We had a multi culture, multi day wedding back in August. We worked with Tamara on floral design and she absolutely nailed it. Her creativity and optimism shined through the entire process. She was so patient and thorough while we went through the design and quote process, making sure our vision is still coming through while respecting our budget. We couldn’t be more happy with the final result, it exceeded beyond our expectations. Our guests also made many complements on beautiful the floral arrangements were. If I could give 1000 stars, I would! Tamara is SIMPLY the best!! We hired Tamara and her team for full wedding design and planning for our 2024 wedding. I knew that I wanted an amazing wedding but had no idea where to start...luckily, Tamara was there every step of the way. In terms of design, she was able to help me form a vision and bring it to life in a way that was even better than I imagined!! I cried when I saw the final florals for our wedding!! Outside of her impeccable taste, Tamara and her team are a delight to work with. They communicated directly with many of our vendors and kept everything organized, allowing me and my partner to actually enjoy wedding planning! In fact, we miss it and working with Tamara!! On the weekend of my wedding, Tamara and her team dealt with everything and I was fully able to relax and enjoy the event. They set up the ceremony, coordinated vendors and even cleaned up! Because of their help, my wedding was probably the best weekend of my life :') In addition to being AMAZING at design and florals, Tamara is also very business-savvy. She has great connections in the industry, connected us with the most talented people AND helped us get the best deals with vendors, constantly trying to help us save money so that we could get the biggest bang for our buck! Tamara is an absolute delight to work with!! Aditya and I got married in an Indian style wedding, and Tamara made our wedding an absolute fairytale with her gorgeous choice of flowers, beautiful Mandap, stunning garlands and every flower at our wedding was picked and styled with absolute love and care. Working with Jenna and the SBTN team was an amazing experience. I worked with Simply by Tamara Nicole for my 2022 wedding and it was one of the best decisions I made. Tamara supported me with design and florals for my June wedding. The result was a show stopper! Her work truly made our wedding magical and memorable. I worked directly with Tamara and she is so wonderful to collaborate with. She was responsive and enthusiastic every step of the way. We maintained regular email communication to share ideas and met face to face a couple of times to review design ideas and shop for flowers. The day of my wedding was beyond even what I had dreamed up! Her and her team were on time and executed beautifully. On top of that everyone was so friendly and excited for us. Tamara and her team are the best in the business to work with! Our planner, Alexa, made the entire planning process a breeze. I never had to stress about anything and she always had super cute thoughtful touches that made the day extra special. Ours was a mixed Indian/American wedding so she took on the challenge and did a fantastic job helping us incorporate the cultural and religious aspects we wanted. Due to Covid, I worked with Tamara over the course of two years through planning, postponing, figuring out safety measures, design, etc. Tamara always has a positive attitude and is calm through the storm. Tamara is seriously superwoman. Not only is she one of the sweetest people we've ever met, she always has a thousand different balls in the air and still manages to keep a calm, collected, and positive attitude at all times. She worked with us for nearly a year and a half planning all aspects of our wedding and made us feel supported and seen throughout. She had a great balance of giving us options and making sure we felt in control of all aspects of the planning process, but she was also willing to give her opinions and help make decisions when we were feeling decision fatigue by the end of the process. On the wedding day, Tamara seamlessly pulled off all details - if there were any issues on the day of we had no idea because Tamara handled it flawlessly and allowed us to fully enjoy our day with no stress. Several members of the wedding party commented on how incredible Tamara was to work with and how she made the whole day go so smoothly. And last but certainly not least, Tamara did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job as our florist. She took my vision and made it come to life in a more beautiful way than I ever imagined! She has a "sky's the limit" attitude and will go to any length to make things happen for you - like the amazing floral installation she pulled off with a super short window to set up at our venue. Flowers were super important to me and I'm so glad I trusted Tamara to make it all happen. We got SO many comments from guests on how much they loved the florals, and Tamara truly made them a focal point of the day like I had hoped. Would 100% recommend Tamara to other couples!

SBTN was absolutely amazing to work with!!! We had the pleasure of having Nicole as our wedding coordinator and she completely crushed it. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this group of ladies and how professional, efficient, and incredibly wonderful SBTN was to work with. Nicole was able to manage our wedding day with complete ease which made it so that I could completely disconnect and ENJOY my wedding with zero worries. Five stars aren't enough for the beautiful work Tamara does. After doing extensive research and interviewing a dozen wedding planners, we decided to go with Tamara because she was fun, kind, and sounded like she knew what she was doing. Little did we know at the time just how amazing she would be. Tamara is a true professional who honestly feels like family to us now. Saying she went above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover it. She was attentive, caring, and organized throughout the entire planning process and created a friendly space so we immediately felt we could share our wedding dreams and anxieties with her. Creatively, she was the perfect balance of letting us take the the lead when we had an idea and had amazing recommendations when we didn't know what we wanted. I genuinely do not know when this woman sleeps because she works tirelessly to bring you your dream wedding. Our wedding was a logistical nightmare and Tamara and her team handled absolutely everything to make sure it ran smoothly. I know everyone says their wedding day was the best day of their life, but ours truly was and it is 1000000% because of Tamara's amazing work. We went with her for full planning and had her do our flowers as well and it was the best decision ever. I seriously can't say enough good things. From start to finish, Tamara guided us through the wedding planning process making the whole experience beyond enjoyable. Tamara Nicole is literal SUNSHINE, one of the nicest, kindest, most thoughtful, creative and talented people we have ever met! To work with her was a DREAM and we walked away from our wedding feeling so thankful Tamara and the SBTN team came into our lives to help us create the most beautiful wedding memories. We booked our venue in July 2021 (The Admiral's House) for an October 16th 2021 wedding and knew we needed help from the best to pull off a wedding in such a short planning period. From day one Tamara was so positive and enthusiastic, really listening to how we wanted our big day to unfold. She hit the ground running with planning and was always available via email, text or phone call. She always made me feel super supported during such a stressful time and provided me with awesome ideas, vendors, and money saving tips! I had a very specific vision for a "shot escort wall" which Tamara made come to life by designing, building and collaborating with the calligrapher/florist/caterer to create the most beautiful end product. Tamara ensured that every detail of our day felt super personalized and intentional, every bride's dream! On the day of the wedding Tamara and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I never once was stressed about any of the wedding day details or concerned about the food, drink, music, or design of the space. Tamara and the team had every single detail covered! Tamara even went above and beyond the morning of the wedding by coming to our hotel suite to help stylize some photos of the invitation/rings/flowers/etc. Her passion for what she does is so apparent in every single thing she did for us as the bride and groom! Thank you Tamara and STBN team for helping us create such beautiful lasting memories. Our wedding day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined and we owe it all to you!

Tamara and Jenna were my dream team!! Tamara made my floral dreams come to life and Jenna executed allllll the planning flawlessly. They made my wedding SO stress free and perfect. Could not have done it without them! You guys truly are the best.

Tamara and Nicole gave my husband and I beyond our dream wedding and were our wedding dream team!!! We had to re-schedule our original wedding due to covid, and Tamara + Nicole were not only incredibly understanding with rescheduling, but gave us so much love and support in the process! Not only are these two incredibly talented at what they do, but they are incredible humans!! We hired Tamara for florals and Nicole from planning/ design and they were incredible. I have never been big into planning anything, but they made the whole plan process fun, exciting, dynamic, and detail oriented to bring out my husband and our personalities and unique tastes. The florals that Tamara designed were breath taking and phenomenal. Our venue has an arch that over looks the lake and her team spent all day in the > 100 Degree heat decorating the arch and it looked spectacular!!! She went above and beyond with details (including placing a single yellow rose on the inside of my bouquet to honor my grandpa). I have never been super into flowers but had one of the best brainstorming happy hours (~ 4 hours) of throwing ideas back and forth to really make our design and event special. I remember leaving our meeting feeling super inspired and pumped to finish out planning our big day! Nicole flawlessly helped us design the event dealing with multiple personnel changes with our venue and the inconsistencies that came with these personnel changes. She kept us on track and always had our backs and help strong for Sean and my ideas and wishes to occur. She was incredibly organized and always available in moments were we needed clarification or with communication challenges with out venue. Nicole has a talent of reading when either of us were feeling overwhelmed and knew instantly in the moment how to take on the stress for us or how to manage challenges. On our wedding day, she was always there when needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy every minutes of our wedding. She is amazing! Nicole and Tamara both went above and beyond in a moment of panic two days before our wedding when my dress had a massive grease stain on the front of it. Together, with our photographer (highly recommend having your vendors stay in the same air bnb esp if they are all friends :) ) salvaged my dress and removed the stain! They all saved the day!!! Our friends and family have all given rave reviews stating that this was one of the best/ most organized weddings they have ever attended and my husband and I left feeling that the day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Tamara and Nicole are our wedding dream team!!

Working with Tamara was an absolute pleasure! I can't recommend Tamara and her team enough. From the beginning, my (now) husband and I made it pretty clear we're not the event planning types - we had a very limited vision for what we wanted and no idea how to accomplish it. But Tamara was able to get to know us and help us define our vision incredibly quickly. Every meeting I went into with Tamara I was worried that we were behind, and, without exception, every time I left feeling totally confident we were on track and everything was going to be perfect. And good lord was it perfect. She was able to create a PNW bohemian chic paradise for our wedding. Months later I am STILL getting compliments about the flowers and venue (which Tamara designed and pointed us to, respectively). Not only did she make our wedding indescribably beautiful, she made planning it fun. And, the best part - we actually got to enjoy our wedding weekend because we had so much confidence that she had everything under control. Tamara is a rare find - caring and creative, but uber-organized and pragmatic. So many people I spoke with said they were relieved their wedding was over. My husband and I couldn't feel more differently. Tamara made that weekend so special we'd relive it every single day if we could. Nothing but fond memories and thankfulness we made the decision to work with her.

It took me a while to start this review because I just didn’t know what to say. It’s really hard to explain the feeling of overwhelming appreciation. Hiring Tamara and Nicole was the best decision I made during my entire wedding process. They were absolutely amazing! Every step of the way they helped me make decisions, helped find items I needed, suggested creative ideas, and simply were so genuine. Not only their professionalism and commitment I commend but their attention to detail! This is exactly what you need as a wedding planner. They help create something that is “you” and organized it every step of the way. Since Tamara already had a wedding she was still able to help with styling and Nicole was my planner and day of coordinator. She was the one that pushed everything forward and helped me get things done. She promptly responded to all my texts/emails/phone calls. Coordinated picking up stuff for me and ordering. And I can honestly say with the utmost gratitude that Nicole made our wedding day the best possible it could have been. Everything transitioned super smoothly. She made sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything and had such positive energy. It reflected in everything and made our day that much more special. I would highly recommend SBTN! We LOVED working with Nicole! She was literally my lifesaver for our wedding day and for the wedding process. She was quick to respond to emails, handled things with my vendors (even ones that kind of became intense towards the wedding day), set everything up as I had planned, cleaned & packed up all of our items, and kept our entire day running smoothly. I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. I'm very Type A so he organization and timelines were a positive thing in my book. Girlfriend also stays super calm throughout the day, which is much needed for a stressed out bride, and is fun to talk to. As weird as it sounds, she's so personable that if I lived in WA, I'd want to be friends with her. Elle was our month-of coordinator and was a lifesaver! Her prep work leading up to the wedding helped me to feel prepared (and be prepared!) and calmed my nerves. But more importantly, having her gracefully run around on the wedding day, dealing with stuff that came up, allowed us to enjoy our day :)

I'm a calligrapher and stationery designer and have been working with Tamara and her team for the past year. I have to say, every time, it is a TREAT! These ladies are nothing short of amazing. When you hire a planner, you can probably expect them to be organized, detail-oriented, etc. With these ladies, you get so much more. I've witnessed first-hand, this team act as friends, cheerleaders, and "right arms" to couples. Their can-do attitude also makes working with them as a vendor a breeze. SBTN is also amongst some of the most creative in the industry when it comes to event design. We recently worked on a 1st birthday party together and it was fit for a king with a book-shaped cake, lush florals, and a lounge! If you are thinking about hiring these ladies, whether it be for your wedding, baby shower, or something else, don't think twice! You won't regret it.

Elle was our wedding planner and was absolutely vital to the success of our big day. She was calm and to the point, gently reminded us to do things (which we needed a lot of), was never pushy and accommodated all our preferences and changes. Tamara and her team did our flowers and decor and OMG the end result blew me away. It was like an enchanted indoor wildflower forest and such a huge wow factor. This is a great team to work with and they will take of you and make your vision come true!

Tammy and the team are absolutely amazing! They made what would have otherwise been a very stressful endeavor an unforgettable, beautiful experience! I will start by saying this: You WILL want to hire Tamara and her team to plan your next event and I will tell you why. Tamara is such an easy and fun person to work with. Besides her amazing energy, she is brilliant when doing event planning. She has the BEST ideas and knows everyone and every way to get things executed much better than you ever dreamt of. First birthday parties are HUGE in my culture so we knew we would need help to make the party of our dreams happen. We hired Simply by Tamara Nicole and I would hire her a thousand times again. Our experience was beyond and beyond. We had a vague idea for the theme of our son's first birthday, but we knew we wanted something personal to him. We went with what we saw he likes the most: his books. We also decided for brunch. I was so happy when Tamara was on board with this and from these simple ideas she managed to plan the best first birthday party for ourselves and our guests. Every single detail was perfectly curated. We had an ice cream cart, balloon twisting and face painting, a mimosa bar, a coffee bar, a kids lounge, an incredible 3D cake and a great selection of food. There were also a lot of other decor details and nice touches (I just can't list them all). Overall, the party definitely pleased all of our guests, from the little ones to the big ones. On top of this, Tamara designed and created all the floral details herself, which complemented the vision and color palette of the party very flawlessly. I mean, I could spend a day writing all about that party and Tamara and her team. This is the best party we had. We just wished we knew her back in the days when we got married, so she could have planned a timeless event for us as well. We can't wait for our vow renewal one day. Meanwhile, we will cherish the memories of our son's first birthday, for which we keep receiving compliments from our guests as the best birthday party EVER!

If you haven't had the chance to work with Tamara Nicole then you are 100% missing out! Wedding days and events in general are incredibly daunting to tackle. Keeping it unique and genuine to you are also intimidating tasks. Tamara, however, thinks of it all. We have worked with her on the catering side a handful of times now and we are over the moon about everything she brings to the table. She is incredibly organized, so well versed in what she does, and unbelievably creative. Beyond the accountability side, Tamara is worth every penny invested. We have seen Tamara work with couples for weddings and then in turn help them their baby shower down the road. Her warm and welcoming personality creates a comfortable planning process - and that is something every Bride and Groom needs. She invests in her couples and it doesn't go unnoticed. We as a team are always to excited when we hear that one of our couples has booked Tamara Nicole for coordinating and design. Where to even begin?! Words can't express how thankful and appreciative we are that Tamara and Nicole came into our lives. Where do I even begin! Tamara and her team are amazing. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her for a full year planning our beautiful wedding. First off, Tamara is so sweet and truly cares about her clients! She connected us with the best vendors in the Seattle area to where I was not worried about a single aspect of the wedding. We are also a couple from out of town and Tamara went above and beyond to make sure all of our DIY projects were completed and was the eyes and ears on the ground. Tamara consistently checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we had any stressors she could help with. She always looked out for our best interest, was creative, advocated for us with our vendors, and made sure to personalize her approach to our style and needs. Her confidence in what she does is unmatched and made any stressor go away. Then after meeting over coffee and a treat, I knew she was the perfect fit! Tamara helped me to plan my wedding starting about 10-11 months beforehand. She provided excellent recommendations for venues and vendors and helped us to book all of it. When I thought that my dream venue was completely out of my league, she convinced me otherwise and made it work. When I was freaking out the week before the wedding that everything wouldn't be done in time, she was there to assure me that she would make sure that everything would turn out great, and it did! She recommended a lot of little details that never even occurred to me and ended up making the night more special. There is no way I would have stayed on track without her, and I am so glad that I had her to advise me along the way. Tamara and her sister Claire who also works with the company coordinated on the wedding day, and I am so happy to say that it went off without a hitch! When my floral headpiece turned up smaller than I wanted, she said no problem, took care of it with the florist, and came back later with a magically fixed piece. It was a small-medium size wedding of only about 70, but there were a lot of decorations to set up as well as vendors and activities to manage. She managed to flip the entire room during cocktail hour in what seemed like nearly no time at all. And the room was GORGEOUS! I am truly so grateful for every little detail that Tamara perfected for us. It was a really magical night, and I have no idea how we would have planned it or pulled it off without her.

She managed every single detail and timeline to perfection and if anything did go wrong we still have no idea!! It was bittersweet having the wedding over because of Tamara being so incredible, she made me as a bride feel so special, from making my appointments to always answering my endless emails and texts she never once left me feeling uneasy or unsure that the day wouldn’t be perfect. Tamara and her team are Simply amazing. I cannot begin to describe the professionalism, dedication and exceptional service I received from her while planning my wedding. I worked with Tamara for one and half years leading up to my wedding and she was such a dream to work with. I picked her mostly for her design skills (which seemed similar to my taste) and because I have no creativity at all wanted someone who really would take charge in this area so I didn't have to think about it. What she put together was the most amazing decor I have seen at any wedding ever. Not only was she so great with decor we ended up going with her for flowers and they were incredibly beautiful and well done. She knew exactly the style I wanted and I never once had to question any of her decisions or suggestions (and I am picky!) She really went above and beyond. She also was very diligent and on top of things from responding to my emails, to being extremely organized with her to do lists, to suggesting exceptional vendors for me to pick. My wedding was just over a month ago and I am still getting comments from almost all of my guests that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've been to and I have no doubt that this was all due to Tamara and her team of professionals.

Tamara and Claire were amazing! They were so encouraging and supportive through the whole experience. I am not good at planning or coming up with awesome ideas and making them happen. The entire prospect just sounded exhausting to me and Pinterest was overwhelming! But they continually reassured me that everything would work out even when I wondered how on earth it would happen. They did so much. I only ever talked to my florist once and they just coordinated everything with them, including the delivery and setup! They coordinated rentals of decor that I never had to be involved with, and answered every single silly question and freak out I had. On the day of, I didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of absolutely everything. Even beyond that, Tamara helped come up with beautiful decor ideas I never would have thought about(and helped implement them). My wedding was far more lovely and relaxed than it would have been if we hasn't hired them. We loved working them and will be recommending them to everyone we can! Hiring a wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made through the wedding planning process! Working with Tamara and Claire was an incredible voyage into two creative and organized minds! For our August 2017 wedding, Tamara and Claire worked on design and then Claire took the reigns for coordination in the time before and during the wedding. What capable hands we were in: Tamara was able to seamlessly translate my garbled Pinterest collection into a streamlined design for our wedding, and Claire was able to keep everything running without a hitch. The design was beautiful, and reflected my husband’s and my personalities without breaking the bank; guests commented on how lovely our tables were. My husband and I felt calm and happy putting our trust in Claire on the day of, and had a blast at our own wedding instead of fretting about logistical details! Not only did Tamara and Claire think of details we didn’t even know we had forgotten, but they also were great at working with all of our vendors. We had most of our vendor team established when we hired SBTN, but we still got great recommendations for those last few professionals, and Tamara and Claire even scored us some helpful discounts. When it came to coordinating the vendor team and keeping everybody in a communication loop, these ladies were top-notch. While I don’t wish to slander other planners, my MOH got married in the Bay Area soon after I did and her planner couldn’t hold a candle to Tamara and Claire. I kept saying, “well, *Claire* would have…” which I don’t think was very appreciated by my friend. (Sorry/not sorry.) Anyway--professional, warm, fun, and with talent by the bucketloads, SBTN gets my full endorsement for all future weddings! Love those ladies.

After months of research, we decided to hire Simply By Tamara Nicole based on their high ratings, expertise, friendliness and responsiveness, and fair pricing. We were also looking for someone who had experience working at our venue (Woodmark Hotel) AND could help us execute our vision for a half American-half Indian wedding. We hired SBTN for month-of coordination, but throughout the months leading up to that point, SBTN was extremely responsive and helpful - they gave us advice, guidance, helped us with our vision and contracts - they even allowed us to purchase our rentals through them so that we could get their vendor discount, which made a HUGE difference monetarily! Our month-of coordination was Nicole, and SHE. WAS. AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She executed our wedding so flawlessly (and I am a bit type-A, so that's a big compliment) - we are still getting compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding they ever attended! And it was a challenging wedding to execute, given that it had an Indian ceremony (including baraat) and an American ceremony, with A TON of moving parts. Nicole and Tamara Nicole were so sweet and amazing to work with. I'd recommend them highly and without hesitation. If we could do it all over again, there is no question that SBTN would be the first vendor we'd book again so that we'd know our wedding would be flawless. THANK YOU SBTN!!!

It was so amazing to work with Tamara throughout my wedding planning process. We were planning a wedding in 6 months after moving to Seattle from New York City and knew we would need help. We were referred to Tamara by a family member and could not have been more grateful. Tamara was attentive from the beginning to end, providing much insight on all different scope of vendors from venue selection, photographers, floral, entertainment, dress boutiques, cakes/desserts and many more! What I like about Tamara is that she tries to put your vision to real life, and not just have it about her own vision.
