Simply Aly Events

As a caterer, I cannot say enough about Simply Aly Events ...she recently assisted our mutual clients to save them the expense of a full waitstaff. We did drop off catering with no labor fee and she managed every detail flawlessly. Not only did she save the couple money allowing for a bigger better food display...she set up decorated and did amazing florals! She's an amazing hard worker, talented and covers every detail. I highly recommend her.

Aly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our special day. Our wedding would not have been possible without her. From location issues to catering drama, Aly handled it all and kept me calm throughout the entire process. She was invaluable during planning, rehearsal, and the big day. It was a big relief to be asked a question or have something brought up to me on my wedding day and say "I don't know...go ask Aly" :)

Alyssa was awesome. Anything and everything that needed to be done she jumped in without hesitation. I can not recommend her enough she took all the stress out of our wedding day.

Alyssa was amazing! I hired her about 3 months before our wedding and she made everything run smoothly, we truly couldn’t have done it without her. From corresponding with our vendors, to the day of helping out with everything, she is exactly what you need for your big day.

We could not make the day without Alyssa. She is the best/ coolest and the most professional planner! Just through couple of talks, Alyssa executes the exact wedding look and the party of our lives that we have dreamed and visioned! Not to mention she handles all the craziness and all the “difficult situation so we can have the best weekend ever. We have trouble reaching out to some vendors of us, and somehow Alyssa always get the hold of them and get them response and finalize with her right on time!! She makes you feel like you’re with a best friend not a vendor at all! She understands you, help you when need it, and help us feel happy! On the site note, where can you find a planner that dances with you on the floor, finding your irresponsible groomsmen all day, and tell you “it’s ok we can fix this” when something went wrong?!!!! She’s our fairy forever!

We are so so happy we chose Alyssa to help us with our wedding! Not only did she handle what was in her contract, but she went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She was extremely involved the week leading up to our wedding, and on the wedding day she went as far as bringing us drinks while we were on the dance floor and making our plates of food for us when we didn't have time to ourselves. She handled and coordinated the vendors the day of without any involvement from us, we got to sit back and enjoy the day without having to talk to a single vendor. At the end of the night our other vendors complimented her and said she was one of the best in town to work with. She has a great personality and felt like a friend helping us out. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator at all she's the one to pick!

Alyssa was an exceptional coordinator! She did an incredible job of making our wedding day so special. She is organized, flexible, very sweet, and made herself available to us throughout the planning process. She even provided us with props for our photo booth when I forgot to get them! Alyssa went above and beyond to help us enjoy our wedding day! She was truly a blessing to us on our our special day! We are so grateful for her. Alyssa was extremely organized, helpful, professional and friendly. We loved working with her and couldn’t have put our wedding together or had the day run as smoothly without her. We cannot say enough good things about Alyssa and Simply Aly Events! We hired her fairly last minute due to some changes we needed to make because of COVID and she jumped right in! She is so organized and helped us navigate any changes that came our way. She took care of contacting our vendors, making a schedule, and making sure that everyone had the schedule. Our day ran so smoothly, thanks in large part to Alyssa. I could keep going, but I'll just say that you will not regret hiring her to help you with your big day!

The best decision we made was hiring SimplyAlyEvents! When we were completely overwhelmed with all the challenges that came with planning a wedding during Covid Alyssa came to our rescue. Her suggestions, recommendations, creativity, positivity, and organization are just a few of the things that make her a superstar. We had a lot to accomplish in a short time but she always set me at ease by assuring me everything would come together and IT DID! She worked with all our vendors to ensure my vision would come to life and I could not have been happier - we had our absolute dream wedding thanks to Alyssa. I am a very particular person that has a hard time giving up control but after working with Alyssa she built a trust with me and I didn’t have one single thing to worry about on my wedding day except having fun! You would be crazy not to hire her to help your wedding wishes come true!!

Alyssa was so helpful and available at ALL times for me in my wedding planning process. I am the most disorganized person and you stayed on top of me and kept me on track for all tasks. She was in constant contact with my vendors to ensure everything went smoothly and even made custom signs for our day! She would not let me lift a finger on the wedding day and I am so very appreciative of all of her hard work.

Highly recommend Alyssa. She and Joe worked so hard to make our wedding day seamless. Due to COVID my whole wedding plan changed including needing a new venue and caterer 3 months before the big day. Alyssa kept me calm the whole time and helped me with whatever I needed. She was available via email, call or text. Before the big day, she had reached out to all the vendors to make sure everyone knew the timeline and had any needed information. She helped formulate a wedding day timeline and reminder sheet which were super helpful for the wedding party to follow. Alyssa came for the rehearsal dinner and worked hand in hand with the officiant to make sure our ceremony would go just as we wanted. She also made a list of anything that still needed to be done for day of set-up. Then on the wedding day, Alyssa and Joe worked together to put everything together. They helped arrange the tables and decorations, put the flowers and centerpieces together, kept us on time, and so much more behind the scenes. It is definitely worth the investment to have their services. It made the day so much less stressful. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Alyssa was wonderful and made the day go by so smoothly and perfect. Alyssa took care of everything and her attention to detail and organization skills made everything flawless.
