The core issue is a complete lack of transparency and accountability from the business. At no point during either of my visits was I informed, verbally or in writing, that Simply Blush does not handle in-house alterations or customizations. In fact, the opposite was implied throughout the entire process. I worked closely with staff to select fabrics, discuss custom changes to my dress, and even modifications to my veil. I was clearly told these would be handled through alterations, and I agreed to pay those costs. Based on these conversations, I proceeded with a $5,000 purchase under the impression that Simply Blush would manage the process. Only after the purchase did I learn that they do not provide alterations at all. To make matters worse, this critical detail is not explicitly stated in the contract, something even their own staff later acknowledged. Despite having witnesses, photos, and videos that support what was discussed during my appointments, the business has refused to take responsibility for the miscommunication. Instead, they’ve deflected, minimized the issue, and failed to provide a meaningful resolution. With my wedding approaching quickly and an extremely limited timeline for alterations, I was left scrambling and forced to fix a situation that could have easily been avoided with clear and honest communication. For a business handling such high-stakes, emotional, and expensive purchases, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Future brides deserve full transparency before making non-refundable decisions like this. I felt taken advantage of. Proceed with caution.

I had no idea where to even start & in just one appointment, she helped me find the most perfect dress - one that made me feel beautiful. She was very attentive & knowledgeable. Thanks again Gaby for all of your help & lovely support throughout the appointment. The goodie bag at the end was so thoughtfully put together as well. 10/10 would recommend to friends/family.

nd ordered the wrong size; then body shamed her saying she must have gained weight. Said they would make it right and then went and ordered the same exact size. Refused to work with us and also refused to refund any partial refund for services such Blush package that were not done. I would never trust them with measuring correctly for a dress and would never recommend anyone purchasing from them as they do not stand behind their products or services; Also Maggie Sotterro dresses for incorrect sizing sheets provided to shops!
