aring about building long-term relationships. They are honest, straightforward, have a deep understanding of the industry, and took the time to educate me on the 4 C's of diamond quality.
From the beginning, they exceeded all expectations. I was impressed with the extensive selection of flawless diamonds and unique settings. They work as a great team and patiently facilitated the process from start to finish; from finding the perfect diamond within budget to personally customizing the design. They are true visionaries with a keen attention to detail and through strategic planning they delivered a beautiful custom wedding set. Not once was I pressured, which was a breathe of fresh air from my experiences at the ‘chain jewelers’.
I absolutely recommend Simon D. Fine Jewelry to those in the market for a fine piece of jewelry. Feel free to shop around; I promise no other jeweler offers the personalized service, premium quality, and superior prices that you will find here. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything; you truly delivered a first class experience that I will never forget.
