I cannot say enough good things about my experience with simply blush. Cheyenne was truly so kind and incredibly good at her job. I am the kind of girl who hates trying things on s...
o I was excited for the experience but also very nervous. I was put at ease immediately when I walked through the front door with my mom and sister. Cheyenne pulled a bunch of dresses that I thought I would like and listened to the things I liked and disliked when trying on dresses. She had the amazing foresight to pull some things I wouldn't normally go for, and one that she had pulled ended up being my dream dress! I am so thankful to SimplyBlush for making this an easy and fun experience.
Let this serve as a warning to future brides considering Simply Blush Bridal.
While I initially had a positive experience during my appointments -traveling twice from Charlotte...
to Raleigh and feeling excited about finding my dress- the situation quickly turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. The core issue is a complete lack of transparency and accountability from the business.
At no point during either of my visits was I informed, verbally or in writing, that Simply Blush does not handle in-house alterations or customizations. In fact, the opposite was implied throughout the entire process. I worked closely with staff to select fabrics, discuss custom changes to my dress, and even modifications to my veil. I was clearly told these would be handled through alterations, and I agreed to pay those costs.
Based on these conversations, I proceeded with a $5,000 purchase under the impression that Simply Blush would manage the process.
Only after the purchase did I learn that they do not provide alterations at all.
To make matters worse, this critical detail is not explicitly stated in the contract, something even their own staff later acknowledged. Despite having witnesses, photos, and videos that support what was discussed during my appointments, the business has refused to take responsibility for the miscommunication.
Instead, they’ve deflected, minimized the issue, and failed to provide a meaningful resolution.
With my wedding approaching quickly and an extremely limited timeline for alterations, I was left scrambling and forced to fix a situation that could have easily been avoided with clear and honest communication.
For a business handling such high-stakes, emotional, and expensive purchases, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Future brides deserve full transparency before making non-refundable decisions like this. I felt taken advantage of.
Proceed with caution.
Amazing experience!!! I'm so glad I chose the "Luxe Appointment"... it truly made the process so personal, stress-free, & special. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind ...
& helpful. Gaby was absolutely amazing to work with. She so effortlessly guided me to a dress when I gave her so little to work with. I had no idea where to even start & in just one appointment, she helped me find the most perfect dress - one that made me feel beautiful. She was very attentive & knowledgeable. Thanks again Gaby for all of your help & lovely support throughout the appointment. The goodie bag at the end was so thoughtfully put together as well. 10/10 would recommend to friends/family.

nd ordered the wrong size; then body shamed her saying she must have gained weight. Said they would make it right and then went and ordered the same exact size. Refused to work with us and also refused to refund any partial refund for services such Blush package that were not done. I would never trust them with measuring correctly for a dress and would never recommend anyone purchasing from them as they do not stand behind their products or services; Also Maggie Sotterro dresses for incorrect sizing sheets provided to shops!

I got to simply blush bridal and tried on my first dress I was so happy that I did. They didn’t pressure me to try on dresses outside of my price range like other stores. They worked with my payment arrangements and was way cheaper than I thought. My stylist and her assistant were amazing. They wanted to know me and my story and were just rushing me to try on and buy something. The manger was sweet as well. It’s a beautiful shop inside and out and you can tell they took their time to make it feel welcoming and cozy.

sit that day. I was supposed to go to another store, but they cancelled on me last minute. I gave Simply Blush a call, and they were able to fit me in!
The dresses at the store were higher quality than the shop I had been the previous day. It was cute in there, the team was nice, they had a large selection of dresses at a generally affordable price! I was supposed to go to another shop the following day, but I found my dress at Simply Blush. They called the other bridal shop and covered the cancellation fee!
Kristine was working with me, and she was fantastic. She was super efficient at getting the dresses all situated in the dressing room, helped me pick out dresses to try on, fun, and gave great guidance. Even if you aren’t in the Wendell area, this place is worth a short drive.

Simply Blush. We has the entire salon to just ourselves. They provide champagne and treats for my 10 year old daughter. They showed me dresses that matched what I was looking for in my price range. The dress arrived relatively quickly after it was ordered which gave plenty of time for alterations. The staff were incredibly kind and got along great with my bridesmaids while I was in the dressing room . You cannot go wrong with this bridal salon.
