I wouldn't shop anywhere for my jewelry besides Simmons. They always go over and above for customer service and special requests. I have had more than one custom piece made by Alla...
n, their design goldsmith. His work is second to none. One special piece that he made was a beautiful Tanzanite ring with stones from a ring of my Mom's after she passed away, as well as small diamonds from her and myself. This is now a beautiful heirloom piece I can pass down in my family. Allison is my go-to girl, but Anjel has helped me a number of times also. You can't go wrong shopping at Simmons Fine Jewelry!

whole process, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The piece turned out BETTER than we expected and we had high expectations to begin with. Thanks to everyone at Simmons for the awesome experience.

e number when asking me to leave them a review. But after I do and it's not what they expect they seem to have forgotten it. I say that because I haven't heard from them since I left the negative review. They had not trouble reaching out to me over text a couple of times for a what they thought would be a positive review. But when it wasn't positive and it came to try and rectify the issue they just ask me a question one a form that they know I can't respond on. High quality merchandise low quality customer service.
We already had the diamond solitaire from a previous marriage and unlike other jewelers who turned their noses up at us, Simmons was wonderful to work with. We found a ring that we...
fell in love with online and they ordered it for us with no hassle. We also ordered the groom's Tungsten ring and they gave us free engraving on his ring. Every time I've gone into their store, I am greeted with warmth and caring jewelers who love their jobs. We will never go anywhere else!
My husband received excellent help when he picked out my gorgeous enagement ring and they were able to accommodate our custom designs for both wedding bands on site. He also found...
the perfect necklace to go with my wedding dress there. Ask for Jimmy the Jeweler or Krista.
