She also dealt with all of the vendors to ensure that all deliveries and preparations were in order. My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day because we knew we were in good hands! ur wedding party (trust me, that is no easy feat). She came to our rehearsal and got everyone on the same page. She and her team arrived early on the wedding day and just made everything run seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She packed everything up at the end of the night. I can't imagine my wedding day without Cheyenne and would hire her for any event. I talked to a few coordinators when I was looking for someone and I felt like Cheyenne was offering a variety of topnotch services at a super reasonable price. She made me feel like my day/needs were special, but that she had seen everything before. Other coordinators made it feel like my day would be cookie cutter and would just be needed for a short time. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Cheyenne. Hire her, you will not regret it.

Cheyenne Lespinas has over 9 years of experience in event planning and has executed over 100 corporate events, inclusive of experiential marketing and promotional events. Over the course of Cheyenne’s career, she has produced events for Fortune 500 clients such as Spin Master and Starbucks. Cheyenne’s passion for event planning began very early on when she would plan and execute staple milestone events such as baby showers, weddings, and family reunions for her close friends and family members. From there, her desire to do more and build her passion into a business blossomed.
