lby did amazing work the day of my wedding. She arrived early, was calm and professional. She provided hair and makeup for my maid of honor and I and I could not have been more happy. She was willing to make modifications to her everything just right and also touched up my maid of honor’s curls before leaving. She did this without prompting. Her calm, friendly and happy personality helped set the tone for my wedding. I was thrilled with her work and would absolutely hire Simply Beauty Maui again or recommend them to anyone looking for wedding beauty services.

I called Heather the day before I was scheduled to get married and told her our whole wedding was cancelled due to Hawaii state guidelines, but we were getting married on the beach at sunrise instead. She told me she would call me back in a couple minutes. When she called, she confirmed she found someone to do my hair and makeup and 4am. I just can’t thank her and her team enough. I last minute changed my hair style and had just a general idea for my makeup. I have CRAZY long, curly frizzy hair and she took that and made it beach ready for our wedding! I seriously love her. She was so kind and genuine and a definite professional! She knew her hair and makeup and I had literally so many compliments on my hair and makeup and how beautiful I looked. I was so grateful. And the best part was I cried and not one thing smeared or smudged! I was in place all night in the humidity of Maui. Thank you for the best night of my life, you had my feeling beautiful and confident. I’m not kidding, complete strangers kept stopping and telling me how beautiful I looked. So fortunate for her and this beautiful company!

She was able to take my inspirational pictures and ideas and make them come to life; my hair and makeup were amazing! I received so many compliments from my guests. Heather was also super accommodating when my mom decided on the day of to get her makeup done as well. She was able to get us all done perfectly and still on schedule, which was very appreciated. My short hair was pinned up to make it look like an elegant updo and even though the wind on the beach tried its best to ruin her work, it stayed nicely all throughout the evening. ss Heather. She is reasonably priced in comparison to other venders I contacted. Wedding hair and makeup will always be a splurge. I was pleased with her response time and pricing sheet. I booked her for hair and makeup. My husband and I had a simple wedding with just the two of us and I didn’t want to worry about doing my own hair and makeup. Heather was the greatest decision I made. I decided to get the airbrush makeup and have her place extensions. She arrived early and brought what appeared to be an entire shop of goodies. She is ready for anything. I showed her a photo of a hair inspiration and she created something even more beautiful than the photo. She airbrushed my foundation and did a beautiful natural eye which included eyelashes and placement. Our wedding took place in the morning at Mama’ Fish House and we encountered a good bit of rain. My hair held up well and my makeup even better! The photos turned out beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Heather is so sweet and so personable. I am so glad I chose her to get me ready.

From the moment I reached out untilwe ran out the door to get to my ceremony, Heather was helpful, professional, sweet, and talented. I am particular and I loved everything. I can also be hard on myself, and for months before my ceremony, I was worried that I would not feel beautiful on my wedding day. Because of Heather (and the worlds best dress!) I did - and for that reason she was one of the top best decisions I made in regards to my wedding. It was a significant investment (to me) but worth every single cent. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone needing a stylist. Maholo Heather!

She did both hair and makeup exactly how I envisioned it. The three ladies were early the day of, extremely friendly and professional, and did a great job handling 5 bridesmaids, a bride, and 2 mothers. Our makeup stayed put for the entire night, looked fabulous in photos, and was personalized to each one of us. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Heather and her team. Highly recommend her and her services if you are in the Maui area!
