Cuisine The Cuisine that gets the most attention, is not One Cuisine, but Two. Fusion Buffets, Italian and BBQ, Our Taco/Fajita/Queso Bar and American Comfort, Mediterranean and Asian, Italian and our Taco/Fajita/Queso Bar. This came about because so many Brides would want one style and their Fiancé would want another. I would ask them, why not put those two styles together? It now makes up over 70% of our wedding buffets. Tell us what you want and we can quote it for you.

Karen has been in the catering business for over 25 years and involved with hundreds of weddings. She is in charge of the staff and setting up your desired service style as well as the bar. She will meet with the Bride at Party Pro to pick out any of your rental needs, which we then rent for you. Karen will work with your Day of Coordinator to make everything works smoothly on your Wedding Day. Chef Jerry has 42 years experience in the food service industry with hundreds of caterings under his belt. We have owned our wedding catering business since 2014.

or our wedding include pasta, bbq, meatballs, salad, mashed potatoes, chicken, green beans, homemade sauces & spinach/artichoke dip. Everyone was so impressed with the options for dinner and their food is DELISH—I got so many compliments and guests going back for seconds!! Karen is also AMAZING at linens, rentals, and decorating. She knew my venue Lakeview Hills inside and out and was able to order every tablecloth, linen, set out napkins & plates and silverware for us etc. It was a huge help to my wedding planners and I! She came to my final walkthrough at the venue and made recommendations for table layouts, flow and ease of guests, and so much more. She is a seasoned professional and it shows. She is a very calming, confident and helpful presence that you want on your team for your wedding day. Their staff was also excellent, efficient, kind, and took care of so much setting up, serving, and cleaning up at the end of the night. If you are looking for a caterer for your next event big or small—look no further. Karen & Jerry are just like their name states “Simply Amazing”!!

th them booked for buffet style (and hoping Chef Jerry would share some of his recipes). They offer both plated and buffet, but the buffet option worked best for us. The guests that joined us on our big day are still raving about the food, asking about what they ate in hopes that they can find it in a store. I am not kidding, it was that good. You cannot go wrong with any of their options BUT we highly recommend the Bacon Wrapped Sweet Bourbon Glazed Pork Tenderloin with the Peachy Bourbon BBQ Sauce. It is to DIE for! They were very easy to work with and, in my opinion, Karen goes above and beyond with their clients. She helped us with our rentals, ensuring we could find the perfect color options. She decorated the bar and buffet table, AND offered spa water for the reception with over 100 different options to choose from. Clean-up is even easier, with the serving crew helping clean everything and making sure all rentals were ready for pickup. I highly recommend Simply Amazing!

wedding needs and go above and beyond for you. Karen even helped me decorate my wedding cake as my florist left because my wedding cake was delivered late. LOVE THEM, highly recommend.

It was so amazing to have delicious food and to not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. I rented my linens through Simply Amazing so they picked them up, placed ...

them on the tables, and returned all of the linens. I loved having catering, bartending, and service all in one! I had one less vendor to worry about and my family wasn't walking around cleaning up after guests. Jerry & Karen were so nice and always just a phone call away! I loved the tasting and it was so worth the money. I decided to book them at the tasting! My husband is a picky eater but with their menus there is something for everyone! I had so many compliments from guests on how good the food and drinks were. 10/10 Recommend!! My only complaint is I wish they would have talked with someone about how they typically throw away the center of the cake. We spent a lot of money on our cake and it was delicious. Our families happily would've taken home a box of a pile of cake instead of the center of the cake going in the trash.

l walk through at the venue to firm everything up and were even there for the rehearsal the night before! The day of the wedding - they came to the venue very early and stayed until the place was completely cleaned up after it was all over. The servers were very helpful and courteous. The bartender, Therese took some ingredients we had given her and made the very best signature drink I have ever tasted. I was going to give her a recipe to follow and she said that’s OK I know how to make this one. She did more than just make it, she rocked it! Everyone at the wedding loved the drink and wanted the recipe afterwards. Karen and Chef Jerry were wonderful to work with. They even ordered the table cloths and the couples table from the rental company. That was one less thing I had to worry about. They went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter’s wedding day was perfect! I am so very happy that I listened to the recommendation of my wedding planner and chose Simply Amazing Service Catering. I HIGHLY recommend this catering company for any event you would need catering for. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Words do not express my gratitude for everything that they did! Thank you guys very much! I will never call anyone else if I need catering for an event!
