the hors doeuvre - I had what they could bring to my room, but did not taste the station food, but happy with the quality overall. We had a double entree (beef and salmon) for the seated dinner. Salmon was perfect, but beef seemed to be different from the one we had at our tasting... my husband and I both had the same reaction as soon as we received the entree. Service was fine overall.

Our guests are still raving about the food almost six months later. Nancy will also help you coordinate any rentals and other vendors you may need. Our tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, linens, flowers, cake, and lighting all came from her recommended vendors and each of them were just as fabulous as Simply Elegant. Nancy truly cares about her clients and makes sure they aren’t getting taken advantage of by a vendor or using someone she knows isn’t good. What a comforting feeling knowing that these important details are booked with tried-and-true vendors as well! e wedding day. It was drizzling right before the ceremony, and they were very flexible with us as we made our decisions about whether to move inside. We ended up waiting 15 min to start the ceremony and were able to have it in the back garden as planned since the rain had stopped.

cision to get married! :) The food selection was extensive and they really honored our requests to put a Caribbean spin on our menu. I loved the fact that we didn't have typical wedding food, especially because I absolutely despise chicken breast! Our main course was a duo of crab cake and beef kabob with yellow confetti rice and it was scrumptious! The hors d'ourves were delicious as well, especially the passed lamb chops and the crab dip! We still talk about the crab dip to this day! They even allowed us to bring in our own authentic Jamaicancocktail beef patties and Jamaican wedding cake from outside sources. Janet was the rep that we worked with and she really got the job done! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because, we were not given a "picnic" basket of leftovers as requested. We were only given some crab dip and a few pita squares ; ( Overall, a wonderful experience that our guests still rave about!
