I had an initial call with Charissa, and she said she would send me a proposal the next day and I followed up via text because I never received anything. I think it's pretty unprof...
essional to not respond and at least say I'm not interested or we are fully booked. It def was a waste of my time and effort.
Hire this woman immediately!!! Hiring Charissa was, hands down, the best decision I made about our wedding. What she delivered blew me and my husband away. At first, I wasn’t sure ...
that I even needed a wedding coordinator, but, honestly, I don’t think anything could have come together without her.
Charissa went above and beyond in every step in this process. From giving recommendations before our contract even started, to being always available for a call or a check in, to being in the most detail oriented and precise person I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
On the day itself, Charissa and her assistant, Anna, were rocks. They were calm, reassuring, joyful and in control and always knew where everyone needed to be and when. Their set up of our reception itself was gorgeous: way beyond what I had imagined myself. I am certain that there a thousand untold little fires that they put out that I never even knew about.
Most importantly, Charissa is a deeply kind, generous person and that shows through in every interaction I had with her. It makes such a difference to work with someone who genuinely feels there for you. I trusted Charissa completely in this process, and I could not have been more impressed with her work. I promise: if you hire her, it will also be the best decision you’ll make!
Kevin was the MVP of our wedding this past weekend. I’m not sure how we would have pulled it off without him. He was super responsive during the whole planning process, and gave gr...
eat advice. He even fought for us when we were presented with an outlandish charge from the venue that wasn’t included in our contract, 8 days before our big day. He and Melissa set up our venue to perfection, from setting all of the tables, to assembling our ceremony arch, and decorating. Melissa bustled my dress with safety pins 5 minutes before introductions. Can’t say enough great things about them; would highly recommend!
I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many que...
stions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!
Charissa helped make our wedding day amazing and easy and we are so grateful for her and the Simply Loved team. My husband and I are very indecisive so it was really helpful to hav...
e Charissa to bounce ideas off of and she always replied to our questions quickly and with thoughtful answers. On the day of the wedding she organized and coordinated all of our vendors, and from our perspective everything went perfectly! Definitely recommend working with Charissa and her team!

switch our plans to indoor, Melissa handled all the transitions seamlessly and we were able to enjoy our day. We would definitely recommend them!
Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She...
was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!

d, she was incredibly responsive and proactive. Several of our friends were planning their own weddings at the same time, and almost all of them were getting stressed out- but somehow we never were! This was a frequent joke, and I attribute this to the fact that every detail was taken care of well in advance. From venues, to music, photography, catering and decor, it was a one stop shop with a ton of options. Our wedding day was incredible- with Charissa and her team at the helm, everything went as planned and our most special night was absolutely perfect. We received a ton of questions from guests about who put it all together, and the answer, of course, was Charissa. We cannot recommend her enough and would 100% use Simply Loved Weddings if we had to do it over again.
From the moment I spoke to Charissa on the phone I knew she was the one! Her personality and her authenticity made choosing Simply Loved Weddings a no brainer. She was there every ...
step of the way helping me make our wedding day perfect. Her team was amazing and really took my vision and made it come to life. Hiring a Wedding Planner/Day of is the BEST advice I can give. It eases the stress from the pre planning to the day of. She always made sure there was a drink in our hands, and that we were on track/schedule with what and where we were supposed to be. There was also some situations during my own day that were unpredictable, but you know who was there to save the day - Charissa! The last thing any bride wants on their wedding day is problems and people coming to her for things she shouldn’t need to worry about. She was always there! Even my husband was amazed by how amazing the day turned out and how quick her and her team were there was any problems. If your going back and fourth it’s worth the investment and the peace of mind on your best day ❤️
Charissa was hands down the most amazing day-of coordinator I could have asked for. She was prompt and communicative, and her team saved my butt multiple times during the big day! ...
I can't thank her enough for walking me through the process of planning a wedding and being such a kind, compassionate person. If you are looking for a coordinator, look no further!

was on top of coordinating all my vendors, helped me create lists and day of schedules. I don’t know how I would’ve done it without her help! Charissa and Jess worked above and beyond the day of my wedding to make sure the day was perfect and exactly what my husband and I wanted!

ect because of her. If you want someone with great attention to detail, an amazing attitude, a huge sense of support, and a wealth of planning knowledge, pick Charissa!!
We could not have been happier with bringing Charissa on board as the day-of coordinator for our fall wedding. My husband and I got married at a venue where we had to do a lot of t...
he heavy lifting ourselves (chair rentals, bathroom trailer rentals, catering, decor assembly, etc), so naturally we were overwhelmed and nervous that something was going to slip through the cracks. But, not one thing went wrong on our wedding day. Everything flowed, the reception was decorated exactly how we envisioned, and my husband and I were able to both enjoy every minute of our day, from beginning to end, without an ounce of worry. Charissa really was the glue that held everything together... and she oversaw that all of our vendors were working together to make our day so special. Even in the couple of months leading up to our day she spent time talking with us and asking questions to really get to know us and our wedding day vision. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator or even a full-on planner. She can do it all!! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
My wedding has not yet taken place, but I feel compelled to leave a review for Charissa. When we first started working together, we met for coffee and I felt like she was a friend ...
instantly! She reviewed every little detail and provided easy and clear steps for what needed to be executed and within a reasonable time frame. Charissa breaks everything down so it's not overwhelming.
Working with Charissa has never felt like I'm working with a wedding planner, but rather like I have a really knowledgeable friend by my side. I'm so glad that she's going to be there the day of my wedding! :)
Charissa was awesome! We didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly. We would no doubt recommend her to anyone!

g on a budget but knew we wanted to put money toward a day-of coordinator so we wouldn't be TOO stressed on our big day but Charissa was with us through the whole process, not just the wedding day. The day went so smoothly, she took over the hard stuff and worked on details I was never able to get to or even begin thinking of, she was so easy to work with, really guided us, and I truly consider Charissa a friend after everything. I can't say enough good things.

idance was extremely beneficial throughout the entire wedding planning process - she answered any and all of the questions we had, whether that be design ideas or timeline of the day. During the wedding day, she was all over everything! Setting up the reception, coordinating with the wedding party - just making sure everything was ready to go and perfect. We would recommend Charissa and Simply Loved Weddings to anyone!

to help keep us on track. Charissa was super helpful! Wedding planning was making me so anxious, but Charissa helped me stay calm. Making decisions about things like my jewelry and bouquet and setting/meeting deadlines became less overwhelming when I was able to bounce ideas off of her and talk things through. Charissa also sent reminders of details to go over with my vendors before meetings and checked in with me to make sure I was completing tasks, which is seriously what I needed! My only regret is not finding her sooner!
Charissa did an exceptional job coordinating me and my husbands wedding. I gave her very vague ideas and she turned my reception into the most beautiful vineyard wedding I’ve ever ...
