The unlimited email communication was SUCH a lifesaver for me as I had a few questions while i was booking certain vendors. site used was a game changer for planning and organizing all layouts, timelines, decor ideas, etc. Each phone call was super helpful laying out all my ideas and hearing feedback for the questions I had. Day of the wedding was very stress free, having someone set up, communicate with other vendors, be a second eye for anything that could be wrong and even to cleaning up decor and packing it away! That is something that I didn’t even think about and in the end was the best thing we had!! We were able to enjoy our day smoothly and happily knowing Simply Elegant Affairs was going to make the day great, and having someone we trust to make the visions come to life!!

You will thank yourself later. Kirstens attention to detail is second to none. Her instagram speaks for itself how she has such an eye for the intriquite details that you don't even realize you need until your algorithm tells you the week before (i spent way too long on tiktok and instagram researching if you can't tell). My decor/design was extremely simple. Kirsten was able to speak to how everything would present itself when my vision was brought to life to make sure I covered every space and had enough. She knows Rosewood like the back of her hand & tied up my loose ends to make sure every space was covered. She can truly make your vision come to light, making kind, patient suggestions and taking the feedback to pivot if it isn't your vibe! Come the day of my seating chart was very plain. Kirsten and her assitant FORAGED in the woods to grab greenery because they thought it would look pretty(spoiler alert, it did!). Name a duo more iconic and thoughtful. They also threw some blooms onto our cake to make it pop. We couldn't have loved the set up more. It is not talked about enough how expensive things can be. Kirsten helped me repurpose items into various spaces and at the end of the night packed everything better than I sent it down. I did not have a bunch of excessively wasted items because she knew how decor can function in various spaces. Her checklist/platform she uses for planning is so detailed and not only keeps you in line, but makes you feel rewarded as the percentage complete goes up. The planning calls will leave you breathing a sigh of relief because she is thorough and answers all questions. We are beyond grateful for Kirsten & her assistant Carley and everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, they were organized, attentive, and always one step ahead. They listened to our vision, offered creative ideas, and handled every detail with such professionalism and care. On the wedding day, we were able to be fully present because we knew everything was in their hands. How many brides can say they felt no stress on the say of? We spent the day smiling ear to ear (or crying happy tears). The timeline ran flawlessly, every vendor was coordinated seamlessly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were relaxed and enjoying ourselves. Our photobooth stopped working briefly and Kirsten approached me calmly with a plan. She handled it gracefully & I had a smile on my face & not a care in the world because I knew she would fix it. She sent her assistant to get a polaroid so we would have photos to use for the guest book. Thanks to Kirsten, our wedding was even more beautiful and meaningful than we imagined. Simply Elegant Affair. From the moment I inquired about Kirstens services she was responsive, informative and friendly. I chose to go with full planning service as I currently work straight nightshift, and it was so worth it!!! From our first meeting to the actual day the entire process was so smooth. We only had one bump in the road over the year+ that I worked with her and the moment I called her to tell her what happened she was ON IT. The problem was fixed within 2 hours. Working at night was no issue for us in regard to meetings, walk throughs, etc. as her schedule is very accommodating. Anytime I needed a question answered or advice on something she was available. Even on the big day she made sure to keep checking on me throughout to make sure I was ok. Her assistants were also phenomenal! Now our wedding is over I truly feel like I lost a friend because of how much we got to know each other in such short time. They set up and tore down our wedding and made sure everything went smoothly and on time. We were always right on schedule the whole day (and we even had an off site ceremony). Kirsten has relationships with most vendors in the area and has connections to help with every and any tasks or rental. It is absolutely worth having a coordinator to help with all your wedding festivities and Simply Elegant Affairs was the best.

She was so tactful in her level of involvement in our planning process, always giving us space to make decisions while offering her professional guidance. When faced with decisions, she would offer multiple options and lay out the pro/cons of each and tell us what has worked/not worked in her experience. Kirsten’s vision and design made our wedding a show-stopper. She listened carefully to key design elements and moods that we had in mind and then brought these ideas to life through a mood board detailing everything from florals to linens to rentals we would need to bring it to life. From there, she coordinated closely with our florist and various other vendors to bring this vision to life. We couldn’t have pulled even a fraction of this level of coordination and execution off without her! Finally, Kirsten was a breeze to work with and was always readily available. She was always responsive and receptive to questions or requests that we had providing a response typically within minutes. It was supposed to rain, but she made sure to make us feel at ease that we have a plan. (It never rained!!) She and her team put in so much detail and effort into our day. Even when I made a little mishap on our seating chart, she didn’t even let me see her sweat (if she even did, she’s just that awesome at what she does!!).
