Simply Delish

We were told to use a famous cupcake maker in Murphys that was on cupcake wars but when I called during the pandemic to get my wedding cake and cupcakes they asked me if I had a caterer and when I told them that my venue Copper Valleys Vine 18 chef provided the chef and the meals they pretty much hung up on me and said they don’t just do the cakes only ! I figured maybe someone was having a bad day so I tried calling that bakery back and I got the same story from another person so I went down the list of the preferred vendors and decided to go have a taste off! Since I don’t eat flour and sugar I took my matron of honor and my husband in to do the tasting. After tasting a few different flavors at various venues we all decided that the visual and taste combination at simply delicious was unbeatable! I think if she would’ve been on cake wars she would have beaten the joint in Murphys. We were able to buy our own cupcake stands and the florist was able to work with her to put fresh flowers on our cake and decorate the cupcake stand area and we had a variety of seven flavors and they delivered them and set them all up in a beautiful design at the cake table ! I never even had to interact with the cake at all that day but everyone raved about it. When people ask me why I didn’t eat any wedding cake I told them because my first two marriages involved my favorite which is carrot cake. I ate so much first two that I had an allergic reaction in my butt swelled up too big to eat it anymore;) everyone voted lemon was best flavor. Try it yourself

Working with Vonnie was positively the easiest choice we made for our wedding vendors, as I had previously ordered a custom carrot cake from Simply Delish that lived up to the namesake. When we walked through a variety of flavor options for our wedding cake on a quick call, I knew that the resulting product would be more than palatable for all of our wedding guests without even doing any tastings. With some inspiration and basic input from us, Vonnie was able to deliver a marvelous final product and set up right when we needed it for the reception!

Vonnie was amazing! I needed cupcakes and topper cake last minute and she was on it! The cupcakes were gorgeous and tasted fantastic!

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding and they were amazing! The Death by Chocolate and Toffee were a crowd favorite. We made sure to order a couple extras so that my husband and I had a few to take home after!
