began thinking that this (my daughter's wedding) had very different moving pieces than the large events I routinely planned- the largest piece of which was my desire to actually enjoy as her mother- to experience her day with her. Additionally, there was the fact that I knew nothing of timelines, first looks, hair and make-up run through's (the list goes on and on) ... I had just started looking into "how to do" all of the things above and was beginning to realize that even if I knew "how" to do these things I would be sacrificing the most important thing I wanted which was to enjoy the day as her mother. The very same week, my daughter reached out and shared that she had reached out to Simply Charmed Events and was scheduling a phone call with Tatiana. Within minutes on the call, we knew that she was the missing piece and well worth the investment. While we only booked her to coordinate the "day of" her support began weeks out as she gradually took point on vendor coordination finalizing the last-minute details to ensure a smooth day. A week out from the wedding I have to say that it was hands-down the best money this mother of the bride spent! If anything didn't go as planned we didn't know it! Everyone who has spoken to us in the last week has said how much fun it was to see how relaxed we seemed at the wedding and the only thing I can say is that it was Tatiana Kekuna and the team from Simply Charmed that allowed us to be that way!

In the month leading up to the wedding, she took care of making sure all of our vendors knew what the plan was--I didn't have to do anything, everything just fell into place (from my point of view at least). Our actual wedding day, Tatiana and her assistant were on top of every little detail. We had a lot of moving parts, from a complicated processional to flipping a room into a quiet space for kids to nobody really knowing if they were going to give a speech or not. I didn't have to worry about a single thing all night, and neither did anyone in my family. My mom especially has told me at least 20 times in the 5 days since we got married that Tatiana is worth her weight in gold. She took care of all of the set up and breakdown of our decor, put the gifts in my brother in law's car, and made sure that my new husband and I got a full plate of food before anyone else could distract us. If you're doing all of your planning but want to have a stress-free wedding day, 100% hire Simply Charmed Weddings!

She was indispensable on our wedding day – she showed up early and stayed until the last minute, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t need anything throughout the night. From searching for and finding our misplaced cake topper, to moving flower arrangements, to bringing us drinks, to herding our guests and keeping our timeline on track, Tatiana was in the background making sure the whole day was flawless. She was very professional, easy to work with, quick to respond to emails/texts, and was so helpful orchestrating plans with our numerous other vendors. From coordinating between all of my vendors in the weeks before the wedding, to the rehearsal the night before, and most importantly my entire wedding day, Tatiana took care of literally everything for me so that I was actually able to relax and enjoy my experience as a bride (which is really hard to do with such a busy, hectic day). She kept the day running smoothly and on schedule, all while making sure my husband and I were enjoying ourselves and not stressing about a thing! Even my husband, who was skeptical about why we needed a coordinator in the first place, admitted that we would have never made it through our wedding day and enjoyed ourselves as much as we did if Tatiana had not be there.
