We love Simone & Son!! The entire staff is so knowledgeable and so so nice. We love stopping in to see them :) The quality of their jewelry is incredible - I get comments all the time about how sparkly my engagement ring is. They worked with my husband to customize it, and I absolutely love it. We both purchased our wedding bands from them as well, and we will continue to go back for any future jewelry purchases!!

I purchased my ring mid-July 2014, and the team at Simone and Sons worked with my budget, knowledge, and vision, of the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. They helped me get from ignorant to informed with an explanation of the 4Cs. They worked with me to maximize my design, as per my budget, with flawless detail. After shopping around I found that no one had a version of the exact design I had envisioned. The team worked tirelessly with me to create the unique design I wanted. They use AutoCAD to ensure that every last detail is perfect. Shaunt pointed out a flaw in my stone, with the intent of finding a way to mitigate its effects. And when it came to the finished product, they delivered well beyond expectation. They such a passion for their work that they steam clean for free, truly a 'cherry on top'. Simone and Son is absolutely an amazing top of the line Jewelry store. They came to my rescue 2 weeks before my wedding day. My fiancé (now my husband) and I had the worst experience with our former jewelry lady who ripped us off, was dishonest, and took us to a horrible jeweler who was a nightmare. After waiting for 4 months to get our custom ring done, which by the way took them forever to even contact and respond to our emails, I ended up in tears and stress because the ring was not only delayed, but the design was wrong and craftsmanship was horrible! I was about to give up, but my co-worker suggested that I check out S&S and I can’t thank her and God enough for directing me to S&S because they literally rescued us. Shant accommodated my short noticed and delivered the most beautiful, elegant, and the correct design of my engagement ring 3 days before my wedding. I was and still am very thankful that they made sure I got my ring on time in such short notice. I’m very particular, detailed oriented person with a lot of expectations, and my fiancé/husband went to many jewelry stores to find the type of quality and service that S&S offer, but could not find it. I don’t have enough space to explain the nightmare we went through, but I really recommend that people do a full research before buying or customizing any type of jewelry because it’s an investment and there are a lot of bad & shady jewelers out there. This is why I will only use S&S and will recommend to my family and friends to go there from now on. Their personalized service is very impressive, their attention to detail, honesty and integrity, the high quality of craftsmanship, the knowledge and talent they have truly set them apart from others. When I started designing my custom ring with Shant, I knew right away that this is the place that I can trust and finally get my ring done correctly. They were so kind and personal throughout the process. I couldn’t believe how precious this place is.
