Simply Cinema

I was extremely disappointed in this vendor. The day of felt super awkward. Neither me, my husband, or my dad knew that they would be putting microphones in their jackets to capture dialogue. Not only was this awkward but the battery pack for the mic that was in my husband's pocket is visible in the pictures. They also didn't end up using any of the recordings (probably because they either "glitched out" or the dialogue was just weird). Also, and this is the biggest issue, they had ZERO footage of my parents walking down the aisle, or ME (THE BRIDE) walking down the aisle. This is one of the most important shots of a wedding and they dropped the ball big time. I thought the videos we got looked very amateur. Like they just put the tripod down and hit record. They didn't zoom in, zoom out, pan the landscape. The camera sat completely still in each shot and the result was that none of the beauty and magic of our day was captured. It was cold and boring. The angles they filmed from were terrible. At one point it looked like they were just filming one of my bridesmaids backs. The footage went in and out of focus. Even during our first dance they didn't get any full coverage of me and my husband. It was zoomed in the whole time so anytime my husband spun me, I was out of the shot. There was no dancing footage that included our legs or my full dress. Overall I think this vendor was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Simply cinema was absolutely fantastic! They were professional and great the day of the wedding. We cannot wait to see the video!

We had the most amazing experience with Simply Cinema! Their videographers are wonderful and were so much fun to work with. Our videos completely exceeded my expectations and were so incredible!!! Even the music they chose was so perfect. They really captured so many of my favorite moments. Taryn and her staff are so easy to work with, and make the process so enjoyable. I am very thankful that I chose to hire them for my videography. They are hands down the best in AZ!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Simply Cinema and their prices were great for what you get! There were 2 videographers that came to film our wedding last November and they were both very professional and nice to work with! We filled out a questionnaire prior to the wedding regarding what we were looking for and what we wanted included in the highlight film and it turned out even better than we could have imagined! They did such a great job with the editing and really captured our day beautifully. We got our highlight video and documentary edits about 5 months after the wedding and it was well worth the wait! Taryn was also a pleasure to work with in coordinating everything. She was always quick to respond to any questions that I had and made the whole process run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Simply Cinema for wedding videography to anyone looking for great work at a great price!

The team of videographers were so kind, and we are thrilled to get our footage back! We were lucky enough to get a few still shots from our videographer by the time we woke up the next morning! With everything she captured in those shots, I am confident our video will be just as beautiful! Thank you Taryn for being so helpful and taking the time to explain everything to me. They use an easy portal for brides to login and see your balance, make a payment, answer a questionnaire or reach out to Serendipity Cinematography! Super user-friendly and organized.
