t us on schedule, checked in with us both to make sure we ate, or needed anything. If there was a problem, we had no idea! Our guests were complementing how relaxing the day was. The planning process was so much easier with Ramona’s help. We valued her insight, and she gave excellent suggestions based on her professional experience. She referred us to our florist and photographer, and they crushed it. We were so impressed with her large network of vendors!
Tip: rent her ice cream cart! It was a hit!

ahead of the wedding, making sure I was on track, and helping me hit all the key deadlines leading up to the big day. She thoughtfully collected and organized all of my vendor information in advance, photographer, videographer, caterer, makeup artist, hair stylist, DJ, dessert bakery, and florist (a lot to keep track of!), which made the entire wedding day feel completely seamless and stress-free.
On the day itself, Ramona and her fabulous team brought the creative vision to life beautifully. I trusted the team completely with all setup, especially the welcome tables, dinner settings, and guest favor displays, and they executed everything exactly as I had envisioned. I was able to relax and truly enjoy time with my guests, knowing all the details were being handled behind the scenes. That peace of mind was priceless.

Ramona helped us plan our wedding from the first meeting where we met her. She helped us form our vision for the wedding and the most important is she told us the best Djs, food, etc. She set up tastings, appts at the rental places for us and attended them all with us. She even lets you use her stock of decor which is so nice. I would text her multiple times a day, everyday and she would always point me in the right directions and give great suggestions to stay in budget. It was always "ask Ramona" because we knew she had the answer and it would save hours searching on google. What I loved the most is that I had an idea of what I liked/wanted and showed Ramona but I really let her take the reins for decorating and it was the best decision. Ramona made my wedding my ideal dream I didn't know I even had. I would just say "Make it look good" "Can you just make it look good?" and she sure did. We hired Ramona as our wedding coordinator, and while things seemed fine leading up to the big day, we started to notice some passive-aggressive behavior as the wedding got closer....
Unfortunately, on the actual wedding day, my family had to step in and handle several things that were supposed to be managed by the coordinator and her team.
There were quite a few promises made during the planning process that simply weren’t kept, and it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable day. While some parts of her work were okay, the lack of follow-through and professionalism on the day itself was really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience

Even though Ramona was technically our "day of" coordinator, she was with us every step of the way.
