My husband and I had the most beautiful beach wedding through Simple Maui Wedding. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. From the moment we started emailing, their communication was clear and the team was so helpful and worked together to make our day a dream come true. There was zero stress when it came to planning. When we arrived at the beach our nerves melted away as the on site coordinator Rebecca took care of every little detail. We went with a Hawaiian ceremony with the officiant Kuya which was such a great experience for us and our guests. Our guests keep telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We wouldn't change a single thing. Mahalo to everyone at the SMW team! We love you!!! <3

Simple Maui weddings truly made our wedding day magical. I’m a super anxious person and stressed the anxiety of a wedding but our whole team was amazing they handled everything for us. The photographer was so easy to work with and made the photo shoot so fun. The wedding coordinator was extremely sweet and easy to talk to she did everything perfectly. The whole event went by with such ease! My husband and I are so happy we used simple Maui weddings. I would recommend them to everyone who is thinking of getting eloped to use these fantastic people.

AMAZING! Me and my husband knew we wanted a wedding that wasn’t stressful for us or our families, so we could all just enjoy the day. From the beginning, the SMW team was so kind and helpful, ensuring they got to know us and exactly what we wanted. Day of, our coordinator, officiant, and photographers made the day seamless and so special! I have already told all of my friends of family to go this route when they get married, so I really couldn’t recommend enough!

I'd just like to take a second to say my wife and I absolutely loved our experience with Simple Maui Wedding! After starting our wedding planning awhile back, we quickly realized that doing a traditional big wedding was not going to be our thing. We started looking at eloping in Maui and eventually our path crossed with SMW. The whole team over there (mostly spoke with John, Mira, and Aurora) were genuinely kind people who made the process as easy as it could've been. We received informative emails throughout the time leading up to the wedding, and then a week before the big day we had a phone with John and he laid all the details out and answered any questions that we had. I'd also like to give a shoutout to WAI, she was AMAZING! Wai was our onsite coordinator for the wedding and she is a lovely human being. I can only wish that every couple have their wedding day coordinated by her :) Our officiant, Robert, was amazing as well. Such great people. This was the best day of our lives and it was largely due to the experience that SMW gave us. We are so grateful and will never forget the time we had with them. We had the perfect wedding day thanks to Simple Maui Wedding and I couldn't be happier with their team. We started the planning process in April and got married in November at Wailea Beach Resort. SMW always responded promptly to our emails and John checked in with us leading up to the wedding, which left me feeling reassured that everything was taken care of. On the big day, everything went super smoothly thanks to our coordinator, Wai. She was so, so nice and listened to all of our questions and requests. Our officiant, Rev. Kuya, was incredible as he guided us through the ceremony. I especially loved the Hawaiian elements since I grew up on Oahu. Afterwards, our families kept telling us how much they loved it too and how personal it felt. Our photographer, Samantha, was also amazing. She was very familiar with the venue and knew all the best locations. She patiently directed us and we love how our photos turned out! We also opted for a musician and SMW booked Kalo for us, and the soothing ukulele music just perfected the ambience. All in all, the day exceeded our expectations, which is saying something since we've been dreaming about it for months! Thank you so much to the team! Highly recommend. We were both so nervous on having a destination wedding, we weren’t sure how everything would turn out. With the help of simple Maui weddings, they made everything so easy for us. I cannot write a review adequate enough to express how amazing Simple Maui Wedding is! As a person who dreaded the thought of planning a wedding, big or small, this was the best decision of my life. They handle everything that a bride and groom shouldn’t worry about in their wedding day! My husband and I chose the elopement package with a few an add-ons like the cake cutting ceremony, rose petals to have tossed in the air for photos, and flower circle! They are affordable, professional, sincere, and super helpful! Mira, Aurora and John were awesome! And my flowers were to die for, totally what I envisioned. I also wanted a mini trash the dress session during the wedding so they set aside a few minutes for us to run into the water, wedding gown and all! The professional photography company they work with is Karma Hill Photography and they are so amazing! Our photographer was Samantha and she was a doll. She got such incredible shots of us and also asked us what we wanted in photos, which was really nice. We also booked our own videographer for about 3 hours of footage from us getting ready in the hotel room, to our first look in the hotel lobby, and our wedding ceremony and cake cutting! The videography company we used is local in Maui and it’s named ALL TIME MEDIA, and Juliana and Andre Offergeld were so so incredible! I dealt with Juliana over the phone and email, she was so sweet and if you book them directly yourself without a coordinator doing it, you get a sweet deal! Also ask them about getting the raw footage! Andre was so professional and knows what he’s doing. They also have a drone they use which is a must in Maui! Both photos and video are looking great so far as we got a few sneak peeks and can’t wait for the rest! If you are having any doubts in planning a wedding, fly to Maui and get married with the help of Simple Maui Wedding and All Time Media!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the people at Simply Maui! We live in New York and never been to Hawaii so we were a little nervous how everything would go but working with everyone from John who we spoke to the week before we left, to our on site wedding coordinator, Rebecca and Samantha our photographer and of course Rev Joe! They were all so incredibly kind to us and we loved working with everyone! Even all the vendors they recommended like my hair and make up from Salon 253 were amazing!!

With only five weeks to plan my Maui elopement, Simple Maui wedding was exceptional to interact with! They were quick with their responses when I first contacted them, and they addressed all my questions and concerns from planning a Gun-shot elopement. They selected amazing vendors for me, and their list of recommended vendors were idyllic! A week before our wedding one of the planners called us to walk through all the details, and provided us with our day of planner’s contact information. The day of was seamless. My day of planner Emmy, was was there to greet my husband beforehand, and felt like a built-in bridesmaid for me! She even FaceTimed in my family for a super special moment for our daughters to see our elopement. The officiant they selected, couldn’t have been more perfect, and their photographer from Karma Hill was absolutely amazing. I can’t express how grateful I am for everyone on the Simple Maui team and Karma Hill photography. Their suggested vendors worked so well with Simple Maui wedding. My videographer and photographer knew each other, and it felt like they were on the same team the whole time. Even my make up artist they suggested, Donna Romero, knew just where to highlight and contour my face based on the way the photographers edit their images. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I wish I could give 100 stars. The staff at SMW were unbelievable in their patience and assistance with planning our wedding. We started planning in March 2020, for October 2021. We'll we all know how those years affected many industries, travel and life. Due to restrictions we needed postpone our Maui wedding to September 2022. We still wanted our wedding date, so I had 3 weeks to plan a wedding. Seriously the most stressful 3 weeks, I was also opening a business at that same time, hands down so thankful to have found SMW! SMW took care of everything and it was so easy to work with everyone and we were well taken care of. Simply Maui Wedding made our marriage experience care-free and very enjoyable. We both went into it without a stress in the world. Our coordinator, Christina was amazing! She handled all the details, from minor to larger, without skipping a beat. She made sure we (the bride and groom) as well as our guests knew exactly what to do and when to do it. She was very discreet and professional being behind the scenes and sometimes we forgot she was even there. Our officiant, Joe, was a god send. He was so perfect for us in every way. We felt his sincerity, and appreciated his quirkiness and humor. He knew when to be serious with his blessings and when to lighten it up. He brought the perfect balance of traditional Hawaiian and sprinkled in the perfect amount of religious with just a simple opening and closing prayer. Our photographer was professional yet fun and captured our love, the views, and our family (guests) perfectly. We felt very comfortable working with her. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

We can not thank the team of Simple Maui Wedding enough! They allowed us the perfect elopement without all the hassle. We didn’t want to worry about the stress of planning a big wedding, especially with a baby on the way this December. While it was simplistic in planning, they did not lack in any details. The florals, cake, and photography were all so beautiful! They truly made our day special and stress-free which is exactly what we wanted. Plus, the location was simply breathtaking! SMW delivered exactly the experience we were looking for - a simple, straightforward beach wedding where we didn’t have to do hardly any planning work ourselves. I really appreciated how detailed their website was, and the number of reference photos available. Their different package options were very clear, and we only had to have 2 calls with them to feel comfortable that they would take care of it all on the big day. One of our photographers actually didn’t show up due to an illness, and our coordinator Emmie actually stepped in and acted as our Assistant Photographer during the wedding which was awesome! They selected Kula as our minister and he did a great job as well and entertained our guests throughout the ceremony. Overall they did a wonderful job planning and and coordinating the wedding and I’d recommend the SMW team to anyone looking for a great team to take care of you!

My husband and I just had our wedding at Gannon's with Simple Maui Wedding in May 2022. We CANNOT express enough how grateful we are that we chose them for our wedding needs! They secured our date quickly and efficiently, they replied to every email within hours and always kept us up to date month by month. They provided so many resources and their vendors were superb, we even booked with a couple of them for hair and make up. The entire team was so friendly and honestly made planning a destination wedding during covid such a breeze! If I had to do it again I would go back and choose them every time!

SMW was really easy to work with. They made coordinating everything so easy! They booked everything for us, florist, musician, officiant. They were accommodating on all the various changes I made along the planning process. The day of coordination got a little mixed up, everything started off late (not SMWs fault) and their was some confusion as the photographer was already at the ceremony cite with all our guests but I wanted a private “first look” not in front of everyone, so that took some extra time to get the key people back (it’s a LONG walk in a wedding dress to the DT Fleming beach ceremony cite haha). Overall though everything worked out great! And their patience was very calming on the stressful start to the morning. Thank you SMW. :)

Simple Maui Weddings is the ultimate destination wedding company. Our wedding planning started in January for our May wedding. They took an unfamiliar process and made us comfortable throughout the planning. All communication was helpful and timely. We were guided through how to obtain the marriage license down to finding all the perfect venders. Emily was our on-site coordinator and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Communication throughout the entire time was great. I did a small ceremony on the beach and it was nice to just show up and not have to worry about anything. Minus 1 star for the on-site coordinator not securing a good spot on the beach prior to my arrival. From what I was told, I thought the on-site coordinator was going to arrive early to save a good spot for the ceremony. So instead, we had to walk around to decide where to do the ceremony. Secondly, I had provided a roll call sheet for photos twice and during the time of photos after the ceremony, the on-site coordinator didn’t facilitate the group photos correctly and we missed solo photos with each of our mothers which was a huge a bummer. We didn’t realize it until everything was already done.

I can’t recommend this company enough! They made our day amazing and special. Everything was so easy and seamless to plan from out of state, reasonably priced and the team was so organized with plenty of attention to detail but still so easygoing. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful day and a more awesome company to work with. If you want a small, simple but gorgeous and elegant wedding then Simple Maui Wedding is for you. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful before I got in contact with SMW. They have been amazing throughout our wedding journey and were able to relieve the stress. Kirsten and Ayesha has been very responsive thru emails and answered our queries, our officiant Rev.Joe Miles has been wonderful(we love him)! We used Simple Oahu Wedding to help us plan our Oahu elopement, and I couldn't have asked for more! Simple Oahu lined us up with an amazing coordinator, Oli, and photographer: Pinky, from Karma Hill, who did a flawless job of capturing our special day. They also lined us up with Kawena, who was an amazing officiant. They provided a list of recommended vendors, and we used Duke's car service, and Jessica for hair and makeup. All services were above expectations, and the day was as low stress as could be. Definitely recommend Simple Oahu and all their vendors!!

Wow! Just wow. When I first had the idea of having my wedding on the beach, I googled Beach wedding in Maui and tada! Simple Maui came up. I was impressed with all the photos and knew I had to have my wedding here. Everything was PERFECT. My entire family kept talking about how beautiful and how awesome the Reverand was. Simple Maui Wedding team made our beach wedding as perfect as it could be! 💙 We booked an elopement package just about a month ahead and they were very responsive and helpful! Few days before the wedding, we got on a call with them to discuss the details. On the day of the wedding, Naomi (our coordinator) was super helpful! She texted me a couple of hours before the wedding. And when we got to the beach, she approached us as soon as she saw us! We asked Naomi to take a few photos too using our own camera so we can have something to share to our families right after the wedding and Naomi took a lot of photos which was soooo nice!!! Rev. Joe Miles was our officiant and he was just super warm and funny! Karma Hill and Cinemaui were the vendors that Simple Maui Wedding got for us for photography and videography, respectively, and they were both wonderful and professional! We just got our sneak peak of photos and can’t wait to see the complete collection and our videos as well!

Working with Simple Maui Weddings was a dream! Everyone was so wonderful about communication and giving us the reassurance that we were in good hands. My husband and I were traveling from Texas to get married, so we had a lot of other things on our mind and it felt so nice knowing we could offload some of the details and they would be handled. Our day of coordinator (Naomi) was like having a bridesmaid there with me. She was super sweet, brought a mirror to let me touch up any last minute details right before walking down to the ceremony, fixed my dress, and had water bottles and tissues waiting for us right after the ceremony and before pictures. Our officiant was AMAZING! He made everything so magical and fun. And our photographer was a rockstar. They really are a dream team.

With COVID, we had to re-schedule our Maui elopement four times. SMW’s entire team hands down has the most incredible customer service, constantly in contact with you to make you feel comfortable. They handle every tiny small detail that you as a bride might even forget. "Simple" describes how easy they made every single part leading up to our special day. Every step of the way even being all the way in California, I never once felt like the ball was dropped. SMW helped us find Meili Autumn Beauty - the BEST hair and makeup artists (my personal glam squad), who made me look stunning! They also helped us book our videographer Cinemaui, our photographer Karma Hill Photography, our musician Wailau, and the best officiant Rev. Richardo Hanakoo. The entire process was so easy and fun. On our wedding day, Aysha was at the beach to greet us. She brought my beautiful bouquet and made our special day run so smoothly. It truly was perfect! Jen was our on site coordinator for the day and was very helpful and made everything run smoothly. Simple Maui Wedding also took all of my floral ideas and made them come to life. We also added videography through Gaucho Visuals, one of the recommended videographers, and he was great! We cannot wait to see the final video! Being from California and knew nothing of destination wedding venues we inquired, and glad we did. Their name spoke to us as that’s exactly what we wanted, a simple wedding in the scenic tropical island of Maui. From the initial inquiry Aysha and Emily addressed what we have in mind and from there on communication was on point. Feeling confident with their interactions we knew this was the venue planner for our destination wedding. Both coordinators are very personable, asking important questions that tailored to our big day. Aysha and Emily never missed a step giving us a run down of expectations and ease our stress by providing options that we may want to look into in regards to the location of the venue. On the day of the wedding our coordinator Jen, was stellar! She greeted us genuinely excitement and made introductions to the videographers, photographer and officiant. She made us feel very comfortable and asked us if there is anything we needed to let her know, she walked us thru the timeline of the ceremony which helped us get a better sense of the pace for the Wedding. Our ceremony went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Simple Maui went above and beyond our expectations, and their name is simply that, it was stress free and above all the entire staff from beginning to end gets it, you can tell they are passionate of what they do and they got this down! Being from Pennsylvania and not knowing where to begin on planning an out of state elopement, where we had never traveled before, in only two months, during a pandemic?! I was hesitant to say the least! Then I came across the Simple Maui site and saw all the amazing photos, blog, friendly faces, etc. and I was skeptical, thinking this is "too good to be true"!!! Then I sent my inquiry in to the team. I was instantly put at ease with the open communication and how "simple" it really was! The Simple Maui team has put together the most amazing vendors you could ever ask for, was open in communication every step of the way and made it so personal for us despite the distance between!! I felt like I was able to anticipate my wedding without getting hung up in the stress of planning and was able to focus on what really mattered!! When we arrived on site for our big day It was like being greeted by friends, not strangers! Lastly, you can truly sense the joy and genuine pleasure that the Simple Maui team and all the vendors whom they work with feel for their couples. We couldn't be happier and have such beautiful memories to look back on for years to come!!!! Great service, top-notch photography and absolutely worthy of its five-star rating! We were first drawn to Simple Maui Wedding as a result of their great reviews here on The Knot. After checking out their website, we were blown away by their beautiful wedding pictures. We contacted SMW just over 2 months before our wedding day. We had a response from Emily within less than 24h of our first email. Great service! The SMW Team was so friendly and accomodating to our needs that we felt we were in the right hands. We were able to plan our entire wedding in just a couple of emails, which was especially great as we do not live in Hawaii. The Wedding Day itself could not have gone better. The Hair and Make-Up team recommended to us by SMW arrived punctually and really did a great job in getting me all styled up for the big day. We arrived at the wedding location (a beautiful beach) early and were immediately greeted by Naomi, our SMW coordinator, who was already holding the beautiful Hawaiian flower bouquet and my floral headpiece. The florist they work with did a great job! Our officiant, Reverend Joe (who was also recommended by SMW) was also already at the beach and was calming my husband's nerves as they waited patiently for me. The small ceremony took place just before sunset. Rev Joe is a very experienced officiant and his soothing voice and heartfelt ceremony was perfect for our wedding day. Cheynice, our SMW photographer, caputed every single moment of our day. We had booked the 90min photo package and she literally managed to take over 330 pictures in that time. The pictures were absolutely incredible. We showed them to our friends back home and they were blown away. Cheynice had great ideas for wedding pictures and knew exactly how to capture the moment. The poses she suggested felt natural in that moment and we never felt like we staging anything. It tied in very nicely with the overall vibe that day. SMW have an excellent photography team. We can highly recommend SMW. Our entire wedding was planned perfectly by them and they were able to create a unforgettable moment for us that we will cherish forever. Thank you to the SMW team!

I found SIMPLE MAUI WEDDING on Instagram. My fiancé now husband and I was drawn by the simplicity yet elegant and vibrant profile. SMW truly made our wedding planning such a breeze. We were so busy with taking care of other things in our lives that SMW took all the stress off of our backs when it came down to wedding things. The communication from start to end was very easy. Simple Maui Wedding was absolutely amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things about them! From the first email I sent requesting information about a Maui wedding, to receiving my final wedding photos...everything was so easy, and went so smoothly. Everyone who I spoke to/emailed with were so helpful and so friendly! Emily and Aysha were always very prompt in responding to any questions that I had, and they always made me feel like I was their number one priority...like I was their only bride...which was obviously not the case! :) Our wedding day coordinator, Diana, was also wonderful! We had the best wedding experience possible with Simple Maui Wedding. It wasn’t the least bit stressful and everything turned out beautiful. Everyone was easy to contact, professional, and amazing! 3 months after we booked a trip to Hawaii, we decided to elope/get married on a beach. the husband and I wanted something simple, sweet but also did not want to skip the white dress/ceremony entirely. And SMW was the perfect choice. From day one, it was super easy to converse with the team, they really think and take care of everything from photography to flowers to ministers. All I needed to do was to pick out a dress and book the make up artist. The day of the wedding came and Aysha met us on the beach with flowers in hand and ministers, photographer/videographer all ready! The ceremony was elegant and intimate, exactly like we wanted. When we first started planning our wedding we knew for sure we wanted a Hawaiian destination wedding. I had started searching for places (as well as resorts) and everything was so complicated + very overpriced for what we were wanting. We had 30 people attending + wanted a different experience than most for a destination wedding. We are soooo happy we came across Simple Maui Weddings because it was exactly what we needed. They made EVERYTHING well, simple! And the experience was so unique. It had even rained on our wedding day along with a very strong wind but the Simple Maui Wedding team made us feel so loved + heard + really took care of everything for us. Loved working with Simple Maui Wedding for our 25th vow renewal. They were very professional and such a joy to work with. All things I wanted for the ceremony was taken care of so I didn’t have to worry. I would recommend them to anyone all of the employees have been great.
