Hiring Simply Golden was the best money we invested in our wedding, hands down. Keiana and Hailey are an absolute powerhouse of a team and throughout the planning process they were responsive, positive, professional and organized. SGE is highly regarded by vendors and venues in Nashville, which significantly reduced the stress on us as a couple - every vendor knew they could count on our planners, not us, for direction and details every step of the way. If you’re working with a venue that requires rentals, catering, florals, etc to be brought in, I recommend the partial planning package. The real magic of Simply Golden is the work they do behind the scenes at every step that as a couple you don’t even realize and can’t fully appreciate until your day is flawlessly executed. One month out from our wedding until the day of, SGE handled every single detail from a perfect timeline, to organizing load in and load out for vendors, to coordinating meals for the staff onsite. They even ensured that the hotels for our guests were aware of the transportation schedule so that everyone arrived on time. Planning a wedding can be stressful and intense even for an organized bride, but working with Simply Golden was a breath of fresh air that allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding. On our wedding day, Keiana and Hailey and their whole team kept every single vendor on time and the day flowed seamlessly. Multiple members of our wedding party commented that it was the most enjoyable and well executed schedule they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. As the bride, I was able to be fully present in enjoying the day and the wedding because Simply Golden took care of the rest. I wasn’t bothered with a single question or detail, they handled it all. I could barely utter the words “I think I need….” and Hailey or Keiana popped up with exactly what I needed in that moment - be it a snack, a shout wipe, or an espresso martini. I can confidently say there is not one thing we regret or would’ve changed about our wedding day because Simply Golden flawlessly executed and exceeded out vision. I almost wish we could get married again so we could hire the Simply Golden team all over. OUTSTANDING!

Keiana and the SGE team made our wedding a completely joyous occasion for myself, my groom, and all of our family and friends. Their amazing organization, communication and attention detail enabled me to relax in the weeks leading up to, and especially the day of the wedding, and that is the biggest gift anyone could’ve given me for my wedding day. Keiana and the SGE team have the absolute best attitude for what is arguably one of the most stressful, pressure-filled jobs. Every one of my family members or friends who met them at the wedding shared many compliments as well. They did an outstanding job keeping all the moving parts running so smoothly and completely exceeded my expectations.

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Simply Golden Events. We live in Southern California and planned a destination Nashville wedding. I can’t imagine having done that without the amazing SGE team. We did the Partial Planning package and truly it was the best investment we made of the whole wedding. From the start, I knew one of my absolute top priorities was enjoying my own wedding day with my husband and not being “in charge” of anything or stressed about details. They delivered above and beyond on this one. I was and remain still, truly in awe of how they handle a wedding day. The timeline was perfect and executed exactly on the day of (with me doing zero directing or worrying about what time it was and who was where). I trusted them with every detail and am so glad that I did. They created my absolute dream reception space. I felt 100% comfortable letting go and trusting their expertise and ability to see and execute my vision. Keiana and Hailey combine being detail oriented experts at what they do with being simply amazing humans. They made us laugh in planning meetings when we were feeing overwhelmed. They constantly assured us that they had things covered and we did not need to worry. It’s a rare thing to combine expertise in a field with open, kind, and caring hearts - but Keiana and Hailey have just that combination. I can honestly say they best thing I did in this wedding planning process was investing in and choosing them for our wedding.

Simply the best!! Keiana & Hailey were super responsive, kind, professional, organized and amazing to work with. From the first Zoom call for month of planning until the day of the wedding, we felt calm knowing they had everything under control. They asked questions we didn't know needed to be answered and on a timeline that helped us feel prepared for anything that might arise. Hiring these ladies is a decision you will NOT regret!!

These girls are AMAZING! I don't even know where to begin with how much we loved working with them and how helpful they were along the way! I used them for the month of coordination and it was the BEST money I have ever spent! They are knowledgable from top to bottom of all things weddings and how to make your day smooth! Even more than that, they are the sweetest girls to work alongside and will add nothing but calm and joy to your day! Could not recommend Simply Golden Events more!!!

I am SO glad we got to work with Simply Golden for our wedding! Their organization was so helpful in the chaos of wedding planning, and they were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day knowing Keiana, Hailey, and their team had everything under control. We added their decor collection to our package too, and I’m so glad we did, because it was great not to have to track down all of those one-time-use items like candlesticks and signage. Cannot recommend Simply Golden enough!!!

My husband and I got married on August 12th in Nashville and used Simply Golden for our Month of Coordinators! We did their “plus” package that included the use of their extensive decor list, and boy let me tell you that saved us so much time!! We still had a few of our own decor pieces, but to have them bring all of the dinner table stuff was a huge life savor! We absolutely adore Hailey and Keiana. They were so fun to work with and SO organized! Come day of, I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding, because they handled everything! I’m sure there were hiccups in the night, but I genuinely had no idea because they handled everything perfectly and with grace, all while making sure my husband and I were well fed and having fun throughout the night. Seriously look no further if you need a team that you will enjoy working with and a team you can trust to get shit done. We joke that we want to have our wedding again next year because that’s how amazing it was!! Thank you SGE for the best day ever! 🫶

Both Hailey & Keiana were great! It was awesome having two coordinators so everything could be set up and executed with ease. If anything went wrong, I was completely unaware of it! I mean, I had zero stress throughout the day. We also utilized their rental supply of decor items, which was extremely helpful and made the space come together perfectly.

I would highly recommend choosing Simply Golden! I went with the month of option and it was perfect for us! Keiana and Hailey were absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered all small and random questions throughout the planning process (even prior to the month of). They were incredibly helpful in finding the right vendors for us. On the day of the whole team was incredibly helpful! They were so kind and organized. From my limited descriptions and a few pictures of what I wanted they were able to make the decorations and the whole day perfect! People throughout the day and after continued to tell me how great Simply Golden did. I also appreciated how well they kept the day on track and on schedule. I could not recommend them more!

I honestly do not know how we would have survived wedding planning season and our wedding day without Keiana and Simply Golden! We got the Month of Coordination+ package but they were so willing to answer our questions before the month of too which was a huge blessing. Leading up to the wedding they created our layout, provided lists of everything we needed to do/bring, checked that we booked all of our vendors, and so much more. And the month of work that Keiana did was so incredible (we didn't have to talk to a single vendor within the few weeks leading up to our wedding!!). It is impossible to express how much Keiana did on the actual wedding day, but she made sure the venue looked stunning, made sure everyone was in the right places at the right time, and made sure we always had exactly what we needed. Our favorite part of our experience with Simply Golden was how much Keiana actually cared about us and what was important to us on our wedding day. We are so grateful to have found someone who is not only incredibly talented but also such a kindhearted person. We cannot recommend enough!

The ladies at Simply Golden were absolutely incredible to work with leading up to my wedding and throughout the big day! They're extremely organized, detail-oriented, and professional. Working with Keiana, Hailey, and Delaney was amazing for my April 1st wedding. From the moment we chatted initially they were so on top of it, prepared and professional. There were a few wrenches thrown in my plans and these three women handled everything beautifully. Wedding planning is stressful, and the amount of setting up on the day of had everyone a bit flustered but when I tell you seeing the result was beyond everything we had dreamed of, I mean it! Keiana and Hailey were a DREAM to work with! I asked one million questions, sent countless texts, and changed my mind about a handful of things and they were so incredibly helpful. The day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing and they executed every detail to perfection!

They put together a timeline and worked with our other vendors to make it such a smooths ay. We opted for the day of coordination plus and they provided such beautiful decor. During the day they kept us on track, kept our guests in line, and made sure I kept drinking water. Even our guests commented on how together and on top of everything they were. My husband and I were actually friends with Keiana before we got engaged, and when we decided to hire a day-of-coordinator for our wedding, we knew our best choice was Simply Golden Events. Although we chose day-of-coordination, they provided so much more than just showing up at our venue on the date. They walked us through timelines, tracking down contracts with vendors, helped us plan the ceremony and reception details, contacted our vendors, and handled every single detail on our wedding day. It was such a relief to show up to the venue on my wedding day and know that all I had to think about was marrying my soon-to-be husband. Hailey & Keiana are punctual, incredibly caring, so fun, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and everything you want in a planner. They're simply wonderful.

Hiring Simply Golden to help us plan and execute the wedding was the best decision. Keana and Hailey are poised, competent, organized, thorough, kind, patient and must have a master's degree in keeping people calm and on schedule on Wedding Day! There are hundreds of details to make a single day look flawless and beautiful. They turn chaos into beauty and have every answer at their fingertips. Their recommendations for all our decisions were excellent. Because we don't live in Tennessee, we used them for the entire process and they made the long-range planning and endless choices of vendors so much easier. Dealing with families, guests, vendors, deliveries, set up and take down seemed so effortless because they are the ultimate wedding planners. Look no further, they are the perfect choice to plan your event. I wish there were more stars to give than 5. They deserve them all.

We decided to hire Hailey & Keiana for day of coordination. We had all of our vendors booked but needed someone to take over and handle all things on wedding day. Words cannot describe how on top of it these two are. Although we chose day of, it was much more than just showing up at our venue on the date. We had multiple telephone calls to go over the whole entire timeline created by them down to every single detail. Things I would never even think about! They also were available via email to answer any questions or recommendations I needed during the whole planning process. I had 0 worries on the day of the wedding. Hailey & Keiana were punctual and ready to go immediately when they arrived. You will not regret hiring these wonderful ladies! I cannot thank them enough!

These two girls were life savers. We had a gorgeous rehearsal dinner and they saw to every detail! They were there during the event and were on top of everything!I can not recommend them more highly.

When you’re told by your other wedding vendors that the timeline Simply Golden put together is the most detailed timeline they’ve ever received, that’s saying something! Keiana and Hailey made our planning seamless and answered questions I didn’t even know we would have. Not only were their planning skills amazing, the fact that they had décor we could rent that was included in the price we had already paid made such a difference and helped me lower the décor line item of my budget. Thank you both again for all of your help during our planning process!

The entire process was perfect with this team! I opted for the day of plus and it included multiple zoom and on-site meetings and endless access to communication via email and phone. It also included access to their catalog of rentals, which majority were included in our package. All meetings were extremely efficient and organized. Day of was an absolute breeze for my entire family, which allowed us to all fully enjoy the day. They were on top of everything and kept the bridal party on time. They went absolutely above and beyond and I could not recommend them more. Family members and friends reached out after the wedding discussing how impressed they were by this team!

Simply Golden Events is the best in the business. Keiana and Hailey know EXACTLY what they are doing when it comes to preparing for a wedding. They are ALWAYS fast at responses, they make sure everyone is on the same page especially with the little details that the bride and mother of the bride have to remember which made my wedding day FLAWLESS. We hired them for the month of and they communicated with every vendor & read over every contract to make sure we had ordered the correct amount of everything that we needed. The actual wedding day was perfection BECAUSE of these two. If you want your day of wedding or event to be 100% smooth, you need to hire Keiana and Hailey. My extended family and guests were commenting on how well they did after the wedding and have had friends say that they wish they hired them for theirs.

WOW!! What a wedding!!!! We are so so grateful for these two amazing women that literally made our dreams come true. We live in VA and planned a destination wedding in Nashville that we had to postpone 1x during covid. They were so patient and reassuring with us for the 2 years we spent planning. In the last couple of months before the big day they were absolutely integral. Giving us direct advice, offering beautiful suggestions, remembering details that we never would've thought of. The day of they helped pull everything off like magic. They were like miracle workers. We had some mosquito issues and they pulled resources together to take care of that too! And so grateful we chose to do their design package. It turned out GORGEOUS and got non stop compliments of how whimsical and dreamy our reception looked. Wedding planning is SO stressful, even if you're super type A and organized like me... but Hailey and Keiana were incredible and I would recommend them to any engaged couple out there. :)

Hiring Keiana and Hailey of Simply Golden was probably the best decision we made when planning our May 2022 wedding. Having not used an event planner (and being somewhat overwhelmed between the wedding and our day jobs), Keiana and Hailey were able to swoop in during the last month leading up to our big day and keep us on task, while being positive and pleasant to work with. They made excellent recommendations, such as an affordable florist, and were true pros throughout the process. On wedding day, we threw some curveballs at them (the best man decided to shave 5 minutes before the wedding was set to start😊) but they managed to keep us on schedule. I would absolutely hire Simply Golden again.

Simply Golden Events was amazing! My fiancé and I connected with Keiana and Hailey, the owners of SGE, about three months out from our wedding date. We had been working with a full-services wedding planner and had just parted ways with her because she was not supportive of or willing to help us with our health and safety requests regarding Covid — we wanted all guests and vendors to be vaccinated. We also had to pull out of contracts or negotiations with several vendors. When we got in touch with SGE, we were pretty desperate and stressed out and felt very worried that the wedding was just not going to come together. Simply Golden saved us! They got us back on track, supported us in our desire for a vaccinated wedding, and made us feel listened to and understood. No detail was too small to discuss and we always felt heard and comforted during our meetings. The day-of execution was flawless. We would recommend Simply Golden to everyone! They are wonderful.

Hailey and Keiana are the best. We live in New York and they did EVERYTHING for us on the ground in Nashville. They took the lead on the venue visits, they figured out the decor, they found the caterer, the florist, and the makeup artist for us (all of whom were perfect for our wedding). When the shuttles we needed to get our guests from downtown Nashville to our venue were canceled two days before, they figured out a solution so quickly it was like nothing ever went wrong. I have no idea what we would have done without them. Would 100% recommend Simply Golden if you're getting married in the Nashville area, especially if you don't actually live there.

We booked Keiana + Hailey for month of planning and they completely took over managing vendors a month out, including looking over all contracts and working through a robust timeline. While the wedding industry is having challenges/very busy, the girls worked to put my mind at ease with ongoing updates and status of open items. Keiana and Hailey are absolutely fantastic! My wedding venue was pretty unconventional considering it was a home. They did a great job of listening to my ideas and also giving insight to make them better. Of course it rained on the big day but I truly didn’t worry about a thing. I didn’t have to answer a single question, because of all the work they put in ahead of time. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding other than reliving it over and over again. Keiana and Hailey were tremendous help as month of coordinators for our daughter’s wedding. They had worked with many of our vendors at previous events and had unique insight about our venue making many decisions easy. They were very professional throughout the process and we would definitely use Simply Golden again!

Since this was a destination wedding for my daughter, it was wonderful to have someone local to handle all the details for us until we got to town for the actual event. Keiana and Hailey were amazing as our day of coordinators! We booked a micro wedding package through our venue and were initially on the fence regarding whether or not to hire a separate day of coordinator, but it was definitely worth it! We had heard that most day of coordinators only get involved at the last minute, but Simply Golden had multiple meetings with us including an in person visit to the venue. I also felt that their pricing was a lot more reasonable for the services they offered in comparison to some of the other planners we contacted. They drafted a timeline based on the preferences we communicated and kept us organized with a checklist of all of the items we had discussed bringing for the wedding (cake stands, favors, masks, etc)... which helped us realize that we had left a few items at home! Thanks to the checklist, we realized in time to have someone bring us our cake stand in time for the reception. I really appreciated their attention to detail, from helping to pin the boutonnieres to having our florist arrange our flowers to reuse them for the ceremony and the reception. Both of them stayed throughout the entire wedding and even ran back to the bridal suite at the end of the night just to double check that everything was packed up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a day of or month of coordinator, and I'm sure they would also be excellent for larger weddings requiring more planning as well.

Simply Golden Events we’re just amazing with my daughters wedding! There is no way we could have pulled off this beautiful wedding without them. My first advice to any soon to be bride would be to hire a wedding planner for at least the “Month of”. And if you are in the Nashville area….Hire these girls! We just could not have been happier!

Keiana and Hailey are seriously THE BEST coordinators! They truly saved our wedding. Long story short, we had something detrimental happened the morning of our wedding and we were going to have to cancel our wedding. Then we received some good news and our wedding was back on. We were two hours late getting started. They communicated with all of our vendors, got everyone there, and had everything set up perfectly. Our wedding went off flawlessly and ON TIME. We did the month of coordinating package. Planning with Keiana and Hailey was so easy. You tell them something once and they've got it handled. They remember every detail. They are so great about answering all of your questions. Even when you ask the same question multiple times because you forgot the answer :) You will not find a better team to coordinate your wedding. We also hired a few of our other vendors based off their recommendations. I highly recommend doing that as well. All of our vendors were great and it makes a difference when they've worked together before. I can not recommend them enough to help you plan your wedding!

Keiana and Hailey were top notch! Their largest task was to help ensure our venue was organized and on top of their game. When our open bar ran out of white wine (it's an open bar.. they should not run out of anything), they handled it instantly. They were essential in pulling together a day-of timeline and saved us from quite a few headaches. We absolutely would recommend them for month-of planning needs!

Choosing Hailey and Kianna as our wedding coordinators was the very BEST decision that we made!!! God knew what He was doing when he led us to them. From day one, they listened, supported, and guided us. These ladies handled all of the twists and turns of the past year and a half with grace and love, which meant so much to us. They were very responsive to our texts, calls, and emails. They saw Jessi’s vision for her reception and made it happen. Even though we know they put in extra time on our event than what was originally planned, they continued to provide us with amazing service! Both Kianna and Hailey worked tirelessly for us up to the event and had us feeling confident leading up to the day of. Hailey ran the day of absolutely perfect! Her calm, sweet, professional, and very organized personality gave us so much peace the day of, which allowed us to have a phenomenal time at the celebration! Thank you, Hailey and Kianna for a wonderful experience! You will forever have a special place in our hearts!

10/10 recommend Keiana and Hailey if you want your wedding day stress free and just as you imagined! They both have a wealth of knowledge of the industry around Nashville and were quick to recommend other vendors and ideas when we were struggling to decide. Both are so sweet and wonderful, each meeting felt more like a Zoom with friends than a stressful time to plan. They always responded in a timely manner and are very professional. As the mother of the bride, I was so pleased with everything Keiana did for us before and during the wedding. She was so organized and helped us think of everything that needed to be done to help make it a beautiful wedding. If we could give Hailey + Keiana 10 gold stars, we definitely would!! For our wedding, we really were not looking for a coordinator, but when we settled on a venue, we realized they required a coordinator to be on site for the event. Honestly, this was probably the best service we could have budgeted for. Keiana + Hailey were the absolute perfect fit for our big day! Originally, we had planned on getting married with a ceremony and reception on 06.07.2020 in Brentwood, but due to COVID, we had to push back our reception. Hailey + Keiana were there through all of our crazy questions and concerns. Dealing with wedding postponements and everything during COVID was new to everyone, but Hailey and Keiana handled it like champs and were quick to figure out solutions. They were kind enough to let us reschedule without any extra costs. The reception got moved to one year out, 06.06.2021, and let me say - Hailey was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL as a day-of coordinator (Keiana was attending another wedding the same day, but she's still great)!! Hailey was even kind enough to meet up with us at the venue a few weeks prior to the event to do a walk through as to where everything was going to be placed. She had a very detailed timeline (which I loved), and she made sure everyone stuck to the timeline and that everything happened exactly on time. She helped set tables and direct vendors to where they needed to be. She made sure everyone was fed and that my husband and I had our drinks filled all night long. Overall, I highly recommend Simply Golden Events. They were definitely a highlight of our big day, and we can't thank them enough for how wonderful they were!!

You need them in your life! I started wedding planning from Pinterest and trying to use this check list and there were so many details (having never had a wedding before) that they were able to guide me through and help with. 10/10 would recommend. I really like both Keiana and Hailey and felt they were a great duo. The work they put in a wedding shows and you won’t regret using them as your planner.

We "simply" do not have enough good things to say about Simply Golden. Hailey and Keiana went far above and beyond what we could've imagined! We went with their Day of Plus Package, which included day-of coordination as well as renting their decor. They had 5 meetings with us leading up to our wedding, helping us with every step along the way. They were efficient, kind, knowledgable, affordable, and so reliable. If you want to not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day, Hailey and Keiana are your girls! Planning a wedding during Covid was far from easy but they both made it so much easier. I used them for month-of coordination, but they were truly there for me for the entire process, whether is was suggesting amazing vendors, to being a listening ear, or completely running the big day so that I didn’t have to worry about it at all. I cannot recommend them enough! It also helps that the are the kindest and sweetest girls!!

Professional, down to earth, and in-the-know, we felt comfortable from the beginning, knowing they simply 'got it' when it came to our vision. We had to re-locate our entire wedding just 2 weeks shy of the event due to Covid-19 changes, and Simply Golden literally saved our day. They had alternative ideas and plans and were on top of the minor (and major) detail changes before we even processed what was happening. The day of was even more beautiful and fluid than I ever imagined, and we truly felt like we could relax and wrap ourselves in our day without stress. Keiana and Hailey did such an amazing job with coordinating our big day! I'm a stickler for detail and knew that it would take special people to handle my weekly barrage of questions. Not only were they attentive and responsive but they did so with enthusiasm and encouragement. I never felt like I was annoying them and they always had a positive attitude. I had so many meticulous details that I wanted executed the day of the wedding and they went above and beyond to get it all done. When I walked into the reception, it was everything I imagined and more. I couldn't have asked for a better pair. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of the hard work and dedication from Simply Golden. We started our wedding plans before COVID, and had to quickly adjust, but with their expertise and guidance, it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Even in the middle of the pandemic. Our wedding was very unique - camping themed and located at a summer camp - which was exciting, but also posed logistical challenges. But Simply Golden planned and coordinated the entire day flawlessly. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. We cannot say enough positives things. Hailey and Keiana went above and beyond as our day of coordinators! Months out from our wedding day they were checking in and helping make sure we were on track with all our planning and offered suggestions and ideas along the way. Their collection of decor items for renting is beautiful and it was great that I didn’t have to figure out how to transport or store the majority of our wedding decor. Even amidst a global pandemic they were flexible and accommodating with the many changes we were constantly making to our plans. I can’t recommend Simply Golden Events enough for all of your event planning needs. I’m convinced they were guardian angels sent down to make sure my husband and I could still have a beautiful wedding no matter the circumstances.

I cannot say enough great things about Keiana and Hailey. We were all set to have our big, dream wedding in March, and unfortunately had to postpone to this month on a bit smaller scale. Not a problem! They were there every single step of the way. Planning meetings, walk-throughs, details, anything we asked for, they delivered. They made the PERFECT day-of timeline, and on my wedding day neither myself or my fiance (now husband!) had to worry about a single thing. The folks at Simply Golden Events coordinated the sweetest wedding and then helped pull off the most fun New Years Eve reception. They worked with a huge bridal party, a large warehouse room, and an older traditional church to create a beautiful evening. They were professional, gracious, patient and organized. We were thrilled and will be forever grateful to them.

Haley and Kianna were instrumental in helping us plan the best NYE party-wedding reception ever! Their vision transformed a large empty space to a beautiful party. I am so thankful I chose Keiana as my day of planner. She helped everything run so smoothly even when some slight things didn’t go as planned. I chose her because I knew she would be able to keep a smile on my face even if the sky was falling. Funny thing is, that is exactly what happened on my wedding day. It poured down rain all day and all night with just a few short breaks for pictures, thankfully! I can sometimes be anxious and a perfectionist and she was there every step of the way to help things go the way we wanted it to. She showed up bright and early to help set everything up and stayed until everything was packed up that night. She even ran to the store in the middle of it all to get cake plates-when we realized it was the one thing that had slipped our minds. My only only regret was not having her by my side throughout the whole process of planning my wedding. I know if I had, It would have saved me from a lot of stressful days and sleepless nights! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone planning a wedding right now! Not only will she be there for you for whatever you need, but I know she will be able to make your dreams come true while also helping you save money in the process!

Hailey was our dream come true when it came to coordinating our wedding! She completely understood our whole vibe and vision from the get-go, and was so supportive of every choice we made (even if it was out of the ordinary). She thought of every possible detail and coached us through every concern and logistic. At the very last minute we had to make a very significant change of plans due to rain, and the week of the wedding had us scrambling—Hailey was available for us that entire week making every last detail fall into place, and I was literally blowing up her phone at like 11pm the night before with last minute requests and things I hadn’t thought of, and the day of the wedding she truly made the event run effortlessly smoothly. We were on a super tight budget and cut as many corners as possible and did as much DIY as we could, but having Hailey as our coordinator was a choice we would make a thousand times over!! Thank you!!

Hailey is a fantastic coordinator! She was our month-of-coordinator when we got married at the Ruby in Nashville, and even then, she did so much more than just help us the month-of! She was incredibly organized, had really wonderful suggestions, and was really just the backbone of our day. Both of our families were out of town, so Hailey really carried and executed the whole thing to perfection. And the day, oh man, it was PERFECT. It was everything we dreamed of and more!! Seriously, we couldn’t thank her enough. I would recommend her over and over again, because you will not find a better coordinator!!

The best decision that we made during our planning process was hiring Hailey as our month of coordinator. Since my (now) husband and I have attended many weddings we thought we knew what we were doing...but we quickly became overwhelmed and realized we needed some professional guidance. Hailey provided us with amazing guides that walked us through the planning process. A month before our wedding, she took over all vendor contact and we were able to relax and enjoy our last month of engagement. The day of our wedding was UNBELIEVABLE. Hailey executed our vision perfectly and kept our timeline on schedule. We definitely couldn't have done it without her!
