This bridal shop was amazing to work with! I went with my best friend to look around and ended up finding a sample gown that I fell in love with. The shipped my dress to me in NH in a timely manner and were so great to work and communicate with!

Amber was so helpful in finding my dress for my fiancé’s and my wedding! She was so sweet, and professional. I look forward to wearing the dress, and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there!

Okay, first off, don't listen to the nay sayers in this review thread, they evidently don't have taste, I said it✌🏻 Okay, let's get to it, you are in the parking lot, the place is gorgeous, it over looks a beautiful waterfront. you walk in, you're greeted by full smiles and readiness. If you made an appointment they get right to you. Now, they're going to sit you down and tell you to tell them about your dream wedding(my experience) You tell them, they're ear to ear with smiles, they're all about you, you tell them what you like, what you don't like and so on. My lady's name was Amber or was it Sarah?(If you're reading this chicka, I am so sorry, i suck at names) This chick was AMAZING! She went and got me about three dresses at first, out of those three I liked one, so she went and got about three more. I liked one out of those three so what she did was take the first one I liked and got me to put it on to compare with the new one i liked. this went on until I found my wedding dress. THEN she put on my music(Those aren't tears, I have something in my eye) PRETEND to be my dad and we mocked walked down the isle with my dress and MY SONG. I swear to GOD I had NO CLUE how MAGICAL that day would be. Oh and then, she grabbed a vale, I was like, "No, I don't want a vale." I think her name was Sarah, she said, Okay but humor me. So I did ....Stop the track.... My World was complete, she paired my dress with the most amazing vale. Y'all, Imma be a Queen on my day thanks to them💕💕💕

I’ve tried on dresses here twice and I can’t believe anyone would work at this establishment or end up buying their dress here! The owner is an absolute witch and if you mention any type of budget or competitors dresses they have a way have making you feel low and unwelcome. I’ve never been treated so rudely before in any establishment. Terrible vibes and terrible service.

Simply Elegant was my first experience with dress shopping, so I hoped it would be a special one. This day went from exciting to upsetting very fast, thanks to my bridal consultant. She informed me that "every bride picks a dress at the first store they go to" so I should not hesitate, I should make a decision that day. If they were so confident in their gowns, they would not pressure their customers into purchasing right away. In fact, they would encourage them to explore other options, because if they are the best the customer would come back. The lady I had was as rude as could be, the second she realized I was not going to say "yes" that day, she became rude and hostile. Because of her attitude, I decided not to return to that store.

The best I have walked into! A family owned business! I'm the type of girl that need to try everything on before I decided I like it, well it was the third dress they had took out, and it was under my budget, when I laid eyes on that dress I knew it was the one without trying it on! Once I tried it on it looked even better and I feel in love more and more everytime I went to get a fitting. Deb and her amazing staff were so helpful and knew what they were talking about! They also sell prom dresses and they just opened up a bridal shop in Pensacola! Amazing people and a must go check it out even if you think you found your dress! Thanks again Deb and the fam! Very friendly until something goes wrong, like their seamstress renders the dress unfit to wear. They refused to help in any way. Not only was I stuck with a dress that didn't fit I had to buy another one days before the wedding. They hung up on me when I tried to work something out with them. Very disappointing!!

They helped me find my dream wedding dress while on vacation! My cousin took me into the shop and we found my dress - it was perfect except I wanted buttons not the corset back. They took the corset out and replaced with buttons and then shipped to me in West Virginia! Painless process and super friendly staff!

Simply elegant was wonderful! They treat you like family and know who you are when you walk back through the door several months after purchasing your dress! I'm VERY simple, so I was worried about finding a dress to fit my taste. It was the FIRST dress I looked at when I went that day. I tried on LOTS, but they knew and I knew I was going with the first one I found. They do have very elaborate and beautiful dresses as well, but that's just not me. I was able to complete my dress shopping in one day and within an hour or two thanks to the collection they had to offer!

Simply Elegant had the best selection of dresses and the nicest people to help. I had the best experiences every time I went there to get my dress altered and fitted. I loved my dress and was so happy I found it at Simply Elegant Bridal. I would recommend every bride to go there for their dress.

This was the most BEAUTIFUL bridal shop ever! I have been to a few other local bridal shops and was not impressed until I came to Simply Elegant Bridal! The gowns blew me away! I could not have asked for a better wedding gown! Everybody that worked there was so sweet and so professional! I also found my bridesmaid dresses here and they were GORGEOUS! THANK YOU EVERYONE SO MUCH!!!

Finding the perfect dress was on the top of my priority list for my wedding. I’ve dreamed of the perfect white dress since I was a little girl….my style has changed from the princess ball gown of childhood fantasies, but the excitement of “The Dress” was still there. I spent hours looking at countless dresses on the internet before I contacted my favorite local bridal salon, Simply Elegant. Debbie & Bob West, the owners have outfitted me for every special occasion in my life. Their bridal salon and inventory of dresses will take your breath away and the staff is so wonderful and professional. Not to mention that they carry lines and designers that won’t break the bank and look much more expensive than the price tag on them. They didn’t have the dress I my heart set on that I had found online. So they went out of their way to get the sample in so I could try it. It was perfect, everything I had hoped for and more! I wore the “Billy” from Maggie Sottero for the Sottero & Midgley line. My husband’s eyes lit up when he saw me & he told me that he didn’t know they made wedding dresses that beautiful and sexy too! His expression was above and beyond what I had hoped for. Debbie & Bob and the rest of the team at Simply Elegant made me feel like the most elegant, beautiful bride on my wedding day! Best of all my dress came in under budget and was a big WOW to my husband! Trust Simply Elegant for any of your bridal needs!!!!

They were very helpful, as I came in a million times to try on dresses, pick out bridesmaid dresses, do tuxes, and get my dress altered. They are very friendly and have a large selection that varies by price.

From my first visit I knew Simply Elegant was the most perfect Bridal Shoppe! My consultant Emily was a doll. She listened to exactly what gown I was looking for, pulled some gems, and helped me find “the dress” on my first visit. Deb, the owner, floated about her shop handing out compliments and smiles- making each girl feel like a princess. Every visit thereafter, for fittings, was just as pleasant. The seamstress has years of experience and certainly can work some magic. When I visited the shop for the last time to pick up my dress for the big day it was bittersweet- Deb gave me a hug, a bottle of champagne, and the most perfect gown from the most perfect shop! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Simply Elegant was- in fact, the shop was so was perfect I ordered all of our bridesmaids dress here too.

Pros - I worked with an amazing consultant (Jessica Shelton) and she made up for the problems I had overall. She helped with finding the perfect dress and catered to my needs. Loved her! Cons - The vibe from the 2 snobby consultants didn't set well with me. They failed to call me back when my dress was ready. Seemed to always be so busy they couldn't give 100% customer service.

Simply Elegant made my shopping for dresses very easy. I purchased my wedding dress, the bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and junior bridesmaid dress all from Simply Elegant. All dresses came by the time that I was told. The alterations for my dress were phenomenal ...my dress fit me like a glove!
