We also had to pull out of contracts or negotiations with several vendors. When we got in touch with SGE, we were pretty desperate and stressed out and felt very worried that the wedding was just not going to come together. Simply Golden saved us! They got us back on track, supported us in our desire for a vaccinated wedding, and made us feel listened to and understood. No detail was too small to discuss and we always felt heard and comforted during our meetings. The day-of execution was flawless. We would recommend Simply Golden to everyone! They are wonderful.

When the shuttles we needed to get our guests from downtown Nashville to our venue were canceled two days before, they figured out a solution so quickly it was like nothing ever went wrong. I have no idea what we would have done without them. Would 100% recommend Simply Golden if you're getting married in the Nashville area, especially if you don't actually live there.

d heard that most day of coordinators only get involved at the last minute, but Simply Golden had multiple meetings with us including an in person visit to the venue. I also felt that their pricing was a lot more reasonable for the services they offered in comparison to some of the other planners we contacted. They drafted a timeline based on the preferences we communicated and kept us organized with a checklist of all of the items we had discussed bringing for the wedding (cake stands, favors, masks, etc)... which helped us realize that we had left a few items at home! Thanks to the checklist, we realized in time to have someone bring us our cake stand in time for the reception. I really appreciated their attention to detail, from helping to pin the boutonnieres to having our florist arrange our flowers to reuse them for the ceremony and the reception. Both of them stayed throughout the entire wedding and even ran back to the bridal suite at the end of the night just to double check that everything was packed up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a day of or month of coordinator, and I'm sure they would also be excellent for larger weddings requiring more planning as well.

Our wedding went off flawlessly and ON TIME. We did the month of coordinating package. Planning with Keiana and Hailey was so easy. You tell them something once and they've got it handled. They remember every detail. They are so great about answering all of your questions. Even when you ask the same question multiple times because you forgot the answer :) You will not find a better team to coordinate your wedding. We also hired a few of our other vendors based off their recommendations. I highly recommend doing that as well. All of our vendors were great and it makes a difference when they've worked together before. I can not recommend them enough to help you plan your wedding!

this was probably the best service we could have budgeted for. Keiana + Hailey were the absolute perfect fit for our big day! Originally, we had planned on getting married with a ceremony and reception on 06.07.2020 in Brentwood, but due to COVID, we had to push back our reception. Hailey + Keiana were there through all of our crazy questions and concerns. Dealing with wedding postponements and everything during COVID was new to everyone, but Hailey and Keiana handled it like champs and were quick to figure out solutions. They were kind enough to let us reschedule without any extra costs. The reception got moved to one year out, 06.06.2021, and let me say - Hailey was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL as a day-of coordinator (Keiana was attending another wedding the same day, but she's still great)!! Hailey was even kind enough to meet up with us at the venue a few weeks prior to the event to do a walk through as to where everything was going to be placed. She had a very detailed timeline (which I loved), and she made sure everyone stuck to the timeline and that everything happened exactly on time. She helped set tables and direct vendors to where they needed to be. She made sure everyone was fed and that my husband and I had our drinks filled all night long. Overall, I highly recommend Simply Golden Events. They were definitely a highlight of our big day, and we can't thank them enough for how wonderful they were!!

Funny thing is, that is exactly what happened on my wedding day. It poured down rain all day and all night with just a few short breaks for pictures, thankfully! I can sometimes be anxious and a perfectionist and she was there every step of the way to help things go the way we wanted it to. She showed up bright and early to help set everything up and stayed until everything was packed up that night. She even ran to the store in the middle of it all to get cake plates-when we realized it was the one thing that had slipped our minds. My only only regret was not having her by my side throughout the whole process of planning my wedding. I know if I had, It would have saved me from a lot of stressful days and sleepless nights! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone planning a wedding right now! Not only will she be there for you for whatever you need, but I know she will be able to make your dreams come true while also helping you save money in the process!
