We got married in February this year, and Ramona was incredible! She made the entire process for us so smooth! Ramona is calm, knowledgeable, and efficient.

t us on schedule, checked in with us both to make sure we ate, or needed anything. If there was a problem, we had no idea! Our guests were complementing how relaxing the day was. The planning process was so much easier with Ramona’s help. We valued her insight, and she gave excellent suggestions based on her professional experience. She referred us to our florist and photographer, and they crushed it. We were so impressed with her large network of vendors!
Tip: rent her ice cream cart! It was a hit!
Ramona we cannot thank you enough. You were there for us in such an important time of our life. We will miss working with you! 🩷
Ramona and the Simple County Weddings team were absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, Ramona went above and beyond her role as a day-of coordinator by checking in with me...
ahead of the wedding, making sure I was on track, and helping me hit all the key deadlines leading up to the big day. She thoughtfully collected and organized all of my vendor information in advance, photographer, videographer, caterer, makeup artist, hair stylist, DJ, dessert bakery, and florist (a lot to keep track of!), which made the entire wedding day feel completely seamless and stress-free.
On the day itself, Ramona and her fabulous team brought the creative vision to life beautifully. I trusted the team completely with all setup, especially the welcome tables, dinner settings, and guest favor displays, and they executed everything exactly as I had envisioned. I was able to relax and truly enjoy time with my guests, knowing all the details were being handled behind the scenes. That peace of mind was priceless.
I truly couldn’t recommend Ramona and her wonderful team enough. Thank you for being rock solid with a fanciful touch. You made our day unforgettable!
There are so many amazing things I could say about Ramona. She was the key to making our wedding come together exactly how I pictured it. She didn’t just understand my vision; she ...
executed it beautifully and made everything feel effortless.
Her vendor connections are incredible, and I highly recommend trusting her suggestions. Every person she brought into the process was professional, talented, and aligned with what we wanted.
What I appreciated most was how she handled everything with calm confidence. I didn’t feel stressed at all on my wedding day because she was on top of every detail. I was able to enjoy the day fully without worrying about anything behind the scenes.
Our wedding was truly a dream come true, and Ramona played such a huge role in that. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, cares about your experience, and brings your vision to life, she’s it.
This is a long overdue review for Ramona. When my husband and I started wedding planning, we did not think we needed a wedding planner. Well we were WRONG. With our main goals to h...
ave fun, keep stress low and not have our family running around to run the wedding- we needed a planner. That is where the wedding ninja Ramona came in. Ramona helped us plan our wedding from the first meeting where we met her. She helped us form our vision for the wedding and the most important is she told us the best Djs, food, etc. She set up tastings, appts at the rental places for us and attended them all with us. She even lets you use her stock of decor which is so nice. I would text her multiple times a day, everyday and she would always point me in the right directions and give great suggestions to stay in budget. It was always "ask Ramona" because we knew she had the answer and it would save hours searching on google. What I loved the most is that I had an idea of what I liked/wanted and showed Ramona but I really let her take the reins for decorating and it was the best decision. Ramona made my wedding my ideal dream I didn't know I even had. I would just say "Make it look good" "Can you just make it look good?" and she sure did. We can't thank Ramona enough for all her work and making sure everything was perfect on our day. Thank you to the Gold Hill Gardens team as well- Ramona and Gold Hill is the ultimate dream team! We love you Ramona!
We hired Ramona as our wedding coordinator, and while things seemed fine leading up to the big day, we started to notice some passive-aggressive behavior as the wedding got closer....
Unfortunately, on the actual wedding day, my family had to step in and handle several things that were supposed to be managed by the coordinator and her team.
There were quite a few promises made during the planning process that simply weren’t kept, and it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable day. While some parts of her work were okay, the lack of follow-through and professionalism on the day itself was really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience
We had our wedding on September 27th, 2025 and it would not have been able to happen without Ramona! From the moment we booked a year before my wedding, she was always available to...
give advice or answer questions. On my actual wedding day, I did not lift a finger or had to make any decisions. Ramona was there. I could not recommend her enough! If you need a reliable, responsive, genuine coordinator, go with Ramona. She is amazing in every way and I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding day a dream come true!
Ramona was like our Fairy Godmother! We couldn't have found a better planner for our wedding. From the first phone call to our last hug on the Big Day, she was magnificent. We had ...
6 months to plan our wedding, and she made the entire process a breeze. She was always available for questions, she was ready with suggestions and has phenomenal taste in vendors/decor/layout etc. Without her, we would've gone crazy, but she kept us on track and sane. On our Wedding Day, she was incredibly helpful, she was everywhere all at once and made sure everyone and everything was, too. She anticipated our needs without us needing to say a word, she went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy EVERY. SINGLE. MOMENT. Ramona is kind, fierce, endlessly prepared, and budget friendly. We cannot recommend her enough for your planning needs. We adore her, she made our wedding perfect (and I don't believe in that word). Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making Our Day the best memory of our lives!

ng industry. Her experience truly showed. She took the lead with confidence, made sure every vendor was on the same page, and handled everything so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. When we were stuck on ideas about certain things she gave amazing suggestions. We ended up using her ice cream cart for our dessert and it was the best and the guests loved it! We also had a photographer change and she adjusted perfectly. She considers things I didn’t even think about and also gets to know you and considers family dynamics as well. I was seriously not stressed at all on my wedding day! The best part? Her services were very affordable without sacrificing quality. Thanks to her hard work and professionalism, our wedding day was absolutely perfect! Everything went exactly as planned and even better than we imagined. I would highly recommend Ramona to anyone looking for an stress-free, seamless, and amazing wedding experience!

rentals, and answered every single text I threw her way. She loves her job and it shows. I was so impressed by how well she brought my exact wedding vision to life-she executed PERFECTLY!! Her creativity and talent is unmatched. She did not leave a single leaf unturned. The wedding day felt so effortless and seamless all because of her organization and attention to detail. I felt so confident going into the day knowing she was taking care of it. I know things are bound to go astray with so many moving pieces but she truly leaves no room for error-she’s on it! She’s kind, patient, creative, fun, and takes care of business. Could not have asked for more as a bride. Thank you Ramona!

s, vendors and decoration ideas. She knows this industry inside and out and is the perfect person to help plan a wedding. Every one of the vendors she suggested were absolutely amazing. She was so much more than “just a wedding planner”, it felt like a freind or 2nd mom helping me plan my wedding. She made my wedding day so seamless and perfect I didn’t have to worry one bit. I knew everything would be perfect. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone planning a wedding to book Simple Country Weddings! I cannot thank you enough Ramona!

ng but wow. It was like she plucked everything I had in my mind for my perfect wedding and made it a reality! She was so, so helpful from the first phone call to the day of. My mind was at ease with how seamless she made everything. The calm and ease i had the weekend of my wedding was solely based on Ramona knowing and executing so well (and marrying the man I love). Do yourself a favor and hire her.
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ramona.

he day. But from the moment we began working with her, everything fell into place. She took the time to get to know us, helped craft a beautiful vision for our wedding, and guided us through the entire process with so much patience and expertise.
Even though Ramona was technically our "day of" coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. Her responsiveness was incredible - every time we had a question (and there were plenty!), she was quick to reply with the perfect solution. She was calm, confident, and took care of everything, making even the most complicated parts of planning seem easy.
On the wedding day, nothing went wrong - seriously, not one thing. Ramona had everything under control, handling every detail flawlessly. We didn’t have to stress about a single thing, which allowed us to have the most perfect day. We are forever grateful for how she made our wedding so seamless and enjoyable. Honestly, Ramona is a total bada**!
If you want a coordinator who is not only incredibly organized and responsive but also brings a level of calm, confidence, and total control to your day, look no further. We can’t recommend Ramona enough; she helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!

ct touch! Ramona was also amazing and worked with us to schedule and early drop-off time and was understanding when we informed her we had forgotten a sign. We were 100% willing to pay for the sign but instead she let us return it when we were able to get it back. Working with Simple Country Weddings was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for beautiful, rustic, and vintage decorations for any event.

per for me to rent the items rather than run around buying each piece. The online wish list process was convenient. I didn't give five stars only because they forgot to give me the bean bags to go with the corn hole game. The warehouse was far from my house and it was days before the wedding, so I had no time to go back and get them. Other than that, they were great to work with and have a wide selection of items in their warehouse.

ocess was simple and their prices are great - much more reasonable than the big rental companies! There is a Budget truck rental right down the street from them, which is convenient if you rent a lot of big furniture pieces. Every time I had a question about adding more to my order, I received a fast response. This is a well-run company that you won't regret doing business with!
