to serve for hors d'heuvres and dinner sides" and the hotel, at no additional charge, adjusted the menus and served what we wanted....who knew??? Nicole helped my daughter with her invitations, paper goods, flowers, hair and make-up and the day-of-scheduling. Throughout the planning, both my daughter and I could feel relaxed with the fact that Nicole would know what to do and when to do it. There was no "meltdown" at any point...when anyone got stressed, an email or call to Nicole got us back on track. On the day of the wedding Nicole was everywhere at once and taking care of the issues that we had trouble with....with our interfaith ceremony, Nicole checked with both clergy to be sure there would be no toes stepped on. That would have been a very uncomfortable conversation for my husband or myself. When we were told midday that one of the three lead singers was sick, my daughter turned to Nicole to call the band and find out about the replacement singer (who was fabulous). Nicole took care of being sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there...she took care of vendor's parking, tips, questions.....she was magically right there when we had trouble bustling the bride. I could go on forever, but for my next daughter's wedding there will be no second guessing. Nicole Simeral will be the wedding planner!!!!
