Hire this woman immediately!!! Hiring Charissa was, hands down, the best decision I made about our wedding. What she delivered blew me and my husband away. At first, I wasn’t sure ...
that I even needed a wedding coordinator, but, honestly, I don’t think anything could have come together without her.
Charissa went above and beyond in every step in this process. From giving recommendations before our contract even started, to being always available for a call or a check in, to being in the most detail oriented and precise person I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
On the day itself, Charissa and her assistant, Anna, were rocks. They were calm, reassuring, joyful and in control and always knew where everyone needed to be and when. Their set up of our reception itself was gorgeous: way beyond what I had imagined myself. I am certain that there a thousand untold little fires that they put out that I never even knew about.
Most importantly, Charissa is a deeply kind, generous person and that shows through in every interaction I had with her. It makes such a difference to work with someone who genuinely feels there for you. I trusted Charissa completely in this process, and I could not have been more impressed with her work. I promise: if you hire her, it will also be the best decision you’ll make!

eat advice. He even fought for us when we were presented with an outlandish charge from the venue that wasn’t included in our contract, 8 days before our big day. He and Melissa set up our venue to perfection, from setting all of the tables, to assembling our ceremony arch, and decorating. Melissa bustled my dress with safety pins 5 minutes before introductions. Can’t say enough great things about them; would highly recommend!

stions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. d, she was incredibly responsive and proactive. Several of our friends were planning their own weddings at the same time, and almost all of them were getting stressed out- but somehow we never were! This was a frequent joke, and I attribute this to the fact that every detail was taken care of well in advance. From venues, to music, photography, catering and decor, it was a one stop shop with a ton of options. Our wedding day was incredible- with Charissa and her team at the helm, everything went as planned and our most special night was absolutely perfect. he heavy lifting ourselves (chair rentals, bathroom trailer rentals, catering, decor assembly, etc), so naturally we were overwhelmed and nervous that something was going to slip through the cracks. But, not one thing went wrong on our wedding day. Everything flowed, the reception was decorated exactly how we envisioned, and my husband and I were able to both enjoy every minute of our day, from beginning to end, without an ounce of worry. Charissa really was the glue that held everything together... and she oversaw that all of our vendors were working together to make our day so special. Even in the couple of months leading up to our day she spent time talking with us and asking questions to really get to know us and our wedding day vision.
